Perfectly located near Interstate 25 and Highway 70, minutes from stores and all things Las Cruces, our newly, lovingly renovated home is warm, welcoming & wonderful. The beautifully lit dining room and buffet bar combination sets the atmosphere for a spacious family gathering, a formal dinner party or a romantic dinner for two. Our living room has a log fire and smart tv. The kitchen is roomy and has a dinette area.

Very nice home with comfortable furnishings and lots of seating areas. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Beds were comfortable with pillow options. Extra bonus was the supply of coffee and creamers. Owners were extremely accommodating for an early arrival. I would definitely recommend.

Was in town for a couple of days, house was beautiful, first time able to park inside a garage, house was imaculate, pleanty of plates, bowls, towels and utensils, and free coffee better than some hotels i have been in.

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for a month. The home is located with easy access to stores and interstates. The hiking trails were awesome as was White Sands. We used the outdoor grill several times as well as the fire pit. Our contact, Brady, was great. She scheduled a cleaning of the home halfway through our stay. She also responded to a few minor issues immediately. The one drawback was the internet/wifi. Some days itwas very spotty. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I along with daughter and grandaughter met for a family reunion and had a wonderful time. The house and neighborhood were great. The house was even better than the pictures and had just about everything a person needed. The only thing I had any complaints about was water temperature in master shower. Luke warm at best, but no big deal. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful and safe house to stay in. Having the use of a garage to keep your car in was perfect.

Great and comfy house for family getaway

This house was perfect for our family event visit. Very clean and quite a few necessities were provided (coffee, laundry and bathroom supplies). Beds and sofas all comfortable. Only issue was internet was out for the entire stay, but provider was having issues throughout the area. No biggie...was nice to be disconnected for awhile anyway. If need arises again, would definitely stay here. Very convenient location too.

We were in town for a wedding at White Sands so didn’t get to spend much time at the house but the time we did was most enjoyable! Great common spaces for everyone to hang out and while our stay was short, we did have an opportunity to fire up the outdoor fire pit for some s’mores on our last night. The owner might consider subscribing to some of the apps the television provides it was a little annoying to have to input our own log in information for those, but otherwise the house provided for all needs!

Overall an excellent stay. There were issues upon arrival due to VRBO but our host responded immediately to complete getting the house ready. When we returned it was dark but the outside and inside lights were on and it was so warm and welcoming . We really appreciated the garage for parking as our SUV was fully packed for our road trip. The location was quiet, the bed was comfortable. Very nicely decorated. Kitchen was equipped so we were able to cook a little, except there wasn't any cooking oil in the pantry. The BBQ was very dirty so we couldn't use it. The only thing for me personally was the cleaning products are too heavily scented, A lot of people (like me) are allergic to perfumes and fragrance. Overall, we really enjoyed this home and would stay again.

First impression was good. The bed was very comfy; neighborhood quiet. But when we began to "live" there found it was not up to my standards of clean. Sink in main bath drained so slow, it was not really useable. The shower reeked of mold and mildew. Floors looked clean, but stocking feet were dirty. Throw rugs did not look clean. Back yard was scattered with broken sidewalk chalk. The BBQ was dirty so not useable and we couldn't find brushes to clean it. Two adults for 6 days and we were left with 6 bath towels and 3 wash cloths. The dryer lint trap is so packed it is one load away from a fire. Too bad, we visit this area frequently and the location was perfect.

Our family came in very late after flying all day and the drive from El Paso. Under the strict guidelines right now of traveling, all the airport restaurants were closed so we hadn't eaten all day. When we arrived there was a box of cookies on the table and a nice card greeting us. I can't tell you enough how wonderful those cookies were! So thoughtful!! The house was clean and comfortable. Our family once lived and Las Cruces and we were visiting for my mother-in-laws funeral. This house was the perfect place we needed to be together as a family during this time. I would highly recommend.
