Two Lakeside Town Homes were combined to create a beautiful, seven bedroom property complete with radiant floors, commercial grade appliances, seven steam showers and a large gas fireplace. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the Deer Valley Café, on the free Deer Valley Shuttle and on the Park City Bus Line. You can also easily walk to Old Town from this location. A perfect getaway for a memorable ski vacation!
There are three levels of gracious living in this spacious town home. The Upper Floor includes a large Master King Suite including a 60 inch TV and Master Bathroom with Jetted Tub and Separate, Walk in Steam Shower. There is an additional set of Bunks on the upper floor in a separate room with a Twin bed custom built over a Full Bed. A Full Bathroom on the Main Floor of the town home serves as a private bathroom for this room. The Main Floor of the house also has a King bedroom (that upon request can be separated into two twin sized beds) with a large TV and a full bathroom next to the room... both of these full bathrooms also have a steam shower.
The Main Floor of the house has a large, open living area that combines a Den, Kitchen, Dining Area, Sitting area around a huge fireplace, Living Room, Game Table and Separate Bar. Sub Zero Refrigerator, Viking Gas Range and Cooktop are some of the high end appliances in the Kitchen and are complimented on the other end of the Main Floor with a Wet Bar that includes a Sub Zero Wine & Drink Refrigerator with a stand alone Ice cube maker and a Dishwasher. Two TV viewing areas are located on the Main Floor... the den off the kitchen has a new Sony UHD 4K 55 inch TV with Sonos Sound Bar and an Apple TV for your streaming needs. The Sound Bar and Ceiling Speakers can also be used separately for streaming music services and a Pandora Account is available for your use during your stay.. or add your own music preferences! The Living Room TV is a 65 inch Pioneer with Surround Sound, DVD Player and DVR capacity. With Two separate areas to enjoy Gathering around different media your group has multiple opportunities to enjoy the various living spaces of this town home. Or just sit in one of the two Oversized Chairs in front of the beautiful floor to ceiling Fireplace and enjoy a peaceful setting for reading a book!
The Lower Level of this Townhome has Four Bedrooms: Three King Bedrooms with Bathrooms Ensuite and the Fourth Bathroom in the Hall next to the Twin Bedroom. Two of these Three King Bedrooms can also be set up as Twins according to your lodging preference. All Bathrooms have a Steam Shower and each Bedroom has a separate TV. The Lower Level also includes a Laundry Room with Two Wash Machines and One Dryer. Access to the Two Car Garage is Located on the Lower Level.
The Lakeside Community includes a common area Heated Swimming Pool and Two Common Area Hot Tubs. The Community is Serviced by the Deer Valley Shuttle System, picking up Guests on a Twenty Minute Interval and Transporting them to and from the Deer Valley Slopes from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Free Park City Bus System has a Bus Stop at the Entrance to the Lakeside as well, for a five minute ride to Old Town, Park City or a two minute ride up to Snow Park Lodge.

Great stay at this property. It's very well appointed, big, and super close to skiing. In addition to plenty of beds and bedrooms, one of the best things about it was that there are multiple different common areas - essentially two separate living room/den areas on the main floor, plus a spacious dining room, so everyone had tons of space to spread out. Terry was highly responsive the entire time. We are going to try to rent this house again! (Tip to future renters: one of the easiest ways to get to the base at Deer Valley is to walk from the circle that the property is on through a little well-maintained sidewalk to the bottom of the Deer Valley parking lot, and use the free parking shuttle. Including the walk, it's less than 10 minutes from the door of the house to Snow Park Lodge. For skiing at PCMR or visiting downtown Park City, several free public bus routes pick up just outside of the community where this property is.)

When you book a house for 15 people, you always wonder exactly how much space you'll have, no matter what the pictures look like and what the write up says. Well, we were not disappointed in the least. With 7 bedrooms spread out throughout the house and 7 bathrooms to share, everyone had their own space. And the main level had several sitting areas, allowing folks to congregate in large and small groups, whether to eat, chat, play games, watch TV, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed for the breakfasts and the 4 dinners we cooked during the week. The sound system was an added bonus, as was the computer nook where 1 of us spent a little too much time, but that's another story. And the 100 yard walk to the PC / town shuttle was unusually convenient. Just as important, Terry could not have been more responsive to inquiries thruout the entire process, including during our actual stay. We're planning to return in a few years after the new Deer Valley extension is complete, and this property will be our first choice.

