This home is a great stay. The owner has left nothing undone; the kitchen is stocked with appliances and amenities. Its location is walking distance from downtown in a quiet neighborhood.
There are two washing machines and two dryers , I’ve never seen that in a rental before ; it was handy! We used the grill on the top floor patio; it’s a great view of the mines!
If you are a tv viewer there is one in every room.
Our grandgirls loved all the indoor and outdoor space as did we!
We would without a doubt rent again.
Ed, is very attentive to every message I texted.
We enjoyed our stay, a home away from home!

We had a great stay. We were a party of 9 from 9 to 70 years old. The house was located perfect to take in everything. Our youngest party member ran around the house yelling " we are rich" when we first arrived, the kids were really taken with the place. We had a hard time getting any of the kids to help unload anything until they explored the whole house. It perfectly accommodated us all. We even asked for an extra day, but another group was already set to come in after us. Thank you again for letting us stay!

The property is as advertised. There are no bedrooms on the main floor, just a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are on the second or third floor. Air conditioning is through wall or floor units, so there is some noise at night from that. Overall, the house was great for our large party. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is stocked with dishes. The TV is run through a Roku system and is pretty good, there were times when some app wouldn't load and we had to reset the router. We had a good time and would recommend this place to anyone visiting the Deadwood area.

Love this house. Highly recommend!
Edward was very accommodating and he really wanted our group to feel welcome and have fun.
We had pulled a trailor hauling our 57 Chevy for Kool Deadwood Nites. Appreciated the parking next to the house off the street. The front deck and patio over the garage were frequent gathering spaces. Views were amazing. The house was spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with staples , plenty of dishes etc. Bathrooms were updated and very clean with ample towels etc. Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Highly recommend this property!

Even better in person
Ed was a great host. The house fit 10 comfortably & was very accommodating. We were so happy to have window units to keep us cool. The front porch back deck were great spots to have our outdoor bbq and games. We loved being able to walk to Bobs Silver Star. The kitchen was great for handling our group dinners. Getting 6 bikes and a trailer on the property was perfect!

Great place to stay
The property was in an area that had great acess to all areas of the Black Hills, it was clean, and it had the feel of my grandparents house when we used to visit them. The owner replied to any questions very quickly and was friendly.

Welcoming home, central location with easy access to attractions.
The house was charming, fully stocked with all you would need for a stay in the Black Hills. The deck was a favorite place to sit in the mornings and evenings. Having a garage attached to the property was a huge plus to us. The bathrooms were very nice - bedrooms/beds were comfortable and it is just a very welcoming space. Ed was great! He kept in contact and even shut off the alarm remotely after I set it off! His recommendations in the welcome book were spot on and we tried a few of them. I enjoyed looking at the artwork on the walls - the drawings were neat. We would definitely stay again if we are planning a trip to the Black Hills. Thanks, Barb

Awesome house
My husband and I along with a couple family members and a couple of friends stayed here on a trip we were doing for some utv riding in the black hills. This house was super clean, the bathrooms were nice, the beds were great and the whole setup was super good. The owners communication was really good, always answering any questions. I would 100% stay here again.

Worth the stay
It's a lovely home with a fully supplied kitchen, nice clean bathrooms. Great for a family. The only thing that I noticed was a short supply of washcloths. Other than that, great!

SGRA family
We had 8 adults, 3 couples and 2 singles and it had the perfect amount of room. It is an adorable house. No air conditioner but once windows were open and ceiling fans going it became quite cooler. If you're on motorcycle the driveway is a little rough but manageable. I highly recommend this house!!
