Well equipped with a full kitchen. Cooking was easy. Spacious living and dining room.
The double beds could be bigger. Another WC would have been useful since we had 3 bedrooms but only 1 bathroom.

Great location. Cool apartment
Cleanliness in the kitchen was not very good. Some dishes and the oven were not very clean.

Ionut was very helpful. We did not have blinds at two rooms and he sorted out the same day we raised the issue. Also very good information about what to do

Huge windows everywhere! Plenty of space to spread out. Everything you needed in the kitchen and the grocery store was a short walk away. We honestly thought that we would be happy living in this apartment!
The only things we didn’t like seem to be typical things in Norway: soft beds, no dryer, and funky shower controls that took a few minutes to figure out. One thing to be aware of is that this unit is up a steep hill.

Superb location, close to the city center , airport, bus stations. Rooms are of good size, For 8 persons absolutaly perfect. Sauna in the winter season very welcomed.
Matresses on the beds were for us too soft, We were missing the wood for the fireplace, which was delivered later, seems that cleaning is not taking care of the fireplace at all.

The Property was spacious, clean and visually appealing. The apartment is in a three story house on a small hill, and there are views of the waterfront. It is within a 5 to 10 minute walk of everything in town - shopping, restaurants and tour meeting spots. Tromsø itself is delightful with many pedestrian paths. Up the hill about a km are a network of cross country ski/walking trails. The whole place is a little outdoor paradise. The nearby Viking Hotel provides lobby services including key pickup. They were responsive and helpful. They promptly fixed a door hinge that was not working properly, they booked taxis for us, and they provided information as well as waffles in their small lobby. This was overall an outstanding place to stay for a large family. We were in the four bedroom apartment, and it very easily accommodated our family of 7. There were beds for more people than we had. It was a lovely stay.
The second bathroom’s outlet has no wiring to it. Though this should be fixed it did not affect our stay other than having to move to another room to dry hair.

Spacious apartment. Clean and tidy. Accommodation was ok but we didn’t find it luxurious or good value at the premium price the hotel is charging.
Apartment is in a building away from the main hotel and accessed via a steep spiral staircase. Gives the impression that it had been furnished on a tight budget. No blinds or curtains at windows - whilst this may be common in Norway there is a lot of light pollution at night making it difficult to sleep and the apartment is overlooked from other buildings (particularly the main bedroom and lounge area). There was also a lot of street noise outside (shouting, etc.) in the early hours every night. The apartment generally felt a bit unloved with a few too many (mainly minor) issues which were flagged to Reception but not addressed. Only one door key is provided which is inconvenient if you are in a group. Location not particularly good for bus departure point if you are planning to join any tours.

Great location.
Noisy neighbours upstairs

living area was great.
The range hood was low and a constant pain as it was transparent and anyone who cooked banged their head on the infernal structure multiple times- this is a design issue but was incredibly annoying.
no toaster. no bowls- had to borrow 3 bowls from the hotel around the corner to share between 6.

The apartment we stayed in—the first floor of Prestengata 2— is one of those rare things: it actually looks exactly like the photos in the Booking.com listing. High ceilings, a luxurious living room with lots of sitting space, a dining table for 6, and some nice views of the mountains and waters, even the sauna in the bathroom was exactly as shown in the listing.
Check-in was smooth. Zoltan was the lovely young man who checked us in and he was very helpful. He also gave us loads of chocolate, which turned out to be the best chocolate I've tasted in a long time. There is a short trek from the hotel lobby to the apartment, but Zoltan basically carried our luggage up the icy slopes.
For me it was love at first sight with the apartment because the living area had a beautiful tall ceiling, windows all around and it was warm. There was a kitchen with induction stoves, a full size refrigerator and freezer and a dishwasher. The kitchen was equipped with basic utensils (large stock pot, small sauce pot, frying pan) and plates, bowls, salad bowls, serving plates, glasses, cups, wine glasses etc. Beds were comfortable, with solo duvets for each person so we all stayed toasty and slept well.
The bathroom was fantastic, what you might find in a six-star hotel, with an enclosed shower, a huge jacuzzi, sound system(!) and my favourite thing: a dry sauna! They also made sure I had a washing machine as requested. Norway is a genuinely green city so they don't use dryers, but there was a drying rack and all my overnight laundry was crisp and dry by morning. There are also differently colored trash bags for different types of trash! It was so educational. Singapore sure could learn from Norway.
We spent 7 wonderful days and nights at this apartment, woke up each morning to a different coloured sky, made many meals, celebrated our 28th anniversary with our children present... it was a very memorable stay.
It was a joy to stay in this apartment and we highly recommend it!
Small things:
- The hallway could do with a brighter light :)
- Would be nice if the TVs were digital—there was cable TV but not much English selection. We brought an HDMI cable and were able to hook up the iPad to the TV, but would be great if we could just cast from our phones :)
- The kitchen could benefit from a few more cooking pots/pans, tongs, kitchen scissors, knives (there was just 1 knife) but for a guest that doesn't cook as much as we did, what is available is enough
- The apartment is set on a slope and you need to climb two short flights of steps to get to the door. These can be slippery in the winter so be careful if you're not used to these weather conditions. Again, not Enter's fault, just that us tropical people aren't use to walking on ice