Great location to nearby Deer Valley and Park City. Public transportation was excellent. No need for a rental car. Facility was perfect for our large group of 11 adults with ample sleeping and social spaces. Definite thumbs up 👍

This was a family of 12 (9 adults and 3 children-9,7,6) spending a combined ski trip and reunion. The 7 bedrooms and 7 baths fit our needs perfectly. The large condo was originally 2 three bedroom units combined into a great space. There were multiple gathering areas on the main level to allow for diverse interests to enjoy the time together. One end of the main floor was the large, very well equipped kitchen and the other end of the main floor was a wet bar with large refrigerator/wine cooler, ice maker and another dishwasher. In between the two kitchens was large dining table that fit us all, great fireplace, a game table and comfortable living space with a large screen tv. Off the kitchen was another very spacious living space with large tv. We often had the family enjoying both the tv areas watching their favorite stations. Four bedrooms were on the entrance floor and 3 had ensuite bathrooms and the fourth bath was directly adjacent to the bedroom. Each bath throughout the unit was furnished w/great towels and various soaps/shampoos. The third floor had the very large and comfortable master bedroom and wonderful bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. It was perfect for the 2 grandparents to get away! The location of the unit was very convenient to various amenities. Our host, Terry was fantastic. She met us and gave us a thorough walk through and quickly helped solve any question we encountered early on. Great location! Very snow/ski oriented decor!

The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything needed to cook and dine, and clean afterwards. There were extra paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, everything you need. The manager Terry was very responsive, was able to get hold of her immediately throughout the stay for any questions. One bed was missing a comforter, she bought a new one and delivered it in a few hours. There are 2 washer machines and 1 dryer. Property was in a great location, very convenient to deer valley ski resort, don't even need to drive, there is a shuttle bus. If you prefer to drive it is 2-3 min. One thing, garage clearance was extremely low, if you have an SUV with ski rack you will not be able to park inside the garage, you will have to park parallel to the garage, which is kind of a pain when there is snow. Or you can park in the community parking and walk back. The house is not as new as some of the other vrbo houses that we've stayed at before, but it is well maintained, and better stocked than all the other houses. The best thing about the house is almost every bedroom has a dedicated bathroom with shower right next to it, very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our group of 3 families - 6 adults, 6 kids. Plenty of room, and all of the kids had their own bed. The house was well stocked, and the kitchen was great. Everything was clean and in good condition. The shuttle service to the Deer Valley drop off was quick and easy, and it's only a 10-minute drive to old Park City. This is a great place to stay for a family/group ski vacation.

This lovely home combines an old-world ski lodge feel while maintaining a warm and welcoming feel. It is very gracious in proportion for larger groups with living spaces over 3 floors. The property is very flexible. It has 4 king convertible to twin beds. For our group, that was a big plus. Bathrooms are plenty so each room has either an en suite bath or one very close. Many baths had steam showers, which were such a luxury! The kitchen is beautifully appointed as is the bar area. We stayed for a weeklong ski vacation. The garage opens into the lower level with ample and convenient storage for everyone’s ski gear. We had 12 skiers in our group and there was always room for everyone’s gear. The property location is very convenient to the downtown. Our 25-33 crowd walking in and out various times. We skied at PC, but if you plan on skiing Deer Valley, there is a complementary shuttle. The development has a heated pool and hot tub, which my sons described as “amazing.” Also, the development is small and intimate, which added to the exclusive feel. One item of note, the garage space fit some of our vehicles but not others. A GMC Yukon regular size (not extra-long) fit, but a full sized Chevy Suburban did not. There is community parking right by the pool and we never had an issue finding spot. In terms of the property management, they were wonderful — very responsive and informative. Finally, know that the pictures just don’t do justice to this lovely home. On our last night we all remarked on how much we enjoyed our stay. Christina

Great location and wonderful space to spread about the house. There were 10 people in our group and had plenty of space to feel safe with COVID concerns. Lots of refrigerator space and kitchen utensils for cooking. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom. Bedrooms were a good size and having King beds that could convert to twin rooms allowed for good space in those rooms for two people.

This is an amazing rental; location is perfect for Deer Vally or Park City skiing or shopping the historic downtown. The home has TOP of the line appliances and communication with Terry, the property manager was fast and incredibly helpful!! He adjusted the bed set up ( twins into kings) for our mostly couples ski party, even offered it a couple of extra days because of snowmegadon coming in the day we were due to fly home ❄️ You will LOVE THIS PLACE winter, spring, summer or fall!!

This property was located walking distance to main street downtown, hiking paths, cafe, ski slopes, and local bus transportation. We participated in many tours and activities including pontoon boating, tennis indoor and out, golf, cave tour, fly fishing, swimming and white water rafting. It was a busy week and enjoyed by all 12 members of my family. This property was ideal.

We were able to check in early, and the property manager met us onsite to show us around. They also split one of the King beds into two twins to accommodate our sleeping arrangement request. The unit is very accessible to the DV Snow Park base, and the new shuttle service app they just started was a huge help. They picked us up at the condo and dropped us off at the base. It easily accommodated our 3 couple/9 kiddo group. We will be back.
