Great apartment in the center of town

The apartment was recently renovated and modern with an amazing view of both the sea and the mountain. The apartment had everything needed and was in a great location.

The apartment was perfect for the 5 days we stayed and if we really had to be picky the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable and blinds didn’t block out the sunlight but we would stay again anyday!

A little disappointed.

Location.

Did not get the room with ocean view as per the photographs. Shower wasn’t clean with mould on tiles. Bathroom door not fitted properly and swung open. Wouldn’t shut without a big noisy effort. No plugs for kitchen sink . No initial tea / coffee , water or bathroom supplies provided, Poor lighting at dusk on the 3 flights of stairs to the room Lack of pillows and extra bedding , the one extra blanket was for a single bed.

Definitely coming back - best trip so far and totally in love Kas!

Thanks to the best host Kader, he and his employees did everything in their power to make my trip as comfortable as possible. They really made my vacation so special and there was nothing I was missing out or I can complain about!! I really enjoyed by heart my stay there. The breakfast was always great, everyday fresh - and selfmade. The location of the accommodation is perfect and you have all activities around the hotel. Kader was always helping out with advices and give the best recommendations towards sightseeing, restaurant etc. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!

Best location! A few mins walk to cafes, restaurants & the old town!

Amazing location. We walked for two minutes each morning to a great cafe, and so many beautiful swimming spots and restaurants nearby. About a 2 minute walk to the old town too, so easy to pop back at any time. Super nice and helpful staff who always made us feel welcome. Recommended!

Renovations are planned to start at some stage, so this may not be relevant after that, but the lighting in our room wasn't great, (we booked large double room), there was just one light so half the room was extremely dim. Also its on the top level which is kind of like an attic, so if you are tall you have to bend and watch your head when you walk and can't stand up straight in half of the room. Also the call to prayer woke us up each morning as it's nearby, but that's just because the location was so perfectly central!

A pleasant stay with polite staff - pictures need updating

The location is very convenient, close to the centre of Kas, the beach bars and restaurants. There is always a member of staff available and they were always very polite. We were often told ‘whatever you need, just ask’. We had a good view from our balcony. The room was clean and tidy when we arrived, and someone was ready to check us in even though it was really late. Breakfast was downstairs on the front terrace every day, and is a nice standard Turkish breakfast. The main member of staff – Kadir, is very friendly and speaks English. There is a lovely cat who must live nearby and visits each day at breakfast time which is very sweet!

The photos on their website and on booking.com (as of Sept 2022) are somewhat misleading and a little out of date. Our room was smaller than we had expected from the photos and the fixtures in the room were different. The current owners bought the hotel since the pandemic and it seems the same photos are being used, rather than being updated. We needed to ask for additional sheets for the bed. The room would benefit from some additional touches – for example bedside lights, a light by the mirror in the room, and there is only room to get into bed from one side. Bathrooms need a bit of updating. The other staff have much more limited (or no) English, which made communication a bit difficult when Kadir was not there, but they were always super friendly and polite. They do not appear to offer daily housekeeping as standard – if you ask they will clean the room, but if you like your room cleaned each day then you would need to ask for this every day and leave your key with them (it is a physical metal key). It is a nice hotel but there is probably better value in Kas.

Good

The location is very near to the city center. Kadir from the hotel was also very nice and helpful with everything we needed.

The rooms are very small and they need a coat of whitewash. Also I did not find the place very clean to be honest. The only staff member which speaks English is Kadir unfortunately and as Kas streets are pretty narrow there can be a problem with parking. Breakfast options are quite limited.

Great stay in Kas

The owner was really lovely and friendly. The breakfast had different dishes and an item changed each day. It was a quick uphill walk to get to the hotel and the balcony on the top floor had nice views. (We even had two balconies in the large room.)

The large room looked slightly bigger on the picture than in reality but it was still fine. The only minor thing I'd mention is that one of the curtains didn't block the light well so you might need eye covers for sleeping if that bothers you.

Very welcoming & cute B&B perfectly located in Kas

The property and the staff is very charming. Kadir is a great host. The room is well decorated. I liked having breakfast on the terrace a lot. The localization in Kas is just perfect

I did not like the fact that my room had no shutters but just white curtains. So if you are sensitive to light while sleeping this might be not your place. Also the shower of the bathroom was very narrow and is absolutely not convenient for people above 1m70. Maybe I would have liked more advice on fish restaurants and things to see around from the staff but that´s alright I could find on my own eventually.

Nice!

Kas` is a beautiful city, area around it perfect for car travel, also it is not so busy and still warm in October. Very friendly host Kadir, gives us a lot of tips and advices. Nice view from the balcony.

maybe fridge was a little noisy, but it is only noticeable if you are not dead-sleep after walking all day.

Nice, small hotel in center of Kas with views to the sea

Traditional small boutique hotel in the center of kas. 5min walk from the harbour and city center. Very friendly host helps you with tipps and recommendations. Balkony with view to the sea. Traditional turkish breakfast nice presented, served at the hotel terrace. Parking is no problem (Noevember 2021)

Quite small rooms, but thats tipical for the old boutique hotels in kas. Wifi quite slow, not ideal if you plan to transfer your home office to kas.

Superb hospitality

The host was very friendly and kind and helpful. Every day chatting with his guests. It was really nice. Good breakfast and quiet neighbourhood.

Exceptional

This was probably our favourite stay in Turkey, the room itself is very small but functional and with a great view on the mediterranean sea, what made our stay one of the best was the staff, they were caring, kind, helpful with our stay and to help organize a boat tour after the one we booked was cancelled on the day before,. They really love what they do and you can see this, hospitality in Turkey is great but here it was something really different, if will ever come back to Kas, I have no doubts on where to stay again! :)

A lovely place to stay in Kas - great location and atmosphere at a good price

Awesome location and atmosphere at a good price! It's a family business and the staff are super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The owners Kadir and Cafer made us feel like we're at home and recommended us fantastic local attractions, from restaurants to beaches to beautiful panorama spots. The Turkish breakfast was simple but delicious. We had 2 balconies with great views on the sea and city. The room was clean and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The city center and some small beaches with piers are just 5 mins away. You can reach bigger beaches like Halk Beach and Blanca Beach by 25-30 mins walk, or by bus from the city centre.

The ceilings in the large room on the 3d floor are not very high, as the room is right under the roof. If your height is under 170 cm, you'll be totally fine. If you are taller, then there might be not enough space to walk in the room comfortably.
