About this house rental

This 2-story beach home is close to the beach with direct access and a luggage lift. Captn's Camp has gorgeous views from the multi-level decks. The decks have 8 rocking chairs and outdoor dining area to take in the gorgeous view and ocean breeze. This open concept house has a state of the art kitchen, large dining bar, and living room. There are safety gates at the top of the stairs out and a small fenced-in area where the stairs begin to keep the little ones safe and a high chair for mealtime and a pack n play are available. The kitchen is equipped with all large and small appliances, 2 sinks, all the cookware & serving dishes needed to cook and prepare meals. The coffee maker is regular carafe with a basket filter. The dining area is perfect for family meals, game nights with tons of games in island storage, and more. Captn"s Camp's living area has comfortable seating and a view of the loft with the pool table. The impressive slate fireplace rises to the second floor. The half bath is located off of the living/dining area.
The master bedroom with a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bath are located on the first floor. There is private access to the wrap around deck. The master bath offers a combination jetted walk-in tub/ shower that is handicap accessible, as well as double sinks and a higher toilet seat for mobility impaired guests.
The second floor has a bar, complete with a mini fridge and sink, along with the pool table and access to the second level deck.
The first guest bedroom has a twin set of bunk beds and a full-size bed with a smart tv. This room has an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest bedroom 2, also located on the second floor, has a full-size bed and a full-size bunk bed set. It is equipped with a smart tv. This room's attached bath has a bathtub/shower combo. All rooms have closets. You arrive to the beds made and ready for your stay. The bathrooms have towels, hand towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and 2 rolls of toilet paper. We provide cleaning products, trash bags, dish soap, etc. along with 2 rolls of paper towels and kitchen towels.
This beach house is a short walk to the beach and boasts incredible views of the Gulf. There is an outdoor shower and charcoal grill.

House was even better than description. Had very welcoming decor and stocked with all essentials to cook and/or bake for the family. Location to the beach was perfect too. Loved the large porches with rocking chairs.

We arrived Friday for the event and it was easy to get to. The location made it easy to get back to the house if needed. The house was neat and cleaned. I will definitely recommend staying here. Our trip was amazing.

Location was perfect short distance to beach. House was fully stocked with everything needed to cook. Loved that each room had own on-sweet restrooms. Pool table was nice, the views on balconies were amazing. We had an amazing time would definitely rent again!

Our family vacation was better than expected. . .and we expected it to already be great. The house is perfect which increased our expectations! The kitchen is MORE than stocked with any pot, pan, spatula you need! The ocean view from both balconies of is spectacular. The beach is a short walk, about 8 houses down, we brought a wagon to stroll our chairs, boogie boards and ice chest down to make it more convenient of a walk, which I recommend. There are lots of board games in addition to the pool table which was really great for our teens! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family, friends and kids stayed over July 4th weekend. Checked in Friday afternoon, checked out Tuesday Morning. Pros: 1. House is beautiful 2. Great Layout 3. A short walk/drive to the beach 4. The covered decks were really nice to have 5. The outdoor shower came in handy 6. Having Wifi was really nice since service sucked Cons: 1. Lift is pictured but we were not allowed to use it. Would have helped out a lot since we specifically went with the house because I am 7 months pregnant and my parents are handicap. So carrying everything up and down the stairs when there was a lift sucked. 2. There were wood cockroaches in the house. Saw about 6-8 the whole weekend 3. Grill would have been a plus but ended up almost falling apart on us. 4. One of the rooms up stairs took a remote to use fan/lights. We could not find the remote for the lights or fan. They had switches but would only turn on with the remote. We looked everywhere for it and could not find it. Messaged contact and never heard a response from her about it. The people that stayed in that room had to use a bunch of fans and were still hot the first couple days till the house cooled down. 5. Friday I washed my sons bedding and went to put them in the dryer. The dryer did not work and was broken. Directions asked us to wash and dry towels. I messaged contact she said “Im sorry, that will not be required” which was fine. But would have been nice to have been able to dry swim suits and towels since it was really windy and putting them outside to dry didn’t work very well. 6. The handicap room down stairs had extremely uncomfortable bedding and was very scratchy on the skin. (Was not very pleasant with sun burn by the 3-4 day) 7. We were excited to see the upstairs had an ice machine. We used the ice that was in the machine when we got there Thursday for drinks, and after we took the ice out it never produced more ice. Clearly something was broken on the machine. 8. Tv remotes in all the rooms but one didn't have batteries in them or were dead. Overall we enjoyed our time and would probably book again. Just had a few things that would have made the stay better.

