Riviera Dunes Condominium is a quiet gulf / beach front condo with access to Old River (Bayside) as well across the street. Walk to restaurants, and a beach store right across the street. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. 2 Master suites and 2 more bedrooms with a jack and Jill bathroom. Low Density with private beach Top story (5) with elevator, west side corner unit with amazing views of both the gulf and Old River/Ono Island. Large table for 8 plus 2 different bar seating areas. Gulf view Master, 2nd master king and twin day bed with trundle, 3rd bedroom is the bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Fourth bedroom is a queen bed. Riviera dunes also owns the Old River side of the rd with first come first serve docking for your boat. Boat rentals available locally. Natural Dune beach just a few steps from the condo.

Walk down the beach or new sidewalk to The Crab Trap (.2 mi) , Florabama bar and Yacht Club is less than a mile away. This Condo is a rare 4 bedrooms ON the beach perfect for a large family, multiple familes, or multiple couples.

I highly recommend this property! It is spacious, well stocked, beautiful view, and much more! It has easy access to the beach. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. I can’t wait to come back!

Owner was incredibly hospitable. The unit was clean and comfortable. Plenty of clean throw blankets, extra towels. The coffee bar was spectacular and ice maker was so convenient. The only downside was the pool and hot tub across the highway. Felt a bit creepy when there was no one else around in November. But still so very nice. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

This was our second time at Riviera Dunes. We couldn’t be more happy with this property, owners, and location. We had several questions before our stay and the owners were very responsive. We felt close to everything we wanted to do. We love all the beach space we had at this location. I can’t wait to return!

This condo was a great fit for our large group…6 adults and 6 kids! The kids loved the bunk room! We loved being right on the beach and ease of access. A few downsides: There were some mildew problems on the ceiling in some of the smaller, less ventilated spaces such as the master water closet, pantry, guest bath and guest closet that I think need to be addressed but that didn’t hinder our stay. We also encountered several roaches…2 dead and 2 alive. Also, it’s mentioned in the listing but should be pointed out that the pool is across the street from the condo and the street itself is pretty busy. But again, that didn’t stop us from going to the pool or enjoying our stay. Overall it was a good experience!

This property was absolutely wonderful for our group of 11. The kids loved the bunk room and the adults loved the private beach. Only downside was the pool being across the street. Other than that it was perfection.

We had a great stay in Perdido Key. The condo was very clean, there were plenty of room for all of us in the unit. The beach was beautiful and empty. The unit is close to multiple great restaurants. Look forward to coming back to Perdido Key in the future.

The property was very clean and even better than described. You walk through the door and can see it going to be an amazing view. Owner was even kind enough to let me know cleaners had finished early and allowed early check in! Highly recommend.

Our group of 6 adults and 4 kids had a great stay at the beach condo! There was plenty of space for everyone and it was a quick and easy walk down to the beach. The condo was well equipped with plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. The only item we couldn’t find was a can opener! We would definitely book again if we came back to the area!

Our stay was very enjoyable and this property was very much a part of it. Our family cooks alot (my wife and I are former restaurant poeple) and this property was not only clean and convienient but the kitchen was not only organized but the cookware was good, clean, and functional. A real step up from most rentals~ helped with many laugh filled meals overlooking the beautiful gulf.

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The condo was in a perfect spot with easy access to the beach. The condo was clean and even had small things for us we didn’t expect like shampoo, makeup remover, etc. Overall a wonderful experience and would book here again.

We have been searching for the perfect vacation spot for a couple of years. We finally found it. The condo was a great fit for our group and the beach was not crowded! We were a little bit disappointed that the pool was across the street, but we worked around that. We will definitely stay here again!

We had the best time at Riveria Dunes. The condo was beautiful, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. The beach was very quiet, even on a holiday weekend. We loved the proximity to Flora-bama and enjoyed the music and church there. The bunkroom was a huge hit for the kids and the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to be back soon!

Even though the weather was not great, we had a wonderful time all together in this spacious condo. The layout was perfect with main master on one end with plenty of room for the baby and the rest of us on other end. My favorite was relaxing on patio. The place was stocked with everything you could need in kitchen & the additional and separate ice maker was added bonus. The kids loved the cards. Thanks so much to JD for being so quick to answer my questions! My husband said the only thing not provided was a thermostat for temp of ocean!

We had a great time at your condo! The condo fit three generations of us. Ages ranging from 78 to one year old. There was plenty of room with the four bedrooms. The owners were very helpful and were very accessible for communication. The kitchen is well stocked. Overall is this a beautiful condo and a great beach location!

Amazing property. Very spacious and great setup! So clean and nice and literally right in the beach. We picked a great time to go. Not many people and not too busy! We loved our room and the location compared to things to do! 10/10 would recommend!
