I loved that this place had a great view right off the back porch.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The property was clean, up-to-date and the host did a great job making sure we had all the information for the place. The garage was a great touch since this saved us from having to remove snow off the car in the morning.

A well-situated and tidy condo with enclosed garage. Great for access to Copper, A-basin, Keystone and the Dam Brewery as well as local stores.

First and foremost - beware of the dishwasher door! The door will fall to the floor when opened. My partner had this happen on day 2 of the trip; the door landed on her left foot and throbbing pain ensued. Between the pain and swelling she was unable to put on a snowboard boot and we eventually went in to the ED on day 4. It was at this point we were told she fractured her second metatarsal (foot). We were given a walking boot and told to stay off the foot, elevate and ice. We were told healing time would be 6-12 weeks!!! This completely ruined a 3 week long snow chasing snowboard trip.
The house was insanely dry, even for Colorado standards. Cooking utensils could have been more complete and in better shape. No remote for fireplace. Faucets in bathroom were broken. Cold means hot on shower. Dust all over ceilings, fans were black with dirt. I’m sure I left something out.
On the plus side. Location was nice! Neighborhood was pretty chill. We had a great time the first night. However day 2 ruined our 3 week trip - we will be contacting Vacasa to try and remedy the situation.

I realize that this is probably a waste of time as looking back on other reviews it has been addressed before and nothig has been done. The place is absolutly filthy. Shampoo the carpet!!! It leaves your feet or socks dirty, there are animal (this is supposed to be a pet free home and there is a dog bowl in the closet along with a dirty furnace filter) and food spots everywhere. Our first indication of potential problems was when we opened the garage and it was filthy. We washed off the table and counters and the rag came up dirty. Whom ever is cleaning needs to be fired, there was still hair in the tub, dead insects on the counter and bath vanity, dust and cobwebs everywhere. The windows, hand rails, and tile floors are filthy. When checking before we left we did a good chck to make sure we had not left anything and found two drug pills under the bed where the children had slept. There is no excuse for this, what would have happened if it had been a dangerous drug and the children had ingested? The hid-a-bed has been removed and replaced with a regular couch to two had to sleep on the floor. Toilet paper holder is coming off the wall as it was installed incorrectly. There for 5 days and there was only 2 kitchen hand towels, no kitchen rags, 2 trash bags. The dishwasher door is about to fall off, missing the trays on the door have all been reported before and nothing has been done. We contacted Vacasa, asking to be moved to another home but the local people would not respond

We had such a great time in Silverthorne! The location let us beat the traffic to breckenridge every day and the grocery stores and food options nearby made it easy to stock up and enjoy staying in the property. The booking was easy and the check-in and out process was simple.

Loved our stay in this wonderful townhouse. Very comfortable and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook meals in. We were a short walk from the Lily Pad Lake and Walden trails which we enjoyed. We loved the back porch views and saw several moose, fox , and tons of hummingbirds. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful Property!
We were here for a family ski trip. There were 5 of us and we had a GREAT time! A beautiful condo with amazing views. Having a garage is SUPER nice! (note, anything much bigger than a Ford Explorer probably isn't going to fit!) Everything was very clean. We had a very small issue shortly after we got there, but Vacasa was GREAT about getting it taken care of quickly. Two minor notes...the thermostat was a little hard to regulate. We went to bed in a cool house and woke up a little warm. Also, the description that you "may need 4x4" is VERY accurate. If you're there in a big snowstorm, you may or may not be making it up those roads. But overall, a really, really nice place and we would absolutely stay again if we're headed that way!

Great location and spotless
Really enjoyed the stay. Would DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN. Very clean! TV/ Dish instructions not clear without rifling through the instructions in kitchen. We suggest these be moved under the dual remotes for the TV. Also would be best if the wifi name is prominently displayed next to the password. Fortunately found it buried in some written materials and then eventually in written materials at the
condo. Would mention the great short path next to 61B down to Ryan Gulch. Had to find on own, but what a jewel!! BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET location. Most assuredly want to go back!

Left a day early because it was so bad
The first floor carpet had large stains throughout, particularly in the dining room and was dirty overall. Fortunately, there wasn't a smell, but it felt like a repo. Also ALL of the smoke detectors were disconnected or missing. Positive note is the bathrooms, kitchen, and lower level were clean. The view is spectacular and why we stayed 2 nights, but couldn't bear it any longer.

Great Home Base for Summit County
Beautiful condo, lots of space, close to hiking and attractions in Summit County. We'd definitely come back.

We loved being right on the National forest hiking trails. We had moose, deer, foxes and raccoons right behind our condo. And the weather was 30 degrees cooler than Texas in August. Only bad things was the carpet is really stained. Not sure why they don’t clean it at all. And some of the frig shelves are broken. But it was a great size for us. The Wi-Fi was great. The views and access to many hiking trails made up for the negatives.

Great access to hiking and lake.
This was a basic condo. It was comfortable, but could really use a deep clean. Amazing views and lots of hikes right out your back door. Easy access to town for restaurants etc. and close to the lake. We spent our time hiking and kayaking! The TV is tiny, a bigger screen would have been nice for movie night.

Property shows its age
Location with a great view and good overall to ski in Keystone, Breck .
The property shows its age though. Lots of stains on the carpet. Fridge was not clean and had broken shelf brackets. Cooking utensils are so so with no decent stick free pan. One of the electric front burner was not working
This place needs an in depth clean to be done regularly

Good location but show it’s age
Good location to ski in the various ski resorts around but the premises show its age. Carpet has a lot of stains, kitchen equipment is haphazard , TVs are small to very small. Fridge’s freezer was not clean and was missing bottle holders.
Overall, place needs and in depth cleaning and a refresher
