Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations.If the grill is locked up then it is not to be used by guests as it is the home owners personal grill.
If you would like to have a grill for your vacation we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

This house was perfect for the size of our group, but could use some work. The home was not very clean. It had dirt, drips, and scuffs down several wall surfaces inside. Bathroom counters, as well as shower tiles and floors, were not clean upon arrival. The front door had broken glass and no gasket to seal around the door. Our gate pass worked only 1 time in the four days of our stay to get into the community. The amenities provided were good, but the air hockey table was pretty beat up and missing a striker. We still had a great time, but the owner might want to look into better cleaning services for their property to make it fantastic.

All good except that Freezer and ice maker did not work. Had to throw out a lot of frozen food. Coffee maker Base was cracked with heating elements exposed and one of us got shocked. They did replace it with a small 5 cup unit to serve 9 adults. BarBQ looked like it was trash picked out ou the dump. The hot 16 pound cover fell off and could have really hurt some one. Biggest complaint was nobody spoke fluent English when I called their 800 number.

The house was awesome for my family, kids played in pool and game room the whole time. Excellent for our needs. They could use more kitchen utensils, and a starter kit for paper towels, dishwasher pods, dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, coffee, etc. We arrived with none of those things. Guess I spoil people at my rental, because I have all that, and more. We also got a luggage rack that hooks into back of hitch stolen, on side of house. No one seemed to care or help. But, the house itself and neighborhood was awesome. Would go back again!

The property was great overall, we paid 35 dollars extra a day for pool heat but it wasn’t very warm to swim in most days. The arcade game didn’t work, I sent a message regarding it and didn’t get a response. So that was disappointing we weren’t able to use that.

The openness of the downstairs was great. Large kitchen with lots of counter space and seating. The living room had a very spacious couch and the large dining table was perfect. We had 10 adults and 6 children ranging from 2-13. The bedrooms were all spacious. The only issues were the utensils were tiny and almost none usable and the kitchen towels and bathroom towels were not enough for large groups.

This house was perfect for my family. The house was clean and well stocked with lots of dining items (plates, cups, utensils), clean bedding and towels. The location is in a nice neighborhood and conveniently located less than 5 minutes from Target. The pool was great for the kids. We included the heat. Communication with management was great. They responded quickly to any questions and needs before and during our stay. Great home! We'll be staying here again!

It was a great house to stay with family, we spend Thanksgiving week and the kids and the adults both loved it! Location is also great. We will for sure rent it again when we go back to Orlando.

We’ve probably stayed in 30 or more vacation rentals over the past several years and this house did not come close to the standards that the others have. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The carpets, couch and chairs are stained and there were crumbs on the bar stools 🤢. The game room didn’t have a ball for foosball or ends on the pool sticks. We contacted the host about that and a large leak in one of the showers. They came the next day to look and said they would return the next morning to fix everything and they never showed up. The layout and themed rooms were nice but we would not stay here again. They also do not provide basic items like dish soap, trash bags, cascade, laundry detergent, etc. most of the remotes did not have batteries in them either.

We had family join us from both sides of the country. The house was perfect! Very spacious and plenty to do for the whole family. The water park area was great for as well as adults. We will definatley be renting this house in the future if available. The only reason i only gave it 4 stars for cleanliness is because outside walk was not clean from prior guest. All in all 5 stars.
