Amazing cottage getaway
We spent the first week of July at this property, and it did not disappoint! The cottage is a nice mix of rustic and modern, and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were all comfortable and the living space was perfect for hanging out and watching a movie.
What really makes this property are all the different outdoor spaces. The upper deck was ideal for morning coffee and after dinner lounging. The waterfront was outstanding, with excellent swimming and fishing, and the dock is perfect for catching some sun in between swims. Our favorite part was the deck and gazebo with the swinging chairs, perfect for reading in the shade or catching an afternoon nap.
The hosts were very responsive and went above and beyond providing helpful information. Definitely some of the best we've dealt with to date.
We would absolutely recommend this property and plan to visit again in the future!

Beautiful location, The views were fantastic
The property was beautiful and relaxing! The wood stove was non usable which was a little bit of a let down because it was advertised with fire in the photos, I did enjoy the fire pit a great amount. The couch provided was not comfortable at all but again I improvised with putting the chair cushions on it to enjoy some television while resting. The water froze up quite a bit of the time while I was there but luckily enough I was able to find running stream water for restroom purposes . Luckily the owners left some extra potable water that I used for the dishes. The weather was fairly cold during our stay which made the pipes freezing understandable. Consistent conversation with the owners was comforting and their care and concern was appreciated. Definitely a beautiful place to stay! I’m sure this would be a fantastic place to stay during warmer weather.

Shortened......unfortunately
We only stayed one night of three as the water lines froze. The best course of action was to unplug the pump and check out. Disappointing but for the best. We were looking forward to the weekend. The cottage is really cute, clean and comfortable. We may be back next year.
