Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom - 1 bathroom home . Private pool with a gated yard small jacuzzi just added . Close to the Getty center - Universal studios . Fully equipped kitchen . Outdoor dining table . Oasis get away in the San Fernando valley . House is a home away from home with everything you will need for a wonderful holiday . Don’t miss this gem . This is a super host property from other sites . We have been hosting this home for several years with 5 star reviews decided to add it to home away very happy with this site and how they work with us :) children are allowed - not sure how to remove that :)) allison

Close to everything, cozy, comfortable home in a good area close to the highway for access to beaches, Universal and downtown. Responsive host. We loved our stay! Thank you Alison!!

This house has it all! A HUGE pool our teens lived in, close access to the freeway for our Universal Studios and Disney trips and a great neighborhood. The house is beautifully decorated with many extras in case you forgot anything. We will definitely be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the pool was fantastic for the kids and the yard was nicely enclosed for our dog, who was super happy snoofling around for hours (although cats are frequent visitors!). The house is clean and cute and has everything you need. Only real drawback is that it's not particularly walkable to get to shops/restaurants, and if you are out walking at night with your dog or just for a stroll, then just be sensible about it given the surrounding area.
Communication from the owner was super clear and helpful, and they have clearly put good effort into making sure you have a good stay. The outdoor dining area is lovely and just has a really relaxing vibe. We took the family up to Magic Mountain, about half an hour up the 405, and it's a great base for anything in Burbank or that side of the Valley since you are literally 1 minute from the freeway but don't really hear the traffic from it.
Overall very recommended - for a cosy place with a pool that's close to so much stuff, can't go wrong.

We visited our nephew and had a great time. This rental is as-advertised. Unfortunately it was a bit too cold to utilize the pool, but it was very clean and the house and yard are beautiful.
We'd definitely stay again next time we visit LA!

We rented the house as it was close to where my son and daughter-in-law live so that we could attend a family event. The house was very clean and the location was private and quiet. The beds were really comfortable. The back yard and pool were beautiful and a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed our stay very much!

This VRBO was the perfect location for us! My son, daughter-in-law, and grandson live close by and only took minutes to travel to their home.
Access to the Target, Costco and the Freeway was super easy. We traveled to Universal Studios on Sunday morning and traffic was minimal.
The house was well equipped with everything we needed. We had plenty of room for our family of 4. Having a pool was definitely a nice treat since we stayed here during the month of July.
We would definitely seek out this VRBO the next time we travel to Los Angeles.

Cute house exactly as described. Central location to Burbank airport, universal studios, Magic Mountain, and Santa Monica. Enjoyed the pool very much and lovely backyard setting. Property owner was a quick and responsive communicator.

My husband and our two kids, 3 & 6, stayed for a week and had such a relaxing week! The house had everything we needed and close to many adventures with the kids. We were able to unplug and relax all week in comfort, loved the boho vibe! Highly recommend!!

Stayed with family while visiting Universal Studios! Great place to gear up for the days and to rest in the evenings! Great retreat that felt relaxing from all busyness around you! Would definitely stay again!

We spent 2 weeks here and very much enjoyed it. Communication was easy with owner. Back patio was ideal for having dinners in the evening. House was well stocked with the essentials. The house is in a nice neighborhood and with the mature landscaping the yard and pool area feel very private. The location was great for us, our daughters were doing a summer dance intensive that was less than 2 miles away. The house is very close to the 405 and 101 freeways for easy access to LA or getting around the valley. Thanks!

Beautiful eclectic little home
This property is charming and a sweet little escape! Allison was communicative and a wonderful host. The bed was comfortable, the backyard is so inviting, and the kitchen was nicely stocked. It felt like comfortable home away from home, and we really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay although the house does need some upgrades including new washer/dryer and refrigerator and air conditioners in both bedrooms. The air unit in the living room was great. There were 5 feral cats in the back yard every day and since I am allergic to cats I didn't go outside. Overall the house was very comfortable.
