About this house rental

This newly built home is the perfect home away from home! The downstairs floor contains the master bedroom and bath, a queen bedroom and full bath, a full kitchen and dining area, the living room with an 80" screen smart TV and reclining couches and gas fireplace, and laundry room with washer and dryer. On the downstairs patio there is an amazing outside sitting area and HEATED pool. The pool has a tanning ledge with 2 water spouts plus a bench inside the pool that runs along side of the edge.
The upstairs has another living area with books galore and another Smart TV with cable. It also has a futon that can be pulled out as a separate sleeping area. There is another King bedroom and queen bedroom plus a full double sink bathroom. The best part of the upstairs is the patio sitting area with views of the downtown Georgetown square.
The Kitchen is equipped with a coffeemaker, microwave, full refrigerator, crock pot, toaster, vitamix, tea kettle and instapot.
Within a 2 block radius we have over 15 different restaurants and bars. Within a mile radius we have every type of shopping center you could ask for!

Stayed one night to ease out of vacation mode on our way back home to Austin. Two adults and a nine year old. Beautiful modern home right off the historic square in Georgetown. Very close to the blue hole, Southwestern University, and local restaurants such as Juliet(Italian) and All things Kids(Ice Cream/Candy/toys) The home is a great size, spacious and modern, but still feels cozy and warm. The property has a perfect layout for gathering or splitting up for a bit of solitude. The pool is a go size and larger than it appears in photos. It is becoming more common to see rentals with "micro" pools just to check the pool box off but that is certainly not the case here. The Pool is very tasteful and the perfect size for the space. It has plenty of room for a family. I have stayed in many rentals homes ranging from 1000 square feet to 15,000 square feet and I can honestly say this property was memorable and a pleasure to stay in. The utilization of space should be a lesson to owners and builders alike. This home really punches above its weight! On top of that the host was extremely friendly, responsive accommodating, and understanding without being overly attentive. I really enjoy hosts that know how to read their guests the same way a talented server knows the style of service each guests needs. Long winded way of saying this is a great property that gives you bang for your buck with a host that knows how to read the room. Do not hesitate to book!

We stayed here over the 4th of july and had the best time! we walked to everything easily even with a 4 year old to downtown and the blue hole! having the private pool was the best too so there was minimal down time and the kids stayed busy! would definitly stay here again!

This house was perfect!!! There was plenty of room for my girlfriends and I to have a relaxing spa evening before my wedding. Then my husband and I enjoyed the house to ourselves for the rest of the weekend. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was amazing and the pool was fantastic. Only 2 blocks off the square, so close to all the shops and restaurants. We lool forward to renting this house again!

We had a perfect girls weekend at this house. Super clean and stocked with lots of towels for the pool and shower. Also we really appreciate the ac on and running before we arrived. This was my second stay. My mom booked it for my wedding weekend with my bridesmaids three years ago. Fun to have all nostalgia.

Booking and arrival were convenient. Great communication from host. Home was clean and well supplied; met the needs of each member of a family ranging in age from 2 to 45. All amenities were ready and waiting. The pool was warm and ready to swim in when we arrived. The kitchen functioned well for cooking for our family. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice House for families to get together. Kitchen has lots of appliances and cooking gadgets. They have a nice selection of books for all ages, some board games, and toys. My Granddaughters also enjoyed the small pool. The Mattresses were nice and firm. Wish we could have stayed longer! Enjoy!

This is the nicest rental home we have ever stayed at. It was absolutely spotless and they thought of every detail. Very comfortable and clean home. Beautiful pool, our 3 and 6 year old absolutely loved it and it was nice and well managed. Our only regret is that we only stayed 2 nights, definitely should have stayed longer. We would love to rent again, we also enjoyed exploring Georgetown, really cute city with great food too!! Thank you, thank you!!!!

The Whitehouse at Georgetown was a great prooperty, the amenities where great and haveing a pool and upperdeck was great for relaxation. You need to note that the garage is being used for storage and your vehicle cannot be secured in garage which was disipointing and there are some breaker issues on kitchen counter area that have to be reseat constantly if coffee maker is used.
