Mattress ok but not for me.

The style, being able to sit outside even when it's raining. Wooden flooring, more hygienic. Large shower.
Our adult autistic son travels with us hence a room for three. There were two arm chairs, two outdoor chairs, two dining chairs. If you book a room for 3 it really should have 3 of these things. It was my 60th birthday and I had too drink my champagne out of a pint glass, 3 wine glasses would have made a big difference.

We loved it. Quiet, lovely private courtyard with additional parking if required. Expected the lodge to be small but it was very spacious. Had everything we needed including lots of big fluffy towels. Shower was hot and not just a trickle, the lodge was spotless inside and out. Lots of amenities locally, including an excellent Turkish restaurant 5mins drive from the lodge. Had a walk in the evening around the park, which is across the road from the lodge entrance. Broadband service was fantastic, not a single complaint from my 15yr old son...happy mama here!
Pillows and mattresses on both beds need replacing asap. We did not have a very comfortable sleep either night. That was ok for 2 nights but would've been an exceptional stay all round had they been comfortable.
Smoking is permitted outside but there is nowhere to dispose of butts? Taking them into the lodge would create an odour (and a possible £100 fine). The courtyard was covered in cig ends and it will somewhat spoil what is a really lovely space.
Finally (and this may just be me), there is no signage for the lodges and the entrance feels quite hidden. Probably "reasons" - it didn't stop me finding you, just made it.....a little tense in the car as sat nav told me I had arrived 3 times as I kept driving by 😳😒😔

Beds are so comfy. Great use of space, much bigger than we thought. Was really quick to heat up with two two radiators and a towel rad, and great ventilation with two windows and the door. It had everything we needed and lovely modern and tasteful furniture. Loved sitting out on the porch in the sun and the rain. Loved watching the sun come up with the park literally across the road. Kev couldn’t do enough for us, so helpful and friendly.
the kitchen was not completely clean but everywhere else was.

Great set up and nice accommodation.
Absolutely zero interaction with staff. Needed a phone charger but had no idea who to ask for help or where reception was. Was given a combination to get my key out of a box and that was it. Like the whole hands off approach from staff and management but I felt they could have made some effort to get guests comfortable checking in and knowing where the basics are.. tea, coffee, check out time, nearest bars, restaurants etc etc.

Shower, parking, beds
Only 2 dining chairs
Too little crockery
Ran out of hot water in middle of shower one morning(about 7)
Television signal rubbish

Well kitted out and the shower was warm. However these are cabins with thin walls and so if you want to sleep you have to hope for considerate neighbours. Ours kept the TV on loud all night until 5am. Although we have reason to stay in Didcot often over the next few years, I'm afraid we won't ever be coming back here.

Super comfy beds, property was extremely clean and spacious and had everything you could possibly need - tea, coffee, sugar, kitchen equipment, a fan, towels and bedding, every little thing had been thought of! Was lovely having a fridge and microwave. Plenty of parking space. Loved the outside seating area.
Nothing - it was perfect!

The host very kindly accepted to have us before the normal checkin time as we were going to a wedding that day. She also helped me with a last minute request: An iron and ironing board which I really appreciated.
4.5
Quiet, clean, comfortable accommodation. Spacious room and bathroom. Efficiently heated.
The location is more appropriate for people who are driving. It is a 20-minute walk from the rail station and, if walking by night, there are some unlit paths.

Really convenient, attractively furnished, comfortable, clean and warm.
The bed was a bit soft for us.

Having cooking facilities and a fridge with a living room area was much better than staying in a hotel room.

There was tea, coffee, sugar, water, salt and pepper, washing up liquid, cloth and scourer and soap provided, a teatowel, towels and bedding plus toilet rolls. Kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and 2 ring hob, plus cutlery, crockery etc. a tv and radio. Daily cleaning. The owner and staff were very pleasant and approachable. Near to Didcot station and two very nice pub/restaurants (both Greenking).
It is a bit difficult to find the house, as there is no sign, but it is right opposite the park and the rental properties are behind a large bungalow. Some of the lodges were rented to workmen, who left early in the morning.

The cabins have very thin walls and are quite close together. If anyone makes any noise in another cabin, you'll hear it. They're also meters from the car park, so anyone driving also wakes everyone up. The curtains are also quite thin, so with the sound and the light I didn't sleep well.
2.5
Wasn't clean for the amount it cost to stay
Holes is corners of floor could see outside
Pressure of water was absolutely poor
2.0
The shower was dirty.
Noisy guests at 5am.
Gravel outside property loud with cars.
4.5
Comfortable, clean and easy access to local shops and takeaways.
