Schönes Hotel, in dem man sich wohlfühlt

Leckeres Frühstück und ausreichend Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Es war alles sauber. Hübsche, moderne Einrichtung.

Unser Zimmer hat ein wenig feucht gerochen.

Hotel super fabuleux avec un excellent rapport qualité/prix

L'hôtel est située dans une zone sécurisée, l'hôtel est fabuleux. La chambre était propre, tellement propre, le nettoyage etait parfait, le room-service est super, un grand salut pour l'équipe de nettoyage. L'accueil etait chaleureux. Bref un bon séjour dans un excellent hotel.

Perfect

I definitely recommend it. The staff is very good. The facility is great. Breakfast is open buffet, filling. Room and bathroom are good. 8 minutes walking distance to nice restaurants and shops. away. There is a shuttle to the beach and restaurants.

Loved every moment of it!

We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were the highlight! Everyone was always super friendly and always went above and beyond to meet our needs. The food was delicious and the hotel was in a very lovely and convenient area. We will 100% be coming back.

This is no fault of the hotel but due to the humidity, the original room we were in had an evident smell of mould (possibly coming from the aircon) which made us feel unwell. We asked if anything could be done and were moved to another room straight away so it was still a wonderful experience.

An absolute must-stay in!

The hotel is extremely clean and well located. The staff are friendly and professional, the breakfast is great and delicious. There isn’t a better location than this hotel. Amazing value for money.

Отличный вариант проживания.

Вид на лес, тишина по ночам, завтраки отличные - разнообразие большое, все вкусно. Наличие и ассортимент косметических средств в душевой. Качественные уборки номера и каждодневная их регулярность. 2 бассейна на крыше. Местоположение отеля хорошее - в Лагуне, все цивильно, красиво. До пляжа возит микроавтобус от отеля, пляж хороший. Персонал очень дружелюбный, отдельный привет Денису - все обьяснял и помогал. Магазин 7-11 не далеко, метров 700 прогуляться. В округе много кафе и ресторанов.

Номер немного маловат, но это мелочи

Отличный отдых на банг тао

Все понравилось отличный не большой уютный отель с прекрасным завтраком и отличным персоналом цена была вообще подарок бесплатное повышение номера аренда мокика без всяких проблем и залогов прям в отеле отдельное спасибо русского говорящему персоналу в лице Дениса очень удобно было с ним решить все проблемы

Хороший отель

Современный отель с приятными номерами. Вход в номер по электронной ключ-карте. Великолепный завтрак по системе 'шведский стол' (многообразно и вкусно). Очень приятное месторасположение отеля (в благоустроенном и чистом районе 'Лагуна'). Ежедневная уборка. Наличие утюга и электрического чайника в номере.

- Электронные ключ-карты имели весьма потрепанный вид. - В душевой номера оказались пустыми бутылочки для шампуня и геля для душа (номер 325). - В номере для двух человек было предусмотрено два банных полотенца. На следующий день после уборки обнаружили, что одно использованное полотенце забрали, а чистое взамен не предоставили. Осталось одно банное полотенце для двух человек. Выглядит странно. - Отель взимается депозит 100 usd, при том что на booking.com и в условиях бронирования ни слова про депозит не сказано. - Отсутствие халатов и одноразовых тапочек. Непонятно, в каком виде добираться до бассейна, который расположен на крыше. - Заказали завтрак с собой по причине раннего выезда. Положили сэндвичи, 1 варёное яйцо, молоко, апельсиновый сок и яблоко с мандаринами. Ожидали, что завтрак с собой будет уровнем выше.

Great hotel & location

The room was lovely and clean. The staff were amazing, and the location of the hotel was great. A short walk to the most beautiful beach and lots of food options close by.

Great stay, for those who wanna travel around, and not to spends too much in the hotel.

The breakfast was very good, plenty of choices, great restaurant, with a lot of places. They have a nice small terrace, near the indoor restaurant, for those who want to stay outdoors. The rooms are quiet and very clean. They had a shuttle bus, which takes you anywhere you need in the area, including the beach.

The description of the room was mentioned as "garden view", while there is no specific garden, is just a jungle behind the hotel, which isn't well maintained and seems like doesn't belong to anyone. So if they could do some arrangements behind the hotel, would be a major advantage, considering the hotel doesn't have any outdoor garden.

Highly recommend the hotel especially if it is a pit stop to the airport.

The staff topped everything of the experience. This is a no frills hotel, and located at a very very convenient place on Bang Tao beach. I was personally travelling as a pass through guest after a few days on a liveaboard, however the staff were super helpful with everything from helping with airport drops, inter city drops and appointments. Great place to just unwind centrally.

