only 1 blanket which was very heavy, there should have been an extra blanket that was lighter

All the advantages of an AirBnb without any of the hassle (cleaning fees, lists of tasks to do before check-out, etc). The space was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Lots of restraurants within walking distance and the neighborhood felt safe!
Parking was somewhat difficult on the first night as there were not enough spots for all the guests at the property. It felt like playing musical chairs. The apartment was not well sound-proofed, so we could hear every movement of the guests above us and everything happening on the street outside. We were thankful that we brought a white noise machine to drown out the sound at night.

Great location
Little road noise… although we expected that

Fresh, clean and modern. Great location and easy check in.
We were excited to have laundry however the washer/dryer combo unit was not ideal and took forever to clean our clothes. Not a fan!
4.1
The location was amazing with lots of great restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. within walking distance. The room was comfortable with all the things we needed. It was really nice to have the refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc. It was easy to access the property and the room.
There was an unusual rhythmic tapping sound that happened frequently (like once every few hours). It was fairly loud and we couldn't figure out what it was from.

Easy to walk everywhere; location, location, location!
Not much.

We've stayed several times and every time is better than the last!!!

Loved the virtual check-in! So quick and easy when you just have a code for building and room entry rather than a key to keep track of! I'm that person that always forget my keycard in my room and has to ask for a spare. I NEVER have that problem here!
Nothing! An elevator would have been handy simply for arrival and departure with all the luggage but got a nice leg workout with several trips up the stairs 🤣🤣

i have never left a bad review before, but this online checkin simply did not work. customer service - both online chat and calls did not/could not help checkin - had to be done online. online site kept stating my double typed email entries didn’t match but they did. i re typed and checked multiple times. finally worked, but then wouldn’t connect or complete the checkin. the multiple attempts with calls and chat lasted > 1 hour. finally demanded refund. got it - but only after argument. not fun. not worth the bother. Booking.com should drop this provider.

Great location. Clean. Easy no-touch exit and entry.
We were travelling with three people so depending on the pull out couch as a place to sleep. It was trash - super uncomfortable. After the first night, we contacted Sonder to see if we could get an air mattress or a cot. They said no. We pulled the mattress off the pull out and used it on the floor - still not great - and really inconvenient. This unit would be just fine for two people - but three is a big NO.

AC was cold
no television in the bedroom and you had to have Hulu or some type of stream account. No regular tv

great location, 10 min walk to Downtown and Rockies Field. parks, restaurants and entertainment all within 5-15 minute
walk.
The parking lot was limited and the lack of elevator

It was very clean and comfortable.
A lot of noise from the neighbors above us on the 3rd floor.

Never got past the woman on the phone. Didn't get a room as my phone wasn't compatible with their software.

Location fantastic. Rooms large. Coffee great. Check-in and out easy. Parking excellent benefit.
Sofa-bed was very uncomfortable. Moving mattress to floor fixed that.
Because one person was sleeping in the main / living room on the first floor, it would have been great to have blackout shades in that room (already in bedroom).
Noise from other rooms a bit higher than usual in a hotel, I know that is hard to fix. None of our neighbors was discourteous.

loved everything about our stay!

Very clean and nice room.
To loud. The location is right of the highway and trucks park next to you and you can hear them wll night

It was clean, roomy, pictures were exactly what the room looked like. I liked the way we could control temperature of room.
The walls are thin and you could hear people running around upstairs.

Sonder Denver is the perfect 'home' from home. The cozy studio apartment was full stocked with everything you'd need for a short stay. The location was a short driving distance from downtown, but there were several bars, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance too. We particularly loved the snow globe pods at Family Jones for gin martinis. The room was clean and we had no problems with noise. Parking wasn't a problem for our two cars. One on-site and one on the road. Both free. We would definitely stay again should the need arise.
We were on the third floor, and there wasn't an elevator. Which if you are bringing in a lot of luggage is a bit of a drag. It is cozy being a studio apartment. Great for one person. Ok for two. Any more than that and you might go stir-crazy.
4.1
The apartment was wonderful and spacious. I liked the kitchen and living room. It was very quiet. Not too far from the central station.
The location of the apartment was next to the highway, when we arrived it was dark so you'd have to look around closely for fast moving cars. Not easily accessible on foot.

Location. New concept. Very clean. Layout: two bedrooms with kitchen and family room. All contact, check-in, instructions are web-based.
Limited parking (we had to park on street about 1.5 blocks away). HATED $89 Cleaning fee not stated along with reasonable cost of stay. No office or staff.
4.1
plenty of room for my needs
the parking has to be a better way of getting parking for all who stay there
4.1
The location was amazing. So many great cafes, restaurants, and bars around. It felt safe and was very walkable.
The shade couldn't be pulled down all the way over the a/c unit/heater. So we had to fill in large gaps with pillows to get the room dark for sleeping and to get privacy for changing clothes.
When we needed a coffee carafe, it was kind of a hassle to wait for someone to chat online, instead of going to a front desk. But the person was very nice and took care of it quickly.
4.1
Room was very clean, water was hot and with good pressure, the door codes were excellent, coffee was good.
Plug ins were inconvenient and few, bed and chairs were hard, no comfortable seating, air conditioning was loud and ran constantly.
4.1
The iron was broken and it’s very complicated to find someone to help.
4.1
The room is like new - very clean, well maintained. Nice decor. Comfortable beds and sofa. Kitchen is stocked with most of the basic pots & utensils, regular coffee & tea, salt & pepper, olive oil. No decaf.
The location is VERY noisy. Sonder provides ear plugs and a white noise machine. The large AC/heater window unit also adds a bit of noise. The blinds are not darkening plus the sunlight comes in around the edges. Room darkening curtains in the bedrooms would be a big improvement. Technically it is a "walkable" location, but your walk into downtown is noisy. But the walk into the neighborhood & a few local shops & restaurants is great.
