Last time Customer

I did not even get to stay in the room. I booked the room as I was driving to San Diego to attend a service and sporting event. I noticed I had a message from the facility after the service was over which was about 40 minutes after I booked. They were asking when I would be checking in stating they had a 3-7pm check in and there was an additional fee for anything after that. At this time it was around 3:45pm. So I advised that I could not invite any additional charges. This fee was not in ad. I was charged and I did not stay there. I ended up have to sleep in my car in a parking lot. Very upset with Booking.com!!!

Horrible

The property was not exactly as seen in the picture. The room smells no bathroom tissue had to asked. Beds has some stains , dusty and they accept people’s uses drugs

I didn’t like everything staff was rude. Un professional.

Disappointing

I arrived 15 minutes early, and asked if it was okay to check in before my check in time, the host told me I would have to wait the 15 minutes since she needed more time to get the rooms ready. I booked for 3 rooms. which I understood and had no problem with. before I proceeded to leave she told me I would have to pay $150 in cash which I thought to be weird since I never pay in cash for a deposit. so after that I ended up leaving , I returned an hour later and when I arrived , it was different host which was a man, he then told me I would have to pay $150 for each room which I thought to be weird since the lady told me it was $150 , he then proceeded to call her and she mentioned usually they charge $150 for the each room but would just charge me for one. my family and I didn’t really stay in the rooms due to us just needed them to have somewhere to sleep in for the night. the next day my brother asked for the deposit back , the man gave him the money back and shortage us $10 dollars. it was our fault for not counting the money in-front of him. we noticed after we had already left the place. over all our stay was okay. just make sure you count your money in-front of him so you get it all back.

Location is pleasurable to the eyes if you are outside. The staff are accommodating and willing to help.

What I thought was advertised as a motel is actually a home. The vibe is more of an air bnb, which in the end felt fine.

It was a residential house. I wasn't expecting it to be. I was greeted by a man who was in his 30's and I just felt uncomfortable. I phoned Booking.com to explain that I didn't want to stay there. And I don't feel that I was helped in any way.

Very disappointed

I thought it I was booking a hotel, I tried calling and messaged multiple times. We drove all the way out to the property and still nothing. No check in instructions, no response from the owner. I tried to receive a partial refund and was completely ignored. My wife and I decided to leave and accepted the money we lost. however I didn’t stay at the property, this review is only based on the hospitality

we never were allowed in , home resident rent out room, we had the deposit required, but they would not open front, rang doorbell four times , no response,so we left not staying at this resident.

nobody would come forword and tell us we were denide service.

The temperpedic beds were nice

I felt strong armed for the deposit before we could enter, the lady was so awkward and it seemed like she thought we were bad people or something. Before we got there had to explain we were arriving early and that was a nightmare, rung the door bell many times and finally got a response after 10 minutes waiting outside. The bathroom had hair from someone else in the sink and shower, shower head had poor pressure. No freezer in the fridge inside the room, 2 power outlets, and just awkward attitudes from the staff. I hope you guys learn a few things about hospitality, and making people feel welcomed. If you don't want strangers coming to the place you live at, maybe you should pick some other way of making extra money than this.
