I liked the spacious living area and garden outlook. It felt like a home away from home with all the little details thought of. It was close to a corner shop and cafe and there was paid parking on the street opposite.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy from time to time which was very annoying. The washing machine was outside in a small courtyard. It was not very central to Brighton and felt the rate charged did not reflect this.

Office staff friendly and efficient. Although I did not require assistance, i felt they would sort out anything required if problems arose. Flat very clean, comfortable bed and had all that was requiref for a weekend stay.
In suburbs, situated in nice quiet street but quite a walk from centre/ beach area. Good bus services however.. iI may have missed it, but if staying longer, it would have been helpful to have an iron and ironing board.. i am sure they would provide if asked.

Every part of the house is so beautiful...so lovely..The facilities that is provided keeping everything in mind.Can say the best stay of my life.Also, the staffs responded back immediately when i needed help.

Located within walking distance of family near Preston & Hove Park, reason for visit,
Flat very well equipped with nice patio area. Comfy sofa and bed.
Parking.
Payment by meter, app or website which was not a problem or that expensive. Free between 8pm and 9am daily however after 9am max stay was 4 hours and no return within 4 hours. ie had to keep moving the car to different parking location few streets away.
The flat was overall clean but during a pandemic could do with a deep clean. We made sure we was hed all utensils, pans etc before used them. Also grime around base of taps on bathroom wash basin

The apartment is very nice, good location near the train station and 30 min walk to Hove beach. The apartment has a nice garden and kitchen is well equipped. Nicely decorated and tidy.
It's clearly very 'lived in' and was not very clean, especially the shower head + hose attachment and the grout between the tiles looked like they had never been scrubbed. All they needed was a spray and wipe to remove the build up of brown grime. I ended up doing this myself, it came off easily but was quite unpleasant to have to do that while on vacation. The kitchen was very well equipped but could also do with a good scrub and deep clean, especially the oven, pots, pans, utensils etc. The TV remote controls were also quite grimey. The living/kitchen side of the apartment has no blinds or curtains so it was very very hot, with sun blasting through all day, and no fan provided. Guests do not have access to the washing machine as it was in a locked area of the apartment. Young neighbours were having a very loud party in their garden on the Friday night until well past midnight, but luckily you couldn't hear them from the bedroom. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs as you can also hear the upstairs neighbours walking around all through the night (and going to the toilet!) Overall, the apartment was tidy but certainly not as clean as a holiday let should be, especially during a global pandemic!