House was so roomy for my family and grandkids. The only thing was not available was the lift which made difficult to carry all belongings up. And also the dryer didn't work so no access to washing our sandy dirty towels and clothes. But the house was the perfect size for our size family.

Very Clean and family friendly. Fully equipped and great for rainy days with open floor plan with games and pool table upstairs. Great view from upper deck. This is the second time we have rented and love it. Will be rented it again in October too.

The property is beautiful. It is super close to Crystal Beach. The kitchen is stocked with any utensils you could think off! The bathroom also had shampoo and conditioner. The house was perfect for our big family and would definitely recommend it when staying in Crystal Beach. The host was very responsive.

I booked the trip for my kids and self, we had a blast! Near the beach, the house has puzzles, games and pool table to entertain yourselves if it should rain a bit on your vacation. We had a great time, the house is beautiful and clean. The owner was great. My kids were upset there was no wifi, but I LOVED that not once did I have to say get off your phone. It was a great family time for us

We had a wonderful family vacation in this home. The views from the top deck were stunning and it is where we spent most of our time. Internet in the area is spotty and the home didn’t have wifi but we didn’t mind that too much. We will have great memories from this family vacation. Thank you for allowing us to spend it there!

There were some issues that arose, the property manger did try to fix but it was a holiday weekend. Looks like they will be taking care of it and that is what matters most. All in all it is a nice house and we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely try to rent again in the future!

The home was beautiful we had 2 accidents my self and my grandmother the elevator broke down coming down the stairs I couldn’t see it was dark and I fell bruising my knees and hurt my back so I couldn’t enjoy my stay my grandma is in her 80’s they had to lift her wheel chair up the stairs by had as it got time for them to leave her and my aunt was going down and both of them fell down the stairs with her wheel chair she was having chest pain from the fall so this was the worse weekend ever

This was my 1st time ever renting a Beach House. It was an awesome & amazing experience, did not want to leave. This house has anything & everything u need or left behind. Omg...the kitchen/dining area is gorgeous & well equipped! The pool table area was very nice, cozy as the decks were very relaxing & plenty of seating space. I loved that all 3 bedrooms had their own restroom & well organized. The lift was a lifesaver to carry up all our belongings etc. Many thanks to Carinn, she was very helpful!

We absolutely loved our time here, the house was so nice and so clean. It was well stocked on things we needed that I didn't think to bring. It even had a high chair for my daughter which was a HUGE life saver because I could not find our portable one. We had an incredible view of the beach, especially from the top floor deck. We enjoyed the outside space and the pool table. My kids loved the house too, and the gate you can put at the top of the stairs was a huge deal with us having a crawler. We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful home with beautiful view. The house is at least 5 rows back but one side has no homes next to it so you have a great view of the ocean. Very clean and good size bedrooms With private bathrooms. Large kitchen area with large bar to seat many people. Nice decks on each level. Definitely recommend. Only thing we worried about were all of the breakables which made the inside pretty but we were nervous about them.

The pace is super nice and super roomy with two stories. Great for the bachelor party weekend we had set aside. Carinn was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the upstairs pool table quite a bit. Very awesome place!

The house was very comfortable, you can tell it it someone’s home not just a rental property. Kitchen was well equipped with all needs.. pictures don’t do it justice, the home is beautifully updated kitchens and bathrooms.

Overall experience was good and house layout is good for a family. Proximity to beach is further than I anticipated and would have been a long walk without a golf cart. Listing also stated the unit has a keurig which it does not and the ice maker upstairs also was not working.
