Location was perfect. Loved having a cottage and sitting on the porch. Used the firepit and met some great new friends. Check in was easy.
Room smelled musty but overall was clean.

The townhouse we stayed in was absolutely perfect. It is clean, the beds were comfortable and it is in a good, quiet location. The outside deck was perfect for drinking our morning coffee and watching/listening to the running creek right out back.
We will definitely stay here during our next visit to Maggy Valley!

It was so nice, beds were super comfortable and staff was very attentive.
I would have loved to have a Keurig. I brought my pods. We had trouble finding coffee in the morning.

A traditional motel that has been newly renovated. Everything was well renovated. Lovely bathroom, great shower, plush towels, comfy bed, easy entry with digital lock. Everything was great
Location is right on 19 in Maggie Valley, which is convenient, but has a lot of traffic noise. But the room was quiet so it didn't really bother us

The manager just texted us our key code and answered any questions that we had. We didn’t have to go thru a bunch of check in protocols. Just went right in. I never met then in person. He was super nice! I asked for places to eat and he was so helpful for everything.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again! The check-in process was a breeze, received a text from the owners with door code, and my room was available before check-in time at 3pm. The owners were great and easy to get ahold of if there were any issues.
The only issue was the hot water. It takes a few to get hot but wasn't as hot as I like my showers to be.

Really nice stay - we stayed in one of the cottages which had a kitchenette and two queen beds and skiied for a couple of days. The place was spotless and very comfortable. Comfy beds, good wifi, warm and cosy, modern look and feel. Lots of towels and amenities and communication with the owners was very good. They proactively came by with extra towels without us even asking. This is our second time here and we'll definitely be back.
Nothing - very nice.
