We like very much the design of public places and the rooms. Very nice sound design. Good restaurants.
Public areas are overcrowded. The pool is too small for this number of rooms. The same is with restaurant. Very poor gym and for some reason the kids room is under ground.

Amazing decor and very welcoming staff.
Super clean and very tasty food for breakfast, dinner and lunch at the pools.
Not so comfortable bed- we had 2 single beds next to each other.

Style and ambiance
Beds were very uncomfortable for a couple. They gave us two beds pushed together.
Kids at the people were extremely roust and unpleasant

A perfect location, wonderful grounds and facilities, and the food was excellent. The Negev is amazing, we especially recommend taking a night jeep safari (the front desk can arrange it for you).
Nothing could have been better. Outstanding in every way.

Perfect location for our purposes. Good facilities and helpful staff. Took regular advantage of the pool.
Pretentious place. Not quite at the high end. Especially true of dining room. Crowded and very noisy. Meals better than average, but again not at the high end. From that perspective, overpriced.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Landscaping, lighting, grounds are gorgeous. I loved the lush garden in the desert. Very clean and well maintained
Staff unfriendly and not particularly helpful

the pool was really cold even though it was a very hot day.

the design, the rooms and the food was excellent
the main door at the room wasn’t safe, I couldn’t lock the door

This is a spa-style fancy hotel, with a very unique and special design, located in a very beautiful location in the desert. However the hotel structure is such that you cannot experience the surrounding desert expanse first hand (it is a bit cluastrophobic).
The hotel structure and the fact it is totally enclosed in a high wall do not let you experience the outside view or desert wilderness feeling. The hotel is very expensive for the experience provided. For example, for >2500 NIS per night, an espresso machine in the room is expected. The hotel is designed as a luxury spa facility but was totally overwhelmed by families with small children. Food was mediocre. Staff is very nice but some of it not very professional. Extra charge for entry to spa does not make sense for such an expensive hotel.

food excellent. everything fabulous. expensive though

Beautiful hotel. Spacious rooms, very clean. Friendly staff. Wonderful restaurant 😋
Lighting in corridors and rooms very dim. Could add a bit more lighting. Also, bed not most comfortable...should be upgraded to better quality and firm mattress

It was a good place to relax and be disconnected from the day-to-day routine. The facility is nice and the staff was very welcoming.
The hotel is nice but its location is quite far from anywhere, not much to do unless you like desert trekking.
The main purpose is to come and relax but it was too much. The music played in the evening was soporific music.
The dining room is small and very crowded most of the time.

The bed was awful. This is not a king size bed. 2 twins don't count

The food was amazing, with a very large selection.
The most amazing part of their hospitality was that any little thing that I asked for above and beyond there was always a worker a waiter or waitress to accommodate. At one point I was carrying a glass of orange juice and a hot cup of coffee back to our breakfast table and a worker came up and sit here let me take that coffee cup for you and walked it over to our table. One day my lady wanted some fruit to take out on our day trip after the meals were over and they were very accommodating. Another morning they packed for us in a disposable container everything that my lady asked for, slices of grapefruit and oranges together with some of the cooked pears that they had served for breakfast. This too was after the breakfast room was already closed down and everything was cleared away. Someone went into the refrigerators and prepared this for us. All of this with no extra charge. We were in the bar sitting on these beautiful couches well after closing time and we asked for some tea and it was so accommodating. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. The decor of the place and the music that was throughout the hotel and the outdoor sitting areas was all rustic Moroccan. In the evenings we sat on an outdoor couch area with a fire pit. Everything was so in line with this place being in the middle of the desert. It was like an oasis
