ok for a night because your road trip is too long, not to stay longer.

The location is okay, nice restaurant around (i strongly recommend the Indian restaurant one street further north!), easy to access and park the car on the street.

Poor bed and mattress quality, the apartment is not well insulated so it is hot in the room, you have the choice to use the AC but not possible to change the temperature which was too cold... The water heater was not working, so we had to take a cold shower, not a big deal here in saudi arabia but disappointing when you expect to relax a bit. I will not speak more about the pressure for the shower, at least some water was coming. No kitchen as mentioned, no sofa to seat. We paid 500 SR + 75 for taxes, it is too expensive for what you have.

I would stay here again for the location, price is higher than what is offered, Al-Ula is expensive

good location, near the main road where there is a square with a restaurant and a supermarket, it is a 10' urban center, even by cheap taxi. For convenience we took the apartament on the ground floor wich has only a small place kitchen but i recommend the one on the opper floor, confortable like the photos of booking site. the person who gave us the keys to the apartment did not speak English, I would recommend a minimum of English otherwise it may be difficult to communicate

No Wi-Fi in the appartament, beds not confortable, very small bathroom, only toilet and shower which flooded everything. we only stayed 3 nights but nobody cleaned the rooms,

Far way too expensive for how bad it is

it was large. sheets were clean.

No Wi-Fi available. no hair drier available. impossible to find without contacting the owner who does not reply to WhatsApp messages. Mosque in front of the apartment woke up at 6 AM. Terrible smell in the whole apartment and very old furniture. not worth the price which is a price of a 4 stars hotel.

To avoid and to book only if nothing left (which was my situation)

No welcome at all, location difficult to find: no indication in the street, needed help from a Saudi who luckily was able to help and communicate with owner. Very poor english langage Difficult to communicate (price was requested on a piece of paper) Owner requested more money than price accepted online (fake argument about taxes); no internet. One person entered the apartment at 22pm to collect iron table :(

There is nothing to like in property, there is no kitchen, whereas they mentioned kitchen. Its a backside of a house where you have only 2 rooms with dirty and smelly beds. There was one small room fridge which was cleaned by a dirty mop.