Parking area was small and inconvenient.

We didn’t receive the room that we booked. The welcome booklet was filled with threats of significant additional fees.

The apartment was warm, spacious, and in a great location. It had plenty of space for the 8 of us and the two bathrooms were essential.
One room was a single bed and one room had 3 beds in. This made it tricky as we were travelling as 4 adults and 4 children, and the children wanted to share a room but one had to sleep in with the adults.

Great Location fantastic size accomodation. All questions answered by the Enter Staff and quick fix of the Wifi and when more towels needed. Nice parking spaces for our 2 rental cars. The views over the bay and of the mountains were also a big plus.
Everything was perfect.

The apartment is large and perfect for a large group of people like we were. The place is perfectly well located, right next to the city centre.
The beds are very comfortable, and so are the couches. A few things were not functional when we checked-in, but we were impressed by how responsive the staff were to come and fix everything.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
Unfortunately, a few things were not working during our stay. The dishwasher was broken when we arrived, and the staff from the hotel came to try and fix it but it was beyond repair. There were damaged elements from the sauna and hot tub too, but it was all repaired in a few hours after we informed the staff from the hotel. We were quite impressed by how responsive the staff were.
For a large group of people, it was very difficult to have enough hot water for everybody, especially if the hot tub was used. Basically, don't expect anybody to have a hot shower in the hours following the use of the hot tub.

Location is very good - both by car and by foot.
Upon arrival our reservation was lost (although we did receive a Booking.Com reminder AND some direct e-mail exchange with the hotel before arrival). Instead of 3-bedroom flat we got a 2-bedroom flat with a slightly lower rate. Also the reserved car park was not available and we had to leave our car on the street.
The following day after check-in I received a telephone call from Booking.Com - somebody at the hotel has changed our original reservation to 2-bedroom flat. (The reservation that was supposed to have been lost the day before - miraculously re-appeared and somebody wanted to change it). Now the best part: the rate in the reservation changed by the hotel staff without telling us about is was significantly lower than the rate we were offered at the check-in by the hotel staff! How dare you treat your customers like this? After a few intensive discussions with the staff, we did get a refund so that the price we paid was the same as the "new" rate in Booking.Com.
About the flat itself: poor cleaning, poor appliances (3 flat screen TVs in the flat - of which 1 (!) worked upon arrival. This was fixed after some phone calls), broken shelf in the fridge, no hooks for towels in the bathroom, problems with plumbing, etc. The flat is definitely not luxury - far from it.
Check-out was chaotic. The hotel reception was closed with no information anywhere The Enter chain has another hotel a few blocks away - but the reception there was closed as well - with a sign on the door asking people to go to our hotel reception. Neither of the telephone numbers answered. After 30 min. of trying, somebody answered the "24 hour helpline". At the end, we had to drive to yet another Enter hotel on the other side of the city to check out and be able to get on the road.
The worst thing was how this hotel treats their customers. In a true luxury establishment you never ever treat your customers like we were treated.
