Excellent stay in clean and tidy apartment at edge of city centre.

Location was excellent, just on the edge of the city center. The small apartment (bedroom, livingroom, kitchen, bathroom, small enclosed outside seating area, was clean, well-furnished and cosy. I would definitely stay again!

The hallway between the street and the apartment has some kind of dampness problem and consequently very musty smelling. Bedroom is next to the street, which could be noisy (certainly if you want the window open for fresh air). The bedroom would benefit from airconditioning.

Heel erg fijn verblijf gehad

Top locatie, twee minuten lopen en je staat midden in het centrum. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en de eigenaar is erg aardig.

Eigenlijk niets, de slaapkamer zit aan de straatkant maar er lagen oordopjes klaar dus dat was goed opgelost.

Un intérieur cosy, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Un accès d'une simplicité absolue et une place de parking assurée. Proche de la place d'Erlon. La disponibilité et l'amabilité de notre hôte a été très appréciable.

A great little gem

A fabulous apartment. Very roomy. Well stocked kitchen off the terrace and the washing machine was a bonus. Bed and pillows were super comfy.

Front door was new and a little stiff but did nothing to take away from the beautiful apartment

Very comfortable and enjoyable stay

The host was brilliant, really helpful & looked after us well! The facilities in the apartment were great & hosts really thought of everything - from Netflix to Umbrellas! The apartment location was also ideal & within walking distance to all amenities & centre of Reims.

Perfect location to enjoy the beautiful city of Reims

The location is very close to the city centre and easy walking to restaurants etc. Good off site secure car parking. Our host was attentive to questions and in our case at the property when we arrived.

I recommend this to anyone unless you are a traveller with severe mobility issues.

The apartment was comfortable. The kitchen well equipped. The bathroom clean. Steven was a great host who was responsive and answered any question or request we had. Convenient location for train or car travelers and near all the sites a tourist is looking for. The quiet outside patio was a very nice surprise which we used often.

No complaints.

What a fantastic apartment. Clean, modern, really well equipped and perfect location. It's a lovely apartment and we had the best time. The host is super attentive, would highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back.

Be careful their damage deposit,or you will be the next victim!When we check out and receive euro300 charge TWICE from our bank notice!I ask the landlord,she say she sent message to me,but she lied!1.We always sending message to each other and I didn’t receive any notice she mentioned,I have the prove but she can’t offer the prove!2.She send me a picture to accuse us make a iron mark on her couch,but we didn’t remember that’s damage from us!3.When we want to argue the euro600 charge,she even want to accuse us we smoke inside just from one picture from cigarette butt put in garbage(we just want to help to clean everything,they put ashtray in the balcony allow smoking outside,I always pay more money to find the house with balcony ,why we have to smoke inside?) 4.I tell her charge TWICE euro600 and she say she didn’t do it first,then she refund 300 after many days,but we already suspend our card because we are frightened !5.I call the booking.com customer service,they say we have to video everything when we check in,and we can lawsuit her if we want!Be careful to live such unreasonable deposit house and such dishonest way to guest,or you will suffer more!

Well appointed.

Unusual and pleasing to find a good clothes washer, a drying rack and a private courtyard. In general the furnishings and kitchen tools were good quality. We ate dinner in the apartment every night.

The front communal door was the only imperfection. It was difficult to close so the residents usually left it slightly ajar.

Steven was a wonderful host, and the place was comfortable and well-stocked- lovely stay!!

Steven was an amazing host from the get go, giving us lots of recommendations and making sure we were familiar with everything about the property. the place was tastefully decorated, and well stocked. the coffee and tea was a nice touch. the terrace was lovely!!

the location was down the street from a bar, and we were woken up to people shouting and laughing at 4:30am. the room also could’ve possibly used blackout curtains.

Ideal location, responsive helpful staff

We provided our own breakfast. The location was ideal, close to the centre of the town, local transport and the railway station.

perfect stay

the position of the apartment was perfect for town and meeting our daughter at uni.

couple of minor things, bathroom radiator didn’t heat up. no tea towels so left things to dry.
