FOUR WINDS is a completely renovated lovely and spacious 7 bedroom, 6.5 bath deep water canal home located on the corner of East 2nd Street and Lee Street only a few short steps to toes in the sand! And you can bring your boat and jet ski and leave at the dock - easy access from the canal to the Intracoastal Waterway - BIG fun!
IN ORDER FOR OUR GUESTS TO MISS ALL OF THE SATURDAY AFTERNOON CHECK-IN AND SATURDAY MORNING CHECK-OUT TRAFFIC IN SEASON, THIS HOME IS OFFERED SUNDAY TO SUNDAY beginning Summer 2021. This gives you your Saturday , your last day, with a much less crowded beach from about 10am to 4pm and its pretty marvelous! And remember...full week rentals only in season, Sunday to Sunday.

FOUR WINDS features three distinct levels of living with upscale furnishings & window treatments. From the tiled entry foyer on the ground floor are two bedrooms, ( 2 Queen beds in one and 2 sets of bunk beds in the other) one full bath, and a game room complete with sitting area with large flat screen TV, foosball table, and game table. There is also a one bay garage for your use.
Up the beautiful oak stairs to the main living floor and you enter a spacious grand living room filled with natural light, hardwood floors and furnished super comfortably with large flat screen TV, wet bar with ice maker, and an extra game/eating table. Beautiful view of the canal. It will undoubtedly be a favorite gathering spot for your family.
For your dining enjoyment there is an extra large wide dining table that seats at least 12 with a canal view. There are also additional bar stools at the kitchen island.
A wall of windows and patio doors with views of the canal lead to the covered porch where you can enjoy beautiful Aruba outdoor deck furniture (couch, chairs, coffee table, and dining table and chairs) overlooking the canal.
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and is sure to please with all the counter space. It has a large opening to the living room so the cook is not excluded from the fun!
In addition the main living floor has two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and private bath. There is a powder room, and a washer/dryer area off the living room. The third floor offers three additional spacious bedrooms each with private baths.
The large master bedroom has a King bed, private balcony and widows watch with incredible views! The other two bedrooms on the top floor each have two Double beds and of course their own private baths. You can “glimpse” the ocean from most every bedroom! Totally gutted and renovated master bath 2024.
The outside area canal side is shaded for an after-dinner drink, a relaxing read, and those grilling out nights. This area also has a table and chairs.
The fantastic outdoor space has sweeping concrete canal views, boat dock, and jet ski pad, a fenced green area, double outdoor showers, and multiple porches including the widows watch.
Perfect for several couples and/or a large family with children, this ultra-spacious home can sleep up to 20, has six en-suite bathrooms as well as a half bath off the great room.

This tastefully decorated canal home is right around the corner from the beach. It is available as pet-friendly (ONE DOG ONLY) with a $300 non-refundable fee. You may also book FOUR WINDS as a special events property but we do not allow house parties.

Four Winds was perfectly located for the town’s July 4 celebrations. We enjoyed watching the parade from the comfort of our balcony and the fireworks from the top crow’s nest. Excellent communications with the host also.

Great house, nice amenities, excellent quiet location. If you cook big meals the kitchen could use a few more things - big salad bowl and other larger mixing bowls, the parts for the blender which are missing.

This home is great for a large family or group. Beautiful costal home, just an easy and short walk to the beach, and it’s on the inlet. It’s near by to a beautiful nature trail and a short drive to beach shops! We definitely love the home and location!
Unlike a lot of properties you rent, Martha (the home owner) allows you direct contact with her should any issues arise. While staying for our long weekend (in the off season of January following a series of thunderstorms) we had a few plumbing issues (Kitchen sink stoped up, hot water heater tripping off, upstairs toilet slow to drain) but Martha was so attentive and quick to reply and send out professionals to fix our issues! We never had to wait long to hear back from her or for the workers to show up! She has great help who work fast and professionally! We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this property!

The house was well kept and clean. We had 15 people and it was the perfect size and the perfect number of bathrooms. Communication with the owner was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend.

It was such a beautiful home to stay In with family ! Beach was just a few steps away food and stores were only a 7 min drive from the house ! Martha made it such a pleasant stay for us and my family definitely will be back !

The location was amazing. It was large enough for our group to have plenty of room. It's a beautiful property and Martha was so helpful with a well kept notebook for reference and even recommendation. The outdoor spaces at the house were amazing, plenty of porches so even when the weather wasn't great enough for the beach we could still be outside enjoying the day. Thank you Martha for our stay.

My siblings and I rented this home to spend a week with our Mom. There were 9 of us and 7 of us were working remotely all week. There was plenty of room, the wifi was good and we all had a wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at Four Winds. We had plenty of room and beds for up to 16 people. The house was clean and kitchen well stocked. We especially enjoyed the canal for kayaking and paddle boarding. Martha was easy to communicate with and replied to our texts in a timely manner-with a delightful sense of humor!!

Wonderful cold AC, great hot water for showers, beautiful wood flooring throughout, comfortable beds, and a wraparound deck that we all enjoyed. They even have a dining table large enough for all of us and more. Martha, our host, was so accommodating and just lovely to work with. We hope to be back again next year.

JUST PERFECT
We needed someplace big enough to accommodate 4 adult children, two daughters in law and ourselves for our 15th wedding anniversary and this was perfect. Wonderful cold AC, great hot water for showers, beautiful wood flooring throughout, comfortable beds, and a wraparound deck that we all enjoyed. They even have a dining table large enough for all of us and more. Martha, our host, was so accommodating and just lovely to work with. We hope to be back again next year.

We visit OIB annually and this was one of our favorite properties. This is a great house if you have a large group. It had more room than we needed but we really enjoyed the space. Very clean and great communication from the owner. We love OIB and we would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful Girls Weekend
The property was so lovely. It was well stocked and comfortable for us on our Girls Weekend. Plenty of room inside and out for the 10 of us to sit and visit. The owners were so pleasant and accommodating. Great place.

Great Location
The house is very nice and in a great location. We were able to sleep 11 people there easily and there was ample parking. I think the only issue we had was that one of the "bed rooms" was actually just beds put into a common walkthrough area which wasn't clear from the listing. Overall it was a great stay and we'd go back.

Fantastic Home
We had a fantastic time at this wonderful home! Location was perfect, and we had plenty of room for 7 adults and our 2 dogs. Martha was so easy to communicate with, and even dropped off an extra beach umbrella one day during our stay. I could not recommend the house more, and hope to return again sometime in the future!

Perfect spot for a large group
My extended family enjoyed a week here, we were a group of 16. Plenty of room for everyone. There’s an extra fridge in the garage which is perfect for all the food that is needed for a group this size.
3 coffee pots was a winner for our group too!
Easy walk to the beach.
Lots of extras in the house like beach chairs, kitchen linens, soaps in the bathrooms.

Exactly what we were looking for!
We loved the house, the neighborhood and the beach!!! We kayaked, collected sea shells, flew kites, enjoyed Long Beach days, and had dinners at the table (large enough for the whole family!) we are ready to book it again for next year, and many more we hope!!

The house is spacious and offers ease of getting to the beach plus all the fun a canal brings. We had plenty of room to spread out (after being cramped in many other OIB homes). Having a second fridge in the garage was great for our large crew. Martha is great to work with and was super responsive to all of my questions. We will definitely be back!
