awful, disappointing

location

dirty room with stinky smell, old squeaky bed & br door , tv not working, room was not adequately prepared for the guest, we still have to ask the staff to give us linen & blanket .My rating for our stay on your property is zero, very poor☹️☹️☹️☹️

Pleasant

The stuff are very accommodating and friendly. The bed and bathrooms were clean.

The smell of the canal upon entry and exit was disappointing. Also during the time they were cooking the smell of the food gets in our bedroom, I suggest that cooking should be done in the downstairs kitchen instead because there was enough ventilation below.

On the toilet someone used it however the didnt flushed. And take note the staff suppossedly preparing the ropm before we came in

The Best in Legazpi City

Staff and owners are very friendly and efficient. Will definitely recommend this place to fellow travelers.

The place was quite far from the main road but they rooms and the service is good.

I liked that they accommodated me even if it was a last minute check in and they were really hospitable. We even have to borrow some things and they allowed us to use it. Also, the place is nice and gated so it feels safe.

Fabulous Stay

I like the very warm hospitality that we experienced from the property owner. The breakfast has generous serving and variety in one plate. The crew were all helpful. They also have a very friendly dog who would greet guests with so much sweetness haha! The room exceeded my expectations and the value for the money was absolutely great! Will visit again definitely. Thank you very much Engr. and lovely wife.

Waze has faulty direction which took us on a totally different area. I suggest that you pin Mariner's College first on your locator when you are going to the hotel because this is just several blocks away from the school.
