الفندق يقع بالقرب من منطقه حيويه فيها كوفيهات ومطاعم ومحلات التسوق ومول جواهر مستوى العزل والنظافه في الغرف ممتاز تعامل طاقم الفندق جيد

ارتفاع السعر عند الحجز اطلالة بعض الغرف على مقبرة ممااضطرني لتغيير الغرفه لاطلاله آخرى وجوده في شارع ضيق

Very good

Very nice location and nice staff. Thanks to Nurullah and Hakan from the reception who provided excellent service when we checked in. Generally all staff members were very nice! Comfortable hotel.

Auf jeden Fall würden wir das selbe Hotel weiterempfehlen und selber wieder besuchen

Sehr sauberes modernes Hotel es duftet sehr schön und frisch Personal sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht Hotel liegt sehr zentral fussläufig alles zu erreichen

Die lichter kann man etwas erweitern es ist bisschen dunkel für jemanden der sich schminkt sonst absolut keine Mängel

اولا..طاقم الفندق ودودين ومبتسمين وتم ادخالي صباحا بسبب وصول رحلتي فجرا ثانيا:موقع الفندق ممتاز لقربه من مجمع جواهر مول والمترو والأسواق ثالثا:الفطور مميز ونظيف وطازج.. رابعا: النظافه ممتازه وبصوره دوريه ومرافق الغرفه تعمل..والحمام ممتاز والدش قوي الضخ..والشكر لجميع قروب الفندق من عامل الشنط للنظافة للاستقبال وخاصه احمد وبشري وفاروق..ثانيه مره اسكن فيه..وفي المرات القادمه لقدام لاسطنبول سوف اسكن فيه..شكرا مليون..

Shocked !!

I’m very disappointed with this hotel. I’m still here. An hour ago I was going out of my room for breakfast. I had the “do not disturb” on. Room cleaning guy in the corridors asked me “you want me to clean your room”? I said no thank you. He then asked me “are you checking out today?” I said “no” although I was checking out today. I felt he was weird. I came down the elevator and went straight up without going out. He was in my room and searing my things!!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I will write this on other internet blogs to never stay in this hotel again !

Great location. But the facilities are very bad.

The location is great. There are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel. Also, Cevahir mall and metro is 5 minutes from the hotel.

1. The room cleanliness is very bad. The rooms floor was super dirty when we came in and it was like that all the time. 2. All the time there was a smell of sewerage coming from the bathroom and toilet. You had to open water in order to stop it for 5 minutes. But then it would come back. So smell in the room is always awful. It smells like a toilet. 3. The toilet in the room does not feel like a separate room. No privacy at all. All the smell and noise is in the room. Awful room design. 4. The quality of everything is very mediocre. For instance, the bricks from our wall were falling down every time we closed the door. I reported it to reception so that they do not put it on me when we check out. It was only repaired one day before we left. Absolutely unacceptable.

قريب جدا من مول جواهر الغرفة مريحة ونظيفة وتكييفها ممتاز

-لايوجد خصوصية في دورة المياه حيث انها جزء من الغرفة ولا يوجد بها شطاف -الافطار يغلق مبكرا الساعة 10 ونصف -عند المغادرة قام موظف بالاصرار علينا بعرض خدمة انه سيطلب تاكسي لنا وعند الرفض باكثر من مرة لم يتوقف عن الاصرار بذلك حتى غادرنا

Very clean, comfortable, great location, and friendly staff

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The location, the breakfast and the staff were top rank. The rooms were clean and cosy. I am especially thankful to reception managers Serdar and Kemal who were very helpful and friendly and made only positive impressions on my stay in Istanbul. Will definitely choose the hotel for my next stay.

Friendly staff, wifi, great room service

The staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. From the efficient room service, to providing thorough directions to nearby restaurants and clinics, to the reception staff and cleaning staff being so friendly and even recommending and organising a spa day at a nearby venue. I cannot recommend the hotel more, thank you for helping me so much during my trip.

Well located, clean and modern rooms, excellent breakfast

The hotel is well located, near the metro, several bus stations and a big shopping centre. The room was clean and had lots of natural sunlight, which I love. Everyday the cleaning staff would replenish toiletries (for example bring a fresh bar of soap). The air conditioning worked, the room had tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast was excellent - fresh vegetables and fruits every morning, very polite kitchen and restaurant staff. The front desk allowed me to do online check-in from their computers and allowed me to borrow an Istanbul card required to ride the bus/metro. Special thanks to Mehmet who helped me organize transfer to and from the airport. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Nice hotel for a short stay in Istanbul

Nice hotel, not too big but everything clean and well organized. location is great close to Cavahir mall and metro station. A special thank you for mr Kemal and mr Vedat at the reception who had helped us perfectly whenever we had a question about anything. Thanks again and keep up the good work.

I didn’t like the bathroom open concept. Bathroom should have a door to close it

Very good hotel to stay on business or visit and highly recommended.

Everything was excellent. The staff were very welcoming and ready to help for whatever needed. The room size was good for two and very clean. The sheets were changed every day, something you don't find in similar hotels. Breakfast was very good. Me and my spouse enjoyed the stay at Avantgarde Hotel.

The hotel is wonderful, as is the staff, always at your service, all the best the location is excellent to Taxim by taxi for 50 lira unless it is the one with a fixed price of 100 lira, then don't take that one

I love the interior design, which is great for one person in the room, but when there are two people, I would like the bathroom to be more private, it is too open and exposed to the room
