L’emplacement

Pas d’accueil. On a du chercher une heure pour trouver où récupérer la carte d’entrée à l’hôtel. Nuit très bruyante. Pas insonorisé.

Hotel de tres estrellas sin recepción, increíble

Muy buena ubicación, en tiempo de cole mucho ruido

Que no me avisarán que no tenían personal en recepción y ésa fue mi decepción, el hotel tiene 3 estrellas, la noche no es nada barata, 77€ por noche y es inadmisible que no haya personal en el hotel. Llamaban constantemente a media noche y no podíamos descansar, quién llama durante la noche nos preguntábamos, algo muy extraño..

Expérience décevante à l'hôtel : Une série de désagréments à signaler

L'emplacement

La chambre manque de luminosité. La chambre est extrêmement petite. Malgré ma demande de changement, j'ai réservé une chambre avec lit matrimonial et on m'a attribué un lit double. L'hôtel est très bruyant. À mon arrivée, j'ai trouvé la porte de l'hôtel fermée, et j'ai dû me rendre à un autre hôtel de la même chaîne pour effectuer l'enregistrement, aucune information à ce sujet n'était mentionnée ni à l'entrée de l'hôtel ni lors de la réservation

It is noisy when there is a party in town as it is right in the center where everyone goes. It happened to us but may not be the case always. We were there on a Friday

A hotel for a city break

The room was cosy and we had a wonderful view on the school stadium. The staff were very welcoming and ready to help. The location is central which makes it a good place to stay for a city break.

At first when we came to the room there was no soap, no pillow cases and some issues with the sink, but the staff solved these problems quickly. A second chair would also be nice.

Grundsätzlich alles topi, bis auf das Fenster

Tolle Lage, großes Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal.

Leider war das Fenster im Zimmer abgedichtet und man konnte nicht hinaussehen. Dazu ließ sich nur der obere Teil des Fensters öffnen, weshalb es einen muffigen Geruch hatte und man nicht wirklich durchlüften konnte.

S’il vous plaît, veuillez écrire une feuille et la collée sur la porte de l’hôtel comme quoi la Reception est le check-inn se fait dans l’autre Hotel parce que on a eu un grand problème presque une heure en train d’attendre et de chercher où est la réception

Cheap hotel

The hotel was fine. It is the cheapest we could possibly find in a short notice. The hotel is located in the center of town. It provided adequate service and amenities. The cleaning lady was excellent. She was very friendly. She is the highlight of this facility.

The concierge desk was rude.

Sitio inmejorable.

La ubicación es perfecta, La limpieza de la habitación también.

El ascensor es pequeño pero no se puede hacer nada porque es el que cabe en el hueco de la escalera. Me pareció poca luz en el baño, habia una luz fundida y con las prisas de irnos, no se lo comuniqué a la recepción.

I book a room here again!

The hotel rate was great especially in a centralized location. The room was very clean, The view was great, the beds were very comfortable.

I was confused when I first arrived to my hotel & was unaware that I had to check in at their main hotel location up the strip. This is their boutique hotel (sister building) and I was told if I needed anything I could call but I’d have to walk back anytime I may need something. The phone in the room didn’t work either. Other than that I feel the good outweighed the bad. I had a great time & would return again!

Good location, nice esthetics but our experience did not meet expectations.

The room was nice. The bed and the shower were good.

We first received a room where the electricity wasn’t working. Then we received a new room where the AC wasn’t working (and the room was hot). The third room was located at the front of the hotel but by this time we did not bother to change the keys again. We should have. Because there is no double glass, it sounds like the people talking on the street are in your room. It all became quiet around midnight and we had a good night rest after.

it is very close to ferry and located on one of the main streets, i guess. i liked high ceiling, safe box!, perfect view from my room. and blackout curtains! and super soft bed

we didn’t have soap. but looks like someone just forgot to put it. no problem

On the whole the hotel is okay, but be prepared for smaller inconveniences

Nice hotel, apparently it belongs to Hotel Ulises, so you have to go there to check in and arrange things, but the receptionists were kind and helpful. When we were there, the hotel was totally empty, so it was peaceful and quiet with a good location, the room was quite big and well-lit.

For a nice and not too cheap hotel, it's not okay internet connection did not work at all and you had to wait moments to have hot water in the shower.
