Accomodation a short distance from an amazing uncrowded beach. Pleasant host, quiet environment, possibility to park inside the area.
The inner door cannot be closed completely. Some minor details could be added to the equipment (toilet seat).

Owners and manager were taking great care of us the whole stay. They were very kind, just pity we didnt speak Italian. Please prepare some phrases and basic italian words, so your stay will be even more perfect here. The apartment had everything what you could need from A/C via good kitchen to bathroom. Very cosy and comfortable mattrace and beds. I didnt have even 1 small problem with anything. you could have party in the courtyartd with other people and at the same time to sleep quietly in your place. Really no problem at all ! ! !
I would install some soap holder in the shower.

The city is a ghetto where 99/100 buildings are vacant and trash litters the streets and sidewalks. The owner has done a great job of cleaning up their little section and providing a safe experience. The staff and full time residents are great and welcoming.
Outside of the walls, the city and neighborhood is scary.

The neighbourhood is quite dodgy, trash everywhere, buildings falling apart, falling to ruins, no open bars, one open shop. The alleys are gated, you cannot even see the sea, let alone visit without paying, the owner of the accomidation owns a beach, but charges extra for access. The accomodation is crude, half finished, the shower faucet was broken and the heavy handle landed next to my daughter's head. It was quite dirty (hair in the bathroom, dusty and the kitchenware worn off, plastic salad bowls all broken, pans badly scratched, instead of a kitchen counter with drawers only a curtain, ...).
The owner's wife was very rude and once even beat her child, they were only ashamed that the boy was crying so loud. They had no respect for our car as the boy was kicking the ball around it constantly and noone cared.
There was no outside table or chairs, let alone a shade to enjoy the coffee and I got an uneasy feeling we were in their way more than their guests. One of the rooms was constantly open, as it was impossible to close the door. One of the beds was blocking the door, not ideal as it was the room our kids slept in and we needed to shut down even the kitchen light and whisper in the dark for them tobe able to sleep.
On the last day we were asked about the time of departure (we agreed, we would leave by 10am), but they sent some contractors to measure things half an hour earlier and left, so we were practically evicted by total strangers.
They were renovating the next buildings and when a truck came to take away the leftover materials (concrete and similar), they raised a lot of dust, filling our car as we were packing to leave.
They only speak Itallian and expected me to learn so they could have it their way.
An awful and dirty experience.
Not worth half the money we payed.
Avoid if possible.

Practically furnished, clean accommodation. Not too fancy neighborhood, although that's why the beach was not crowded in high season, which we really appreciated.
