Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook up a storm, have a bbq or go for a picnic.
Laundry with washer, laundry detergent and ironing facilities. Dryer is located in the garage.
Huge bathroom with separate bath and shower. Separate toilet.
Your own garage for one small vehicle. Plenty of free street parking for large vehicles.
Large reverse cycle air conditioner in the lounge which cools the whole apartment. Fans throughout and fresh ocean breezes on the balcony.
High quality linen and fresh towels are provided for all guests.
Hidden extras - indulge in a free bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival. Enjoy games, books, beach games, boogie boards, toys, picnic blanket, beach shade and yoga mats.
Family friendly - Portacot, high chair, kids cutlery, toys and books available for families with small children.
Basic items for a short stay are provided such as tea, coffee, milk, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing tablets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap.
The whole apartment is yours during your stay.
You will have the apartment to yourself however we are available if you have any questions or problems.

Kings Beach is a beautiful area right on the Sunshine Coast in Caloundra. The beach, playgrounds, oceanfront pool, picnic areas, BBQ's and restaurants are all within walking distance. You can also walk to the surrounding beaches of Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, Shelly Beach and Tooway Creek or go to Caloundra Centre and see the markets.
This is a quiet apartment building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please NO LOUD NOISE, NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.
Please ensure you read all the HOUSE RULES prior to your stay.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor with one flight of easy steps to access it.
The oceanfront saltwater pool is a communal pool located on Kings Beach. It is not part of the apartment complex.
- Unfortunately, the garage is not suitable for large vehicles. There is plenty of street parking for larger vehicles.
- Basic consumables for a short stay are provided such as toilet paper and dishwashing tablets. For longer stays please provide your own.
- Provide your own beach towels.
- Self check-in with lockbox.
- You must notify host of any damages during stay.
- No loud noises or parties.
- Children to be supervised on balcony at all times.
- Put everything back where you found it.
- Be respectful of all neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum.
- Check in after 2pm and check out before 10am
