Very good

New hotel under construction, lift and other facilities are not ready. Rooms are clean and new. Good value for money.

As the hotel is partially opened, for elders it will be difficult to climb the stairs.

Perfect And Affordable Stay In Pondicherry.

Very clean rooms and very helpful staff.

Just a small kitchen facility would be great, and providing soft drinks.

Decent if you are on a budget but skip otherwise

We booked our stay quite last moment and very few options were there in the budget range so we booked Rolling Space as the reviews and pictures were decent. We reached early so they gave us the room. The room is basic. The washroom is fine and they give decent breakfast in the room (same every day, catered from out). The only saving grace of the place is the resourceful staff - The reception guy really helped us get a rental scooter and auto to the bus stand. The cleaning lady and watchman were kind. It's a couple-friendly place too and the location is great. Very close to White Town.

We booked our stay quite last moment and very few options were there in the budget range so we booked Rolling Space as the reviews and pictures were decent. We reached early so they gave us the room but the pillows did not have covers on and looked DISGUSTING. They changed it later but that was pretty bad. The room is basic, hygiene could be better in terms of sheets, etc. The washroom is fine and they give decent breakfast in the room (same every day, catered from out). The AC is fixed at 20-23 degrees which is terrible because the room gets really hot. We were sweating most of the time. It is not remote work friendly at all because the WIFI is super patchy and does not work most of the time. The worst part is the geyser/heater - you need to keep the water running for 15-20 mins constantly to get any hot water. So much water and time wastage just because of some solar heater systems. The place also has lizards.

pathetic experience, won’t use booking.com in future

when we reached to the property there was not a single staff except of a security guard, with no choice in hand we had look out for another property and by the grace of god we got a good hotel. my question to booking.com when you are incapable to provide a hotel then why you commit. I was with my entire family with a kid and aged mother traveled entire day on road; imagine we reached to a hotel which was already booked many weeks back and we get this treatment…….Disgusting!!!!

Exceptional

I have been to pondicherry multiple times but this is one of the best stays in pondi .The staff is very helpful and extremely professional. They treat you with so much respect and takes care of everything you need so that you feel just like home. Mr.Pandi and Mr. Vaithi in the reception were great and very friendly. The rooms are very clean and bathroom is more than neat. Rolling space is Located at a perfect spot , at min distance from all tourist spots like French town, rock beach, Aurobindo ashram. I strongly recommend this place to all planning a visit to pondi.

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, nice breakfast and good location. Based on other reviews we doubted on the hot water but, we did get hot water even though it was cloudy - The reason being the heaters n not solar. Overall a very pleasant stay ! 😊

Superb

New property which was quite good, very clean and good ambience. And while comparing to outside price its more value for money. Best property to stay with centralized air conditioner and solar heater.

They don't have restaurant but we have Star ambur briyani and super market near to our property.

Requested for early check in. They agreed but still got 700rs extra only for refreshing. No one was available to receive us. It's confusing to reach the place. Bed was really dirty. Bed spread was not even washed. After calling them multiple times they came and changed. Had to travel half an hour to get a rental bike. Totally a very bad experience.

I went with my family. Value for money Hotel.

The hotel is in the construction phase. But clean room with all facilities . They don't have many staff but we didn't have any problem with that. They also arranged us a car for local sightseeing. They complimentary breakfast was very awesome. I am basically from Jharkhand -West Bengal side, but loved the morning south indian breakfast . Overall it was a very pleasant stay . Staff was very polite and helpful. I booked it at around 7000 total for 2 rooms for 2 days . At this price point , completely satisfied

The size of the room. They don't have their own restuarant or food service. But there are restuarant on the main road beside the hotel.

Budget and comfy stay with free parking and yummy breakfast but not so called hot water

They provide an excellent homemade South Indian breakfast that was so tasty with exceptional quality. I have not had anything much better in my life. It's available earliest at 8am on request but the usual delivery time is 9am. They deliver it to your room promptly. The mattress was comfortable and cozy and gave a good night's rest and sleep. Room size -140sq.ft. The front desk is always available and will help you with all the needs. The phone is provided to dial the front desk. 10mins drive to rock beach. Star Biryani and a departmental store are available in the next building. Orange Muticuisine restaurant is available nearby.

The building has solar water heaters. On busy days when the place has full occupancy except no hot water from the tap. Also the temperature of the water is just luke warm. Out of three days, we had to take shower in cold water for two days. Also, the AC temperature control didn't work in my room 101, just had the on/off button working which made the room so cold. The room next to our room 101 was stuffed with all the used laundry that caused a bad odour all around the place whenever I left my room. Management has to certainly look into this. The water from the washroom spills out into the room when you take shower and messes the entrance of the washroom. Management provides only one water bottle, one soap and one shampoo/room/day even if you check in as two per room. This doesn't feel good. They charge 20/water bottle. Of course food was great and yummy. Iron Box ,kettle, chair and table were provided. Bedsheets and towels are not so white compared to other places. Parking is available and done on the muddy place beside the building. The car gets dusty every morning. Security is place 24/7.
