From the villa you can walk to both Cala Capitan and Cabo Roig beaches in less than 5 minutes , A large supermarket is only 2 minutes walk away , there are approx 5 restaurants , bars & cafés less than 5 minutes walk, plus many more restaurants and bars and shops within 10 minutes walk. The villa sits in a pretty gardens with high walled surround . On the ground floor is the main living accommodation with bright and airy living & dining space, modern kitchen with poolside conservatory, A Guest toilet and utility room, plus a Ground floor Twin bedroom with Private Bathroom and Air con. On the first floor are 3 more bedrooms all with private bathrooms and Air con. (Bedroom 2 and 4 have a small balcony / Terrace) On the Top floor is a large private roof top solarium with sea views . The villa has full air conditioning to each bedroom and living area, TV with UK satellite (BBC 1 ,BBc2,ITV channel 4,5 etc) & Spainh channels , Fast speed Fiber WIFI. Outside are pretty established gardens, private swimming pool, 6 sunbeds , shaded dining area with table and chairs , charcoal BBQ , drinks fridge to keep the beers cool, additional outside toilet room.(The villa as 6 Toilets in Total), Private shaded Parking for one car , A Comfortable villa in a popular beach side location ideal for a family vacation.

Established nearly 40 years ago Cabo Roig is without a doubt one of the finest and most sought after places to live on the Southern Costa Blanca, often referred to as the Jewel in the crown with its wide palm tree roads relaxed sea side atmosphere and charming individual detached Villas.
The villa is located on Calle Baliza and is less than 5 minutes walk to Cala Capitan beach. Capitan beach is of blue flag status and offers glorious golden sand, plus plenty of sun beds, Beach Bar (open May - September) and a children’s play area. 3 more fabulous beaches within easy walking distance . lots of water sports activities available next to La Bahia Restaurant (5 minute walk),
