Charming house with all of the amenities! It’s in a great neighborhood and near many restaurants and grocery store. Unfortunately we ran into a cancelled surgery but the management worked with us and we were able to come back a week later. We were elated and grateful that they worked with us. We would highly recommend staying at this adorable home.

Property was as advertised. Very safe neighborhood. Close to shopping and dining. Exactly what we needed.

This was a nice place for us.

Great location for access to ski areas. Well equipped kitchen. Clean. Worked well for our purposes.

Solid place, not great for hanging out and relaxing due to the weird layout, but great location.

if you like lights, you have come to the right place. This house was very clean yet over lit with lights. The common area including the kitchen had over 6 night lights, never mind the illumination from the Alarm system control, the coffee pot and lights in the yard that appeared to be on a timer with small spot lights shining into the windows. The house also had 5 cameras, all located outside we assume for security. No matter the room, you had a night light. We did not like that but maybe others do.
The house was very clean. The bedrooms had very minimum space to store your clothes. You basically have to live out of your suitecase. The kitchen was not well equipped. We could not find a whip to whip up pancake batter. There was no large pot to make a stew. Very large red frying pan that was un-usable. The hand can opener did not work. They had plactic wine glasses. We enjoyed the puzzles and table in sitting area. We enjoyed the gas fireplaces too. Aside from the few things missing from the kitchen and the over abundance of lighting, the house was very clean , convenient to everything and it did the job. The VRBO connection to the property management company was a bit strange to me which made the overall experience regarding payment and communication a bit difficult.

Home had the little touches that made the difference. Nice sheets and towels, dish soap and fireplaces. I would stay here again.

Loved our stay. The house was clean and cozy. We loved sitting near the two fireplaces each morning and evening. The property is very easy to get to and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Brickhouse Bungalow for two weeks over Christmas while visiting my daughter (whose nearby house was being renovated). Very pleasant, well-equipped kitchen, and spacious enough for us to host Christmas Eve dinner for seven family members. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a few more spare blankets. The Utah winter nights are cold!

I live nearby in a small house and actually rented this one for my parents to stay in. It was great having them within walking distance of us and they were happy being so close to Millcreek Commons, several restaurants, etc. We didn’t need it on this trip but they had a lot of great info on and discounts for local activities as well. House had everything they needed for a comfy stay.

This house is clean, well equipped and spacious. We were so comfortable here and appreciate all the little touches that made it like home. We will keep it on our list for our next trip to Salt Lake!!

I met my daughter and her friend to ski for a week. Convenient location to drive to many ski slopes, as well as the airport and all amenities.
The oven was not working, and we were not made aware of that until after purchasing groceries to cook dinner. Our questions regarding this were answered very quickly.
Overall, it was a great stay for the 3 of us.

This house is in a great location for access to all the ski areas as well as downtown. A good bus service is within walking distance. The house was kept in immaculate condition and the cleaning was to an exceptionally high standard - every nook and cranny was dust and dirt free which is not easy in an older property. The managing agents were very responsive and were able to answer all our queries promptly. They were helpful and practical at all times even over weekends, and even cleared the driveway promptly when it snowed. Everything needed was clearly marked, which was very helpful. They provided excellent introductory information in the house handbook with lots of local information which we found useful even though we have stayed in Salt Lake for many years. The house itself is quirky, with many original features which we like. However it is not really suitable for six adults as it is currently set up - the basement is huge and comfortable with three rooms, and its own bathroom, but is not set up for sleeping as the only bed is an uncomfortable futon. The agents lent us a queen air mattress and that worked very well. If the owners would put in a proper bed it would make all the difference. In spite of that setback we had a great time and the living areas were great for a bunch of skiers!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The lodge-style decor was very inviting and comfortable. The kitchen was beautiful and very up-to-date, fully stocked with utensils and clearly marked if you plan to cook meals here. The flower garden was beautiful, and we enjoyed eating on the patio and admiring the yard. I would fully recommend it!

Very nice neighborhood in SLC with easy access to routes to skiing. The front door was unlocked when we arrived, but all was well inside. The upstairs bathroom is dated but there were only three of us staying in the house, so that was fine.

I stayed in the brickyard bungalow for 2 weeks. My wife skied almost every day and I worked remotely almost everyday. Downstairs has a great little office which is connected to a 3/4 bathroom which was connected to an unfinished area with laundry. The laundry is connected to a finished bedroom with futon and connected to the downstairs living room with gas fireplace that has the stairs and office connection. The ceilings are very low there and as a man over 6’ tall I hit my head quite a few times. Working in the office was great. The chair is not terribly comfortable for long hours, so I supplemented it with a cushion. The owner has an apple computer, printer, mouse and keyboard for your use, but I set it aside for my mobile platform.
Upstairs there is lots of living room space and two bedrooms and the main bathroom. When we were there, the tub drain did not drain quickly which kind of made the tub quite dirty. I made mention of this. There is very good hot water but you’ll want to get the hot and cold mix just right before stepping in because the tub will fill a little and you won’t want to stand in too hot or cold water.
The kitchen is pretty amazing. You can tell it was updated recently and it sits above an elevated floor. It’s hard to tell that it’s elevated though, so you need to watch where you step to avoid twisting an ankle. The two dishwashers and stove were top notch. Heat is controlled by a google home app in the main bedroom. The two gas fireplaces on each floor can also be controlled by a switch on the backsides of the unit or by the thermostat.
Wifi is very strong and the smart TV has tons of cable channels. We liked watching the Olympics while we were there but sometimes the xfinity would lose connection for a few 90 seconds or so. We had no idea how to manage this.
My last comment is about the garbage. I told the owner of this as well. The garbage trucks will pick up blue recycle bins and black trash bins, but the green bins are more like once a month because they are for yard waste. The property doesn’t seem to have a black bin, which means if trash is stored in the green bin, you can’t expect a weekly pick up. I don’t know what the solution is.
I would highly recommend this place for a remote working traveler such as myself. It was very comfortable, just watch your head and where you walk if you’re tall like me.

This was a really great experience all the way around. The house was the most well appointed vacation rental I’ve ever seen and had everything we could possibly need. We had a small issue with the bathroom on arrival and iTrip was very easy to communicate with to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. I would certainly recommend this property and will likely rent it again in the future.
