location
manager unlocked the door and walked in without us knowing it!!!!!! We were in the condo and she just unlocked the door, it scared my daughter and I very much! When we were in the condo we put chairs against the door so we can hear her if the came by without letting us know!

Parking was great, elevator was fast, room was clean and comfortable, great beach access
Everything was great

The code was emailed to me and it worked right away.
It would have been nice if the condo supplied some beach items (chairs, umbrellas). We drove so were able to bring some with but we still ended up having to purchase an umbrella. Friends were in a condo a few down and their unit had these items for them to use.

Location and size of the unit. it was smaller condo building which we really like. liked having a bathroom next to the pool and we liked the distance from the building to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location and quaintness. Really enjoyed the smaller condo building so we didn't have 1000 other people to deal with coming and going. Also enjoyed having a bathroom at the pool and enjoyed the short distance from the condo to the beach.

Facilities were clean and orderly. Nice beach access.
Bedroom needed additional curtains to block light fixture out in corridor. Not enough blankets for cold blooded people.

Great location and views; right on the beach. Easy parking. Very clean, with a well stocked kitchen. Bed and living room was comfortable. Close to shops and restaurants. Vacasa staff very responsive to our phone call. Able to do laundry. Place was very cute. Number 503.
Highest priced of all the places we stayed in 10 days. Great size for the 2 of us, but I would say too small for 6 adults. The bunk style beds in the wall were more suited for children. DISH remote in the living room did not work at all! Minor unit issues noted like a drip in powder room sink and wiggly toilet in master bath, but these did not negatively effect our stay.

The location was great. The one and half bath were pretty ideal for a small family. The view was amazing. The pool was nice and heated. It's sad but I was actually excited about having a washer and dryer and dishwasher in the unit. Not every place has them. It was mostly clean.
From early on, customer service was an issue. I realize it's not the owners problem but when you use a rental agency, I guess you deal with the good and bad. We were expecting to arrive early in the morning the night before our stay and wanted to inquire if the unit was available and if we could pay to check in early. Moral of the story is there is no on hand staff and the rental agency couldn't figure out how to charge us for an extra night since it was already a new day. So we had pay to stay in a hotel for half a day. Then once again, there is no staff so no one talk to but the rental service about getting there early and they have no clue if anyone has been there or if its clean. So the answer is no they don't want you on the property before 4. The code for the door is a little annoying but tolerable. The room was clean but there was a little bit of food stuck to some of the cookware, probably from just being thrown in the dishwasher at the end of a stay. The next few days were great and the came the day to leave. The app and website for checkout instructions was not working so I spent some time having a conversation about that before they finally just sent it thru text. At some point sunday morning, the elevator went down. Once again, there is no one there to tell or ask about it just a text that says, " oh no, I'm sorry." Luckily we were only on the 3rd floor, but we packed everything up and down the stairs for the last 2 hours of our stay. This was not the first time I've been down there in a rental with no elevator with no offer for compensation or anything other than a,"sorry and good luck."

The beach was nice and a short convenient walk. The pool area was clean with nice chairs and seating area.
I booked a room that was supposed to have two sets of bunk beds, the room we got had one. The pictures shown on the booking were nothing like what we received. The place had carpet and was disgusting, although carpet was not pictured at all. I spent my entire first evening of my vacation scrubbing floors, cabinets and base boards. Even after all the scrubbing my 10 month old had to be confined to a playpen or held at all times. The carpet was ripped and shedding and appeared to be years old. We were charged a $180 cleaning fee to stay in a place that hadn't been cleaned properly or ever! Food dripped down the front of cabinets, stove and dishwasher. Bathroom cabinet doors with toothpaste dripped down the front. We had to buy pans to cook with, the ones included with the place were so old and scratched, not a single matching dish. I can see where young college kids would enjoy themselves here and not care about the cleanliness. This is not a place for young children unless you plan on spending your vacation disinfecting everything first.
