About this house rental

Bi-level, single family home, on a cul de sac, in residential neighborhood. The home, 2700 square feet, sleeps 8 people, formal living room, family room and has two backyard patios, with Jacuzzi, deck off of each the upstairs bedrooms and a sundeck on top. 7 minute drive to Atlantic City. Beach access(chairs and tags provided) is a block away. Large shed for storing bikes, surf and fishing gear. Great home for a family vacation.
The family room is the center of activity our in our home. Equipped with an elegant bar, Jukebox and a 83" 4K UHD TV. Xfinity with HBO(on all 7 tv's thru out the house) and Chromecast Ultra streaming capabilities, your movie and music options are endless in the home theater seating(popcorn included!). Directly outside the family room is a dining patio and Jacuzzi. Close by we have a cocktail patio near the Master Grill and rotisserie.

The house and yard are in pristine condition. The bedrooms were very spacious as was the house overall. The bar/entertainment room was really enjoyable. The kids had fun watching movies on the big screen and the adults haf fun sitting at the bar. The yard is very nice and the hot tub worked great. Brian, the property manager was a pleasure to work with. He made checking in and out a breeze and provided good info about fun things to do with the kids. The overall neighborhood is gorgeous and the beach was beautiful with a great view of Atlantic city. I highly recommend staying here, affordably priced as well.

The property was well kept, clean and had so many fun amenities like the jukebox and bar! The property manager Brian was so kind and accommodating. Very easy to work with and contact. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back!

Our family enjoyed our 2nd Thanksgiving at the beach. Communication was excellent from the time we booked and included a text after we had arrived to ensure everything was to our liking. Our family loved the location and spaciousness of the house which had great family spaces for fun game and movie nights as well as spacious and comfortable bedrooms when we all needed some privacy. Already talking about next year.

We rented this house to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The house exceeded all expectations. It is beautiful, clean, and well located. The extra touches everywhere make it very special. We especially enjoyed the popcorn, jukebox and the hot tub, of course! And not only did the house exceed expectations, the host went WAY above and beyond to help make the stay comfortable and special. I highly recommend staying here!

Stayed at this property instead of staying at a hotel on the boardwalk. Nice change of pace. Theater room with juke box and popcorn machine was a fun hangout place. Hot tub was great. Enjoyed our stay.

My children and grandchildren had a fantastic week away in Brigantine in Brian’s home. We were there to enjoy family Olympics, and after we competed, we relaxed in front of the firepit and then went off to our comfy beds. The grandkids loved listening to oldies in the jukebox and then reclining in their own lounge chairs to watch a Disney movie. We’d definitely stay here again. Can’t thank Brian enough for answering all my silly questions so quickly.

This house was perfect for us! The property was beautiful with lots of amenities we all enjoyed! It is in a perfect location if you would like to enjoy the 4x4 beach which was a first for us! Contact with the property manager was excellent! We definitely would stay again!

The house was great and as advertised. The backyard is a great place to hang out. It's in a nice quiet and private part of Brigantine. The biggest plus to this house is you get the house manager Brian. He's awesome and takes great care of the house and it's guests. We've been renting in Brigantine for 10 years and he's the best manager we've had. Thanks Again!

Wow, we loved this place so much! Such an amazing time, we’ll definitely be back for sure! The location was great, not far from AC beaches, casino’s and fine dining! We loved how our host Brian, made his home comfortable for us! Brian reached out to us asking for positive and negative feedback regarding his property. The home was beautiful and well maintained. Our favorite part of the property was the masters suite. Highly recommend this to anyone visiting looking for a comfortable stay.

Brian was very accommodating and the home was a treasure. With three levels and plenty of outdoor spots there’s plenty of room for the eight of us to spread out or be together. When Brian said all we needed was food and alcohol he was not kidding home was well stocked. Thank you for a wonderful vacation

I rented this lovely house along with three of my friends for a girls weekend getaway. The communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process. The pictures depict the property exactly as it is, wonderful! The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom is decorated so perfectly with a different beach theme. The bar area was our favorite place to hang out in the house and the jukebox was the icing on the cake! The neighborhood was beautiful and felt very safe. Located just across the bridge from Atlantic City, which can be seen from the balconies of this beautiful home. The host provided all the comforts of home, you'll just need to bring your clothes and some food and drinks. I highly recommend this home for your next Atlantic City vacation! I know we'll definitely be staying here every time we visit.

Lovely home with plenty of room for the four of us on our golf outing. Screening room and wet bar were central to the stay and really impressive. Manager was truly responsive and would text back almost immediately. Thank you!!

The only negative that I could put in this review is that I can only give 5 stars instead of 10! Everything exceeded our expectations! If possible, the house is better in person then in the pictures. Brian was the “Hostess with the Mostess”. All the amenities that he included went above and beyond. The hot tub, movie theater and popcorn, bar, snacks, clean, I could just keep going! It was off the charts! Thank you Brian! We will definitely be back! Everyone had the best time (ages 17 and up). ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a great stay at Allen's house! We were able to take advantage of all the amenities: the jukebox set a fun mood, the grill was terrific, and the hot tub and fire pit were perfect for a slightly cool evening. It's a short walk to the beach and there's a beach cart and chairs provided. We were sad to leave and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lots to like about this house. The big screen TV w/movie theater seating was a huge hit with the kids, as was the hot tub! The master bedroom is absolutely gorgeous with vaulted ceilings, and the balcony is a nice spot for an afternoon snack or coffee. We would definitely come back.

We were looking for a getaway for the long weekend when we came across this property. We really liked that it had a mix of amenities for adults and kids, so we booked it right away. We were thrilled with our stay! The owner was welcoming and attentive, the beds were comfortable, the entertainment room was a huge perk, and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We arrived the day prior to Thanksgiving Day and we couldn’t have asked for a better getaway stay through these challenging times. Everything was nicely clean and we had everything we needed. We ran into a small hiccup with the hot tub; however, Brian was awesome and quick and even was able to add a few perks!! Thx Brian you were great and extremely attentive. Wonderful stay and would love to come back 😊😊😊

Perfect and Fun Getaway

We had such a great stay at this property with our two children ages 7 and 2. Located on a quiet street, we were walking distance to the beach and the house provided so much entertainment for us all. The bar and movie theater-esque room was such a bonus for the whole family! Brian was a great host and provided us with sheets, towels and toiletries which was a nice surprise. He was easy to communicate with and checked in on us to make sure all was well with our stay. The backyard was lovely to eat dinner, throw a football, have some drinks on the patio or lounge in the hot tub. It was also very clean, which was very important to us, especially during Covid. Would highly recommend staying here for a family or friends getaway - there is so much provided in this home that you don't even need to leave the property! Would definitely stay here again and hope to again soon!
