Charming historic house in the Heart of the Downtown Annapolis Historical District! This beautiful home, nestled along the quaint and quiet Green Street, is just 2 blocks of City Dock, restaurants, shopping, and more. Relax on the front porch with a cup of coffee or enjoy the spacious patio and backyard on warm summer evenings. The first floor boasts original fireplaces in the living room and kitchen and is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The second floor includes the master bedroom with a balcony overlooking the back patio and garden, a full bathroom and dressing room, and a second bedroom with a double and twin/twin trundle beds. In short, there was a plumbing issue that flooded feces water in the powder room and into dining room. Mgmt company did respond and got a handyman to come out who told them we needed a plumber. He proceeded to carry the dripping towels through the kitchen into the sink then into the dryer (was disgusted). Plumber was able to fix the problem by 10pm. This started at 2:30. For seven hours we had to walk to Starbucks to use a public bathroom. Had wasted 14 lobster tails because we could not cook dinner for our plebe. And all the grandparents that drove far to see him had to leave because of this. There were no cleaning products so I had to go to cvs in the morning and buy them so I could spend the next few hours cleaning the feces remnants from the floors and disinfecting the kitchen. We had to go buy towels to take a shower. Simply said, it ruined this special USNA parent’s weekend we had been looking forward to all summer. And we left Sunday evening a night early because we were just so exhausted from what we went through and just wanted to go home.

The location of this property is great for walking to the Academy Yard and to local shopping and eating places. The booking process was confusing and it was not clearly stated that this property was managed by another company which required a large cash damage deposit and a contract outside of VRBO. The management company was very nice and responded quickly to our questions prior to arrival and after arrival. We arrived late at night after attending an event in town to learn that the power in one of the bedrooms was not working and that there were not enough bath towels for the 6 guests we had. The management company responded quickly when I contacted them the next day and had the electricity repaired and brought us newly purchased bath towels. They also asked for feedback on the house to improve future stays which was very nice. The street is noisy at night with a lot of through traffic. 4 stars for the management company's responses.

Beautiful antique home! Loved the proximity to DTA and Naval academy! Well cared for and comfortable for our adult family! It would be difficult for aging parents due to stairs and shower accessibility. Parking garage is close and we didn’t have any issues loading or unloading our belongings! Great weekend getaway!

The location was downtown and that’s the only positive thing to say. The grill, a toilet, bathroom blinds, bathroom light, shower curtain, coffee maker were all broken. The dogs next door on the shared porch barked viciously whenever we went outside. It was dirty with the exception of the beds; there were mouse droppings all under the sink. Curtains were dirty and stained. None of the bathroom doors locked. There was little toilet paper and no hand soap. The grill had no propane and was unusable. The garden was overgrown. The alley way down the side was trashy. When we complained mid-stay, the property manager sent an automated email and never got back to us. She did not tell the house keeper we had changed our reservation either; they showed up untimely. I have never given a negative review before; we are generally easily satisfied folks. The owner clearly does not care about maintaining this house or customer satisfaction.
