About this house rental

NO SMOKING. ALLOWED. We purchased this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Beach Bungalow inside the desirable Oceanside Village 4 years ago. We installed a BRAND-NEW KITCHEN; BEDROOMS AND LIVING ROOM UPDATED; NEW SIDE DECK ADDED.

We have owned 2015 Bittern (VRBO #7293397) for 7 years (CHECK OUT OUR 5 STAR REVIEWS). 1963 Bittern Drive is four houses away. Check out both houses on VRBO! Multiple house discounts available.

This house (1963 Bittern) has 2 bedrooms (each bedroom has 1 queen bed), 2 full bathrooms (both bathrooms renovated). Check out the large screened in porch overlooking the park. All linens are provided. The living room has a sectional couch & a single futon bed. Brand new master bedroom set and new mattress. Well behaved dogs are allowed. Please register with a pet when booking. The nearby dog park, outdoor pool, indoor pool and private beach are just seconds away by walking or with the included golf cart. MUST HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLF CART. Central AC, Wi-Fi & Cable TV included. We are accepting reservations now for 2024 & 2025.

A group of us came down for a brief golf trip. This is the perfect location with easy access to the beach and all neighborhood amenities. Communication with the owner was super easy. The house was very clean and perfect for a small group. We will look to stay again.

This is the second year we have rented from Brian and he is an amazing host! The property is fabulous, perfect for our family and love that we can bring the pups. Quick golf cart ride to the beach and right across from the dog park and playground. The kids love the pools and the park does events like ice cream socials ! So much fun. House was very clean. Brian has forever renters, so easy to communicate with and a very nice guy! Thank you so much for another great summer vacation! the house again!

This was the perfect location for us to easily enjoy the amenities. The children’s park was right across the street as well as the dog park. The pool was just within 2 blocks, and beach access was super easy to get to. Property owner was very responsive to any concerns we had.

It was our first time visiting surfside beach, we had a great time. Kids loved riding around on the golf cart and we loved how easy it was to go back and forth from the beach. Brian was super responsive and helpful when we had any questions.

We really enjoyed our week here! The screened in front porch is the perfect spot and even the side deck is fenced with a gate to keep the pup safely in with no leash. We could see the dog park to know when all her new friends showed up. The golf cart included made getting to all the amenities so easy. We will be back! Thank you Brian !

The owner property was great. The owner was great and easy to get in touch with when I had issues. The house was located inside of Oceanside Village. When my brother had to get a gate pass, the woman working there was very rude to my brother just really ugly attitude. Also, it was bike week it was too noisy inside of Oceanside Village. They were not policed better. Did not get the rest and quite I wanted, but I did get to eat. I left and ended my vacation in Charleston, Sc. I had a lot more peace and quite there tan Oceanside Village.

Great neighborhood. Pet friendly a plus. I will say that there was a few issues that we had when we got there. I messaged Brian the owner and he had those problems taken care of by the next day. He was super nice and was appreciative of us making him aware of a few things. We will probably be booking with him again.. so all in all we had a great week..

The location is always great at Oceanside Village. As far as a premier host rating, I have had better. Usually you walk into a property with this rating and find hand soap, a decent amount of linens, clean floors, etc. This property had dirty floors which left our feet and socks black on the bottom. There was no handsoap, nothing to wash dishes with and parts of the floor that was ready to cave in. We paid a cleaning fee but was asked to wash the towels before we left. Central air was listed but there were window units since the central air could not handle the heat due to the age of the unit. The grill was disgusting, could not use it. There were no extra pillows. The owner was responsive and I sent him my concerns. would not stay at this property location again. Sorry.

This was pefect for our little family and two small dogs. The dog park is just across the street which was great. Golf cart was a huge bonus. Host was very responsive if we needed anything. Will definitely stay again.

DID NOT REALIZE THIS WAS NOT THROUGH ROSE REAL ESTATE, BUT IS PRIVATELY OWNED. THE OWNER, BRYAN CALLED ME BACK WITHIN A MINUTE. VERY HELPFUL, VERY NICE. LOVED THIS HOUSE. WAS PERFECT LOCATION, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE AND THE ADDED LUXURY OF THE GOLF CART WAS PERFECT. WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK.

Absolutely loved this rental! Loved the renovations that the owner recently done. Very clean and location is so close to the beach! Love the screened in porch. Our dogs love to sit out there in the evenings and watch every golf cart go by. The golf cart was awesome! It was so lovely just to be able to drive right to the beach within a few minutes. Close to everything! Will definitely be back to stay again!

Great space with screened in porch overlooking the green area/ballfield/bark park. Easy 10 minute walk to the beach or take the golf cart. Oceanside Village feels super safe with security guard patrol at night. Delightful stay. Friendly neighborhood. Great space for your dog traveling companion.

The house was very relaxing with all kinds of amenities, i.g. golf cart, gas grill, beach chairs, towels, linens and the convenience of the beach and pool. The kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans for quiet evening meal on the screened porch. We will definitely schedule another trip soon to this location!

All in all it was a great trip. The home has been renovated and had all the amenities you would desire for a week's stay. The proximity to the indoor pool and dog park was great. We had a bit of trouble with the golf cart and so the owner continued to work to get us one that was working. There has also been a change in furniture since the listing so make sure you're not planning on needing a pull out couch (that might have already been changed on the listing). It was frustrating that we arrived Saturday around 5:00 and could not get the pass that allowed us to the beach access. That's not on the owner though, that's a complaint against the community. That's a great little spot to stay with family and bring your dog to the beach!

Very comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed. Very quiet at night. Loved the golf cart and the screened in porch! It had a lot of extras, beach chair, beach umbrella. Most restful and relaxing vacation I’ve ever had! Will definitely be back!

Great location and pet friendly! We used the enclosed porch every morning for coffee and played board games in the evening on it. Easy access to beach with golf cart is always a plus too. Had another great stay at Oceanside Village! Hope to return soon..☺️

The neighborhood is great. Very family friendly. Everything is close by, the outdoor pool area is very nice, the beach is down the road, but is very easy having the golf cart. The house is cute, and cozy. We had our family of 5 with our 2 year old grandbaby, and had plenty of room. The property owner is great. He made sure we had no problems checking in, and out. It's a wonderful place to make great memories. We will definitely be back.