Super Hotel, das keine Wünsche offen lässt!

Das Hotel war für uns auf Phuket ideal! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Anfragen wurden schnell bearbeitet und es war immer eine Lösung parat. Unser Zimmer mit Gartenblick war groß, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und abwechslungsreich, jeden Tag standen verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung, sowohl warm als auch kalt. Eierspeisen wurden frisch auf Wunsch zubereitet. Den Shuttle Service haben wir gerne genutzt, dieser war immer innerhalb von maximal 10 Minuten da. Den Strand in der Nähe kann man aber auch gemütlich zu Fuß erreichen. Unseren gemieteten Roller konnten wir kostenlos in der Garage parken. Wenn wir wieder nach Phuket kommen, dann auf jeden Fall in dieses Hotel.

Первый раз на Пхукете - и сразу в правильный отель!

Отличный сетевой отель. Персонал очень приветливый. Все просьбы выполнялись очень быстро. Отличный завтрак, выбор на любой вкус. Бесплатный шаттл к торговой зоне и на море. В номере очень удобная кровать и прекрасно отлаженный кондиционер.

Трудно найти какие-то недостатки.

Hilton Garden Inn Phuket

Приветливый и услужливый персонал. В этом плане всё на высоком уровне. Есть русскоговорящий сотрудник.

1. Местоположение. Отель расположен на дороге, своей территории нет. Из отеля выход сразу на проезжую часть. До пляжа примерно 1км пешком. 2. Шатл, который возит на пляж и в места притяжения. Один тук-тук. Постоянно приходится ждать его. Расписания нет, надо его вызывать через whattsup или ждать на удачу. 3. Номера не подходят для семьи. Ванная отделена матовым стеклом. Если там включить свет, то остальным это будет мешать спать.

Quaint stay in Bang Tao

Beautiful property close to the beach as well as many restaurants and convenience stores if necessary. Breakfast was splendid. Both pools were nice, and overall the property was very tidy and peaceful. The shuttle was convenient and easy to catch. Staff were available and friendly at the desk as well as over WhatsApp.

Some towels had stains. Some of the guests were a bit rude to the staff. There were bugs in the room, but may be inevitable due to all the wildlife and trees around.

Мы очень благодарны сотрудникам отеля за наш великолепный отдых! Особенно хотим отметить гостеприимство, доброжелательность, клиентоориентированность! Нас заселили раньше положенного времени, предоставили, по нашей просьбе, тихий номер. Номер действительно был тихий, чистый, светлый, мебель новая, сантехника в идеальном состоянии, никаких комаров и прочих насекомых замечено не было. Матрас очень удобный, постельное белье безупречно чистое, свежее, подушки комфортные! Полотенца белоснежные, ароматные! Уборка номера проводилась каждый день, абсолютно незаметно для нас, запасы воды и всего остального пополнились регулярно. Завтраки вкусные, на наш взгляд, большой выбор, как европейской еды, так и блюд тайской кухни, фрукты были всегда. Обязательно вернёмся!

Единственный маленький недостаток, негде было сушить купальники, сами купили подвесную сушилку

Wouldn’t stay again. The whole place felt soulless

Wet bedding. Soft pillows and mattress to soft. Felt like I was drowning. Expensive food and drinks which wasn’t so tasty and was cold.

Sehr gutes Hotel und ein schöner Abschluss von unserer Rundreise durch Thailand

Sehr schönes Hotel und freundlicher Empfang. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Sehr gutes Frühstück und schon ab 6 Uhr. Pool auf dem Dach ist auch sehr gut.

Liegen am Pool sind sehr wenige es ist auch nicht mehr Platz.

A lovely and comfortable stay!

Was a comfortable and relaxing stay, with a nice rooftop pool. Staff were very friendly, and the room felt fresh and clean.

The breakfast area felt a bit cramped at times, if all tables were being used at once.

Would stay again if traffic was soo bad!

Nice hotel for the price. Breakfast was decent spread. Roof top bar was nice on a cloudy day.

Room had a slight smell upon check in but after I highlighted it, smell issue was resolved.

We are absolutely recommending this to friends and family!

Newly built, cozy, not crowded, very forthcoming and friendly staff. We immediately felt at home. Another amazing bonus is the shuttle, that takes you around the area and the beach. The driver was great!

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, gutes Frühstück

Preis-Leistung stimmt bei diesem Hotel. Der Shuttleservice ist praktisch und wir haben ihn mehrfach in Anspruch genommen. Wie schon aus anderen Bewertungen hervorgeht sind in dem Hotel viele Russen. Das gilt aber für Phuket im allgemeinen.

Smart TV ist de facto nicht nutzbar, weil alles blockiert ist.
