The most perfect winter weekend getaway with the girls.
Relaxing by the fire, listening to the birds, even the rain couldn't spoil the incredible views and comfort in this beautiful home.
Clare was such a helpful wonderful host - we can't wait to be back

Had a great weekend despite some rain on Sunday. Great house with lots spaces inside and out to chill out in. Great water views and tranquil location.

Beyond expectations ... just the most divine experience from beginning to end. Clare's place was exactly what my friends and I were looking for - a place to unwind, recharge, enjoy solitude but be able to come together as a group and connect. There was ample space to do this, with all the amenities to match. Sanctuary Point is a fantastic location - so close to neighbouring beaches but right on the water if you fancy kayaking or dipping your toes in. A particular highlight was being able to bring Kobe the golden retriever who is already suffering post-holiday depression! Thank you so much, Clare. I'll be back. Lauren

I really loved staying here and wish it was for a lot longer.
Clare was a great host and I felt very looked after during our communication. The place was well appointed and I could sit on that back deck in the sunshine looking out to the water forever. Really enjoyed that our main bedroom had a flyscreen door and a balcony looking out to the lake so you could fall asleep to the sound of the trees. Being able to take my dogs was such a bonus and I think they equally enjoyed the back deck space hanging out with us. Look forward to coming back.

We had a great stay here with our family and dog. Easy access to the basin and we loved the basin walks and kayaking. Views from the deck are gorgeous and a great spot to hang out.

Absolutely can recommend.

The property is well equipped with mod cons yet has an old world charm. The property and surrounding area encourage you to stop and catch your breath or encourages you to get out and explore the area. Rain, hail or shine, this property and the facilities included make for a great break with plenty of inside activities for groups or individuals.
Lovely views of the water and close to all areas of Jervis Bay and surrounds.

Large, comfortable property in a great location. Wonderful wildlife, including kangaroos hopping across the back lawn. Every conceivable kitchen appliance on offer, with plenty of dishes & cutlery. Beautiful deck & upstairs balcony off the main bedroom that allows you to enjoy the cooling breeze. Easy access & short drive to the National Park, pristine beaches & great dining options if you don't want to cook.

Such a lovely and very comfortable home overlooking the water. Everything we needed was there and was a great home to relax and enjoy spending time with family and friends in, with ample and well sized areas, including the covered outside deck with views of the basin or sheltered courtyard on the other side of the house. Great sized living room and great collection of DVDs. Lovely kitchen and kitchen supplies. Thank you.

The property is right on the large body of water called St Georges Basin. A short walk from the property lead us to the most beautiful board walk around the shore with many birds and fish jumping out of the shallows.
The home is well proportioned inside, though we spent most of our time on the deck looking at the view. All the inclusions in the property are high quality and the beds are very comfortable.
If you are after a relaxing place to unwind book this one.

We stayed at Clare’s place for an extended long weekend. We were two families; four parents with three children all up. I can’t recommend this place enough. The house was superb with everything you’d need, lots of places to hang out, play or relax with a book. Easy access to the waterfront via a path to the right at the end of the garden. Safe, shallow water to swim, fish or kayak in just metres from the pathway. 5 mins drive to the local IGA. It was gorgeous, a lovely place that we will definitely come back to. Clare, our host, was super. Getting in touch just as needed and available for any questions we had about activities. Recommend very highly.

Excellent stay, very clean, comfortable well appointed property to relax and soak in the incredible view. Kangaroos pass by on a daily basis a real plus if you have overseas visitors. Clare was a delight to deal with, and we left our 3 night stay much more relaxed than when we arrived.

Clare was amazing with all our arrangements. Nothing was a problem and she showed interest in our activities. The home was just perfect and the view and surrounds were beautiful. Handy to where we needed to be and close to shops.
Would not hesitate to book it again when needed.

This house is gorgeous. I had 2 old friends come from the US & they were beside themselves with how great it was. It's got a fabulous Australian charm, they saw roos & kookaburras in the backyard, the views were so stunning & calming, and throughout they have just thought of Every. Little. Thing.
The host is the best I've experienced anywhere in the world, happy to share local tips & was available if we needed to buzz for something.
It's so perfect a small part of me didn't want to tell the world in case it becomes so popular I can never book it again... but these guys deserve it. Thank you thank you thank you for such a beautiful lifelong memory ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house itself was great with everything we needed and the location was lovely and peaceful with views out over the water. Can confirm that the kangaroos swung by for a visit half the nights we were there as well. I'd definitely recommend it

Amazing tranquil location with excellent host!
This stay was excellent, the host was beyond helpful, including great flexibility in changing dates due to unforeseen circumstances. Fireplace was great, such a peaceful spot sitting on couch watching the sunset with fire going and a glass of wine. Beds were very comfortable, all amenities provided and some extra goodies! Also loved the local tours, saw whales, dolphins and seals! Thank you Clare for such a great experience and will definitely come again!

Was only a short stay but could see ourselves comfortably staying longer. Nice open lounge/kitchen/dining areas with great water views. Spacious outdoor deck (safely railed) to enjoy meals looking at the water over the lawn, enjoyed peaceful dinners with the kookaburras and kangaroos. Close access to the basin walking track (a bit rustic but easy if care taken). Usage of the kayak for morning paddle on the basin was an extra bonus. Well presented bedrooms, quality linen and towels, kitchen is well supplied with utensils etc, easy and full check in instructions supplied, plus a few extra touches shows the care provided by the host to her guests. There are about 5 steps into the property which are wide and safe, just no handrail for less mobile people. Plus the internal staircase to the bedrooms upstairs would be hard for less mobile people too, but it is noted as a double storey house, so the downstairs bedroom was perfect for my family member who can't manage stairs well. Overall great experience.

Great property to stay at. Even in December, we set up the log fireplace which warmed things up. Wifi-free which really helped us to log off. Excellent host.
