We were in town for a show at Bank of NH Pavilion. There was a walking trail from the unit to the front gate. It took about 5 minutes.

Nice little room. Very clean as well. It is not directly on the lake but across the street in the very back of the place. Bed was very uncomfortable. Tv did not have many options for watching anything. The balcony did not have any chairs on it either. Not sure I would stay again. It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great either.

Convenient for the concert venue but that’s it. Bed was so u comfortable I slept on the couch my second night which wasn’t much better. Needs to be updated inside.

Well the shower was really dirty. There was soap scum built up on the sides. The carpet felt really grimy and the bed was as hard as a rock.

The place was easy to find and close proximity to Skiing at Gunstock Mtn. The place was clean and easy to access. Own parking space which would be difficult to locate if snow was covering the ground as number was only painted on the pavement on the ground! Shower has good pressure and clean towels were plentiful. Kitchenette had stove, microwave, refrigerator, and small pizza oven. Living room was good size with wifi and Roku TV. Bed was clean and comfortable. Balcony was safe and nice view. A perfect place to stay for me! Enjoyed it all.

Good little apartment to hang your hat. Wi-Fi doesn’t work well. Bed was kinda hard. All and all not bad but could use some improvements.

We liked the location of the room and the setup was nice, but both sleeping options were very old mattresses. The amenities at the location were nice, but need some updating as well.

Check in was terrible. No key in the box. Had to call a 800 number. Texted the host and got a generic response. Got in after getting an alternate code for a 2nd lock box. Bed was hard as a rock. Pull out was even worse. WiFi/tv is non existent. My mom (lives local) came to visit and was verbally accosted when she tried to park in the designated visitor lot. Woman from the office insisted init 219 wasn’t rented. Looking for 1 night if you’re going to a concert? Go for it. Otherwise, not recommended.

3rd floor unit in the back building. Got plenty of exercise doing the stairs and the place was quiet!

My friends and I stayed here for two nights to attend a concert and found it very clean and comfortable. Extremely easy to check in and out and parking. There was a small path right next to the building we stayed in that brought us to the entry of the pavilion. It was perfect! The private beach is right across the street and also kept very clean. The pool looked very nice however we did not utilize it. We definitely are happy with our stay and would go back.

Misty harbor 219- great contact with vacasa
1st I was VERY impressed with vacasa and how they always answered my text, email & phone calls with all my questions before I arrived. 2nd the condo was very clean and ready for me and left me with all that I needed for my stay. The location was perfect with so many things to do in the area. I recommend this place and vacasa. The only thing I can recommend is this is a 3rd floor room, so be sure to know you're going to get a good exercise everyday, if you have q hard time with stairs get a room on the lower level,, or be ready for q good butt lift.. half joking.Thank you for making this. Such an easy and great experience. I will be staying there again in the near future..and recommend to family and friends!!

Great and affordable
Our unit at Misty Harbor was perfect for a quick couples getaway. The unit and grounds were clean and the beach was beautiful. One thing I loved about Misty Harbor is the location. I spent every summer for 25 years in Alton so I was excited to find a place that was an easy drive to Alton, Laconia, wolfboro and Meredith…all my old stomping grounds as a kid.

Relaxing at the lake
Very clean and well stocked unit. The only negative is that the unit is 2 flights up with no elevator. This would have been to know for us old folks! We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.

Ok
Location and the beach. Very nice resort. I'll be back. It was clean and had what we wanted

Bed and location
It was not a queen bed as stated, it was a very hard, uncomfortable Murphy bed. The pictures made it look like it was closer to the beach. The room number 219 seemed like it would be on 2nd floor. It was on 3rd with two flights of steep stairs.
It was clean.

Awful experience with Vacasa. Arrived at unit at 8pm, key not in lock box, had to call property manager to get code for back up lock box in upper door jam but had to stand on coolers to reach it. Opened door to unit and it was a disaster. There is no way they did any cleaning of this unit, never mind the extra intense COVID-19 cleaning they texted me twice about. Grease splatter on stove, dirt on floor, caked dust on wood molding and toilet paper holder, tons of thick dust on air conditioner, spilled coffee on coffee base, caked dirt around sink faucet, musty smell, dirty toilet, dirty shower curtain. This was just in the kitchen and bath, we never made it to living room and bedroom. We called Vacasa, they told us they would send a cleaning crew out the next day. As we were waiting for a call back, we completely cleaned the refrigerator with our own cleaning supplies because we had 5 days of food. We also wiped down the counters and the disinfectant wipes were filthy. At this point we decided we couldn’t possibly stay here, we couldn’t clean everything, this wasn’t just a mess left by someone, this place never really has been cleaned and with COVID, we couldn’t chance staying here. We put all the cold food in the fridge, we checked into a Hotel for the night. At 8:15am, I received a call from the general manager from Vacasa to tell me that they didn’t have another unit to put us in, but could send the cleaning crew to the unit, she said there was a plumber in the unit before we got there and they may have left a mess. Two things on that comment... what is a plumber doing in a unit right before quests arrive and NO cleaning with COVID? And the dust and grease wasn’t left by the plumber. The general manager told me they would give me a future credit to stay with them another time, told her we were not interested. I asked her to pay for my hotel room for the night and I wanted a full credit for the unit that we were not going to stay in, hopefully we will. Don’t stay Here

Great time in Gilford
Great size condo that comfortably sleeps 4 people. Never felt crammed. Nice big balcony. Right across the street from Lake Winnie with direct beach access - cant beat it. Only complaint I have is I couldn't get in touch with the property manager prior to my stay (had emailed a question about bedding, never heard back) or during my stay (had tried calling a few times about a question about parking, never heard back) but thankfully it didn't negatively effect our trip at all. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

Perfect for a small family
We had a seemless time staying here. One adult and two small children. Easy to find and plenty of space. Good value.
