The property was beautiful and peaceful, great place to unwind after a day of sight seeing. Hot tub was very relaxing

Lovely property with such nice owners. The property was well stocked and everything was so pretty. The outdoor living space is really special.

The Colibri Casita was great… the little casita compound it’s located is lovely, quiet and very convenient to town… the outdoor garden fireplace was cozy and inviting … the casita is quite small but very comfortable, with good air flow, a good heater and minimal but well-stocked little kitchen… gas grills are also available in the garden lounge area which added to the cooking options… the front porch was a perfect spot to relax after a busy day birding in the area… Levie, the owner, lives on site and was immediately responsive to a couple of little requests…. would definitely consider booking again!

We spent two weeks at Casita Colibri and made multiple day trips throughout the area , mostly to bird and see wildlife. The location was perfect for our needs. The unit is small but tastefully furnished and included everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Nice grounds but things like hot tub are showing age and lack of maintenance (wiring to tub was not safe). Would be nice if the grounds outside were smoke free as smokers impacted our ability to enjoy sitting outside many times.

I never realized how much city noise we were experiencing every day until we stayed here. This is a quiet, peaceful oasis to calm the mind and body. Beautiful outdoor space, quaint and cozy indoor space. Just what we needed.

We enjoyed the stay and the charming little Casita Colibre. This was our secong stay at the little group of Casitas. We stayed at the larger casita the last time. A nice peaseful place to relax and get away.

We stayed at Casita Calibri during a 3 day birding visit to Patagonia. The casita was well appointed - everything we needed for a quick stay. The casita is close to town, the Paton Hummingbird Center and the Sonoita Preserve. After a long day of birding and hiking, it was nice to come back to the casita and enjoy a glass of wine while we watched the hummingbirds in the casita's courtyard. Would recommend to any birders coming to town!

The private, quiet and tree filled location a mile from town made the location great! Our artistic tiny casita had all we needed. Very well furnished with a great bed! Livia was super responsive to the few inquiries we had! We'll be back.

We have stayed twice at this property. It is on the edge of Patagonia. Quiet, with beautiful garden and outdoor space. It is very small inside, so be prepared, and plan to do much of your living outdoors.

First time in Patagonia AZ, will not be my last. The Birdsong Casita's are an oasis of solitude among beautiful mountains. Livia is an amazing host and a new lifelong friend.

Wi-Fi didn’t work, but didn’t much care.
Heat didn’t work well enough to keep the place warm. And it was very cold overnight. Host provided a space heater next day, which helped. But it seems to have tripped a breaker during the night. So another very cold morning. If I wanted to sleep in the cold I would have camped out.

All in all a great place. Heater/AC in the bedroom a little too noisy and the digital display too bright for a good night sleep. Great mattress. Kitchen has everything you need for breakfast and a simply meal. In walking distance to downtown Patagonia and close to interesting destinations around Patagonia. Enjoy!

Rejuvenated
My husband and I really enjoyed our VRBO! It was tranquil and relaxing. It was beautiful and the owners were really attentive to us. Cute little town with great food and drinks, plus surrounded by nature.

Cozy, clever and comfy
The casita is just as pictured — colorful and cozy — with lots of attention to detail. Very private in a courtyard with trees and shrubs. Clean as a pin, nice sheets and towels, cool dishes, good shower with plenty of hot water. We took three splendid hikes, two on the nearby AZ Trail and one at Patagonia Lake State Park. After hiking each day we browsed the town’s artisan shops, then enjoyed the hot tub that was steps from our casita. Dinner choices are limited but good. We ate twice at the local hotel. Our host, Livia, was lovely and helpful.

The beauty of Patagonia
This property is close to the center of town, but just for enough that’s it’s vary quite. We felt like we were the only ones there. We’re already scheduling our next trip.

Perfect Getaway for Two
The Casita was everything we expected. We were in Patagonia for the lake and like to be close while still having some of the comforts of home. The property is well-maintained and the owner is very responsive to questions. Looking forward to another stay in the fall.

Gravel Weekend Fun
We rented all three units for our bicycle family. The property was wonderful with the seating areas, grilling area, even had internet for sharing photos after the ride and so much more. The gravel ride(s) amazing...with so many great views after the climb (and even before climbs), post ride shower and enjoy cooking out, maybe even a cold one. When the evening falls upon the day...star gazing is a must. The location is close to the town, so you can walk and/or ride. If you bring a few non-biking friends...no worries grab a good book, visit one of the local coffee shops and/or check out Patagonia-Sonoita Creek Preserve, Patagonia Lake, plus much more. Dos Cabezas WineWorks just about a 15 minute drive to Sonoita for wine and pizza.
