We liked the unit, it was one of the best stocked as for coffee, condiments/spices and higher end dishes and kitchenware/appliances. The fans in the 2 bedrooms did not have a speed control so we couldn't use them at night, too loud. Also had someone come while we weren't there to water plants, I looked back through all my communication but never saw anything to alert us. Also the password for the garage had to include a "#" but that was not in instructions. We had homeless people sleeping in front of the building each night too which made me a little nervous. The other issue was the noise from cars racing in the alley and on the street. This building is on the corner of 2 very busy streets.
I wish the owners would have had dressers in the rooms or in the walk in closets. There was no place to put our clothing, we had to live out of our suitcases and being that all 4 of us are over 60 it was a little inconvenient.
I'd still give it a rating of 4 out of 5 because it was pretty clean except for some staining on the upstairs carpet, which looked like maybe from bleach and a darker stain in another area.
The beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Very comfortable beds and the 1/2 bath downstairs was great. Had an issue with the garage door that was fixed immediately. Very happy overall.

The apartment was very clean and roomy. Location was perfect for our stay. There were minor issues with small appliances but they were resolved quickly. The description of the apartment should have included the location of the bedrooms being on another level. We were two elderly couples and lugging large suitcases up a flight of stairs was difficult.

Great location, perfect for 4 people. Liked that each bedroom had a bathroom attached, very comfortable!

Nice, clean, however, found ants in the kitchen. You need to spray. Living room is missing a slat in the blinds. Website says sleeps 7 but the beds only accommodate 4, was disappointed when we learned we would have to use an inflatable mattress as my grown children no longer share a bed and the sofa is too small. Would still consider staying in the future.

This spot was great, was right in the middle of most of what we needed.

Having a large garage connected was fantastic. The interior was very nice and spacious. The neighborhood was slightly rough; there was a homeless presence in the area, but not to the extent I felt unsafe, and there were several nice restaurants and businesses within walking distance so it was not a *bad* area. There was quite a bit of noise from neighbors and the street at night and during the day; I found it necessary to sleep with earplugs.

My best friend and I wanted to meet up for a winter girls trip somewhere there was snow. This townhouse was perfectly located for us to hang out in SLC, Park City, shop, eat, go snowmobiling and tubing, or just generally go exploring. The townhouse was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Coffee beans in the freezer with a coffee grinder, coffee maker, and all the fixings for coffee in the drawer. Every kitchen appliance, pot, dish or utensil you could want for cooking or just warming up leftovers. Beds and bedrooms are super comfortable. Bathrooms had everything you needed (Q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hairdryer). Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Smith’s nearby. TV with multiple streaming channels and live TV. Would definitely recommend and hope to revisit!!

Perfect!
We were in Utah for a convention at the salt palace. This property was a very quick Uber right away and the property itself was in mint condition, beautiful, beds were really comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for groups of women. Overall a beautiful, fantastic place.

Perfect for our quick weekend in SLC
Great location. Walking distance or quick Uber to downtown. I wouldn’t walk it at night. Super cute coffee & tacos steps away. We were also told the taco cart around the corner has the best tacos in town. They didn’t disappoint!

Neat location and lots of space to spread out!
I have been traveling to SLC once a month for the past 5 months and each time I've stayed at a different VRBO, often in different parts of town. So I write this review keeping those other properties in mind.
First, my only hesitancy in booking this property was the location. Although I've traveled to SLC often, I'm not a local, and I just wasn't sure if this neighborhood was going to be "sketchy". It is not. We felt completely safe. We ended up loving this neighborhood and were very impressed by how many coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, etc. are nearby. You can take 20 steps out your front door and get to the coffee shop. Great coffee and great avocado toast and breakfast tacos! Win! You have access to the garage (with both a keypad and a clicker remote), so parking is a breeze. You park in the garage on the first floor and the laundry room and door to front patio are the only other spaces on the ground level. On the second level is the kitchen (well stocked with what you need and includes a large pantry), living room, half bath, and patio. I loved the decor in the unit. Very hip and trendy and also comfortable. On the third floor are the two bedrooms (master with king and a queen bedroom), both with large walk-in closets, and the two en suite bathrooms with your basic toiletries so you don't have to worry about packing them. The property has easy access to pretty much anywhere you want to go. The drive to/from the airport was less than 20 minutes - closer to 10, I'd say. Sometimes the number of TVs can be an issue for my family. If it is for yours, just know that there are two TVs - one in the master and one in the living room. They are new and give you access to plenty of channels. Just don't expect a TV in the queen bedroom. Overall, we really enjoyed the property and would definitely stay here again.
