This superbly appointed unit is in a premier location in Geneva's renowned historic district. This is a two bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 that is overlooking Seneca Lake. Each bedroom has its own 60" television. Location is across from Pultney Park, walking distance to Hobart and William Smith colleges and downtown Geneva. Plenty of bars and restaurants in close proximity. Apartment is fully furnished with all necessities. Also available are wine/craft beer/distillery tours.

By far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Beautifully decorated, comfortable with all the upscale comforts of home including bedding and bathroom amenities ! Extremely cozy and clean. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Excellent host! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend the great place.

This is the perfect lodging for exploring the Finger Lakes. The apartment is professionally decorated and so very clean. The rooms are huge and the furnishings and bedding all above first class. Being on the Main street with an incredible lake view in a Historic row house was such a treat. From the deluxe coffee bar, every comfort has been provided. We loved being able to walk to breakfast every morning at Water Street Cafe and to local restaurants for dinner. Every place we wanted to visit was within a 50 minute drive on back country roads. An idyllic vacation base in Geneva. John, the property manager made sure we had everything we needed and was just a text away for any questions. We appreciate the attention to detail of the lovely apartment and the service provided by John. Many thanks for a wonderful Finger Lakes vacation.

The location was great for walking down to the lake & downtown. We could also see the fireworks from our window. The apt. was located on the 2nd floor of a historical building but had all the conveniences from home that you don't get at a hotel. The online pics do not come close to showing how beautifully decorated the place is.
My only negative comment is that parking is on the street. Since we stayed during July 4th weekend, it was sometimes difficult finding parking. If you have trouble walking, that might be troublesome for you. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful visit back to Geneva NY. The rental and people couldn’t have been nicer. Our Vrbo was beautiful and made our stay perfect. Thank you John for being a super host and taking care of a beautiful home.

This is a great property in a great downtown location. The property is super clean, extremely spacious and comfortable, and very stylishly appointed. It was a great location to walk to downtown Geneva, the lakefront, and everywhere in between. Patti and John were great and responsive hosts. Tons of free street parking as well. We have already book our next stay at the property.

My husband, son and I stayed here for our son's graduation from Hobart & William Smith Colleges. I wish I had known about it during his four years in Geneva - I would have stayed here every time we visited! The location is perfect - walking distance to everything, so we didn't need to drive to graduation or the restaurants. The host was friendly and accommodating, stocked the fridge with creamers for coffee and offered many coffee options for the Keurig. The apartment was beautiful and quiet, beds and pillows comfortable. If I am ever back in Geneva, this is where I will stay!

My partner, our dog, and I stayed at this cozy, homey, and welcoming VRBO for Memorial Day Weekend and we had an amazing time! John is such welcoming host, communicative, and helpful. They spared no expense in ensuring the small details were done right. The home was plentifully stocked with necessities. The VRBO is dog-friendly and we were so glad to bring our 20-week puppy with us. They even provide cute doggy bowls for food and water! The beds and bedding are comfortable, the unit was very well cleaned, and they provided plenty of toiletries and other supplies that we didn't need to go out and get anythig on our own. The pictures don't do this place justice - it's truly charming!

The property was beautiful. The decorations and furniture were perfect, we miss the couch and bedding already! The lake views and sunrise were amazing. The location is perfect for walking to downtown Geneva.

The property is located on a wonderful historic street close to town with views of the lake. Who could as for more. The unit I stayed in was impeccably decorated, clean and well stocked. The property manager was available and very helpful!!! I plan a return trip for sure!!!

We had an incredible week visiting friends in Geneva! The location of our VRBO was excellent, with a spectacular view over Seneca Lake to watch the sunrise from the kitchen table. Very comfy beds, a plethora of bath products, Keurig coffee/tea. This was the best VRBO ever!

My husband & I spent our 43rd anniversary at the beautiful apt on Main St in Geneva. The cool weather was a delightful respite from hot & humid La., & the apt was so clean & beautifully decorated! The pictures do not do this property justice! The owner was friendly and so were the neighbors. Walking distance to coffee shops, pizza and upscale restaurants. View from the kitchen nook of the lake was amazing to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to wine country!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The home exceeded our expectations. Upon walking in we noticed how clean and beautifully decorated the home itself was. It had the fridge stocked with water and coffee creamers, a bag of ice in the freezer, coffee k-cups with tons of options and the bathroom was filled with good quality soaps and shampoos/conditioners. The quality of the towels and linens were exceptional. The home itself was beautifully well maintained. We would highly recommend this rental and plan to be back ourseves!

We wanted to return to the Finger Lakes area for vacation. Our host was very professional and checked to see if we needed anything during our stay. This apartment was beautifully decorated and convenient to many hot spots. We would stay there again if we travel that way again.

Just Beautiful!
We absolutely loved our stay here in Geneva. Our host (John) was so welcoming and the flat was beautifully decorated (with the most comfortable beds!). The location was also perfect, with an easy walk to Main Street and lakefront parks. It’s also a great location to also start a Finger Lakes wine tour for Seneca Lake. We cannot wait to come back!

Hidden Gem!
I stayed in this property with a girlfriend for our college reunion at Hobart & William Smith. It was even more beautiful in person! Patricia and John were super accommodating and so kind. It was in walking distance to campus and downtown Geneva. Views of Seneca Lake! All of the necessities for a long weekend in Geneva and perfect for a getaway to the Finger Lakes!

Can't say enough about this property. It was perfect for our trip to watch our son play lacrosse at Hobart College. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Geneva. My only regret is not finding this place sooner - our son is graduating this month and we won't be coming back to Geneva anytime soon. WONDERFUL place!!! Has EVERYTHING you would need. They had 2 bags of ice in the freezer as well as bottled water in the fridge waiting for us. Awesome selection of coffee for their Keurig... we could have stayed months here!

This VRBO was in walking distance to Geneva and very close to beautiful wineries and breweries. The place was gorgeous and so well stocked with all our needs. The owner always picked up and so helpful with all our questions! Would definitely stay here again.

Everything exceeded our expectations. This is the apartment to rent if you’re needing a base at the northern end of Seneca Lake. Great host, great accommodations and exactly as advertised. Would recommend this property highly.
