Welcome to our 2020 brand new 3rd floor White Spruce Lodge luxury corner unit! The White Spruce Lodge is the latest luxury development in the most desired location, Spring Creek, in the heart of Canmore.
This 1600 sq ft condo can comfortably accommodate 10 people. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 queen size sofa bed in the living room, 2 balconies, 1 heated underground parking (additional parking available on the street), and a storage locker ( available for your ski equipment ) .
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master bedroom: 2 Queen beds, 2 Dressers with a large walk in closet. A spa-inspired full bathroom with double-sink.
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed 2 walk in closet plus 1 Dresser
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed 1 Armoire, along with a second balcony
Second Bathroom: Full bathroom with double-sink
Kitchen: Fully supplied kitchen equipment. From major gas oven to minor salt and pepper. It has everything and more that you will need to stay in and cook or enjoy a cup of Keurig K-Elite coffee in the morning.
Living/Dining/office Room: They are open concept. Leather sofa faced fireplace, dining table closed windows and the office desk neared the fireplace.
Laundry Room: Washer-Dryer combo in suite.
Huge balcony is designed for BBQ Grill.
The HOT TUB is officially Re-open.

**Please keep quiet from 10pm-8am
Any costs for additional security response call outs for noise disturbances will be charged back to the owners of the units involved in the disturbance.
1. All occupants on the premises will respect a quiet time between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. daily. (There will be a fine if there is any disturbance to others that will be added on to your stay if we get a noise complain from PEKA)
2. During the complex quiet time, unreasonable or excessive noise/behaviour will be addressed by security personnel to ensure cooperation.
3. Unreasonable/Excessive Noise or Behaviour - is any noise or behaviour which, because of its loudness, risk and frequency, unreasonably disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, health, peace or safety of reasonable persons of ordinary sensitivity while in their condo or common areas, including their balcony and the hot tub area. Examples include a loud party, loud music, loud noise** and smoking of any form.
** typical "loud noises" include but are not limited to loud movies, music, video games, dancing, loud tools, running, etc.
**This is an Airbnb holiday home, not a hotel so please treat this condo with the care and respect that you would, with your own house. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before check out to avoid the smell.

We had a great stay at White Spruce (Unit 312) in Canmore! Canmore is simply beautiful, and the unit was very nice and was well suited to our needs as a family of four. We had outstanding views from the unit and it was conveniently located to Main Street and the local coffee shops etc.
We especially liked our host Cavan Yu. Cavan was very responsive to all of our questions and made our stay that much more enjoyable. She was outstanding!
Hope to return in the near future!

This well-appointed condo had everything we could possibly have needed; the park passes were a nice bonus. It was very clean, decorated beautifully and had plenty of room for kids and grandkids. Would definitely stay here again. We loved it and this residence made our trip so much more special. Thank you!

Beautiful condominium in the heart of Canmore! The hosts were very responsive from booking through checkout. The condo had all the amenities you could want for any length of stay. We fit 3 families (total of 9 people) very comfortably for our 6 day stay. The property is also walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and time in Canmore, AB, Canada 🇨🇦!!!

My family and I stayed for a week in this beautiful condo and had a wonderful time! The layout worked great for us. My daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters (three and one) stayed in the master bedroom and had plenty of room and a huge bathroom. They also had their own thermostat which worked out great because they like it warmer than the rest of us. The owners provided a baby bed, that was set up and ready when we arrived, and a high chair which helped us out a lot. The condo was very clean and had gorgeous views from every window. It has a very nice gas grill that we used several times. My brother and I wanted to watch an NFL football game so we walked to The Drake downtown and the walk was great, not too far and beautiful scenery. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this property again!

Excellent location within walking distance to downtown Canmore. The kitchen was well-stocked and the decor was beautiful and functional. Beds were comfortable and the indoor parking and National Park passes were an appreciated bonus. Very turnkey and easy vacation rental.- Would definitely rent again when in the area.

We just spent a wonderful 8 days in Canmore, staying at this comfortable, spacious condo that is as nice as it looks in the photos. The unit was large enough to comfortably fit our family of five with room to spare. The views from every room as well as the balcony are spectacular. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a large dining room table with plenty of seating. We had one minor issue with the dryer but the host responded immediately and the problem was solved in less than a day.
One thing about this condo that stood out to us is the location. It's within a 10-minute walk (along the beautiful Policeman's Creek) of the main part of town, but there is also a small grocery store right across the street. We are also very glad that we stayed in Canmore rather than Banff, which is far more crowded and expensive.

This property is absolutely beautiful and just as advertised! We had a group of 8 staying and had the best time. Everything was perfect and we hope to be able to come back sometime and stay here then as well!
We had one very slight inconvenience related to the washer/dryer but host was very quick to respond. The issue was nothing that could have been prevented by either party but their quick attention was very much appreciated!

Love the location. It’s a great place for a family. The layout was odd with one giant room having 2 queen beds, so you have to have 4 people willing to share a room. We loved the awesome dining table for the group, but wished there was a bigger couch or sectional so that all 6 of us could be together by the TV and fire together more comfortably. Still, it’s a really beautiful condo in Spring Creek which is our favorite spot in Canmore. Having a full-size crib and high chair was perfect for our 8 month old.

Beautiful condo and location. Enjoyed all of the amenities and the scenery. Hosts were always quick to communicate with us and the condo was comfortable for the 5 adults in our party. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Can't wait to return! Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay for our group in Canmore. The home is new, large, and comfortable. Right outside the door in the morning are beautiful views as well as coffee and grocer. Very short drive to town or longer walk. Had a very enjoyable stay.

On New Years even in 2021 my wife and i decided we would spend the next holiday away from our home in Ottawa. My family and i are avid skiers so we naturally chose a place we would all love, the Canadian Rockies!
When looking for a place that was central to all of the activities that we wanted to do and at a reasonable price, Cavan and Victors place came up as an option (White Spruce Lodge). From the moment we made first contact they instantly got back to us on any details or questions we had with the property or the surroundings. During our stay i had a few questions and again they instantly replied. They were polite, courteous and always available.
The pictures of the property are a clear representation of what you will see when you arrive. The property was well stocked with promised amenities and supplies and the feel was first class all around!
Words i would use to describe the property are Spotless, Comfortable, Modern, Easy (Parking, access, Hot tub), and Central (Canmore wise)
In terms of the area, all I can say is "Breathtaking". From the time you get up an look at the "Three Sister Mountains" out of your front window of the condo to your 15 min scenic drive to Banff or a bit further to Lake Louise, you will be mesmerized with the surroundings.
My family and I will be back for Sure. Thank you Cavan and Victor for your place and hospitality!

Great spot and terrific unit with an amazing host. Our group was in town for a hiking holiday. Unit was well appointed, clean and as advertised. Super service by the host. This property has everything you need to make it feel like a luxurious hotel experience, yet it provides a homely feel. It's large enough for a family stay, was perfectly clean and well equipped. The location is walking distance from the nicest street in Canmore yet it's in a quiet, new neighbourhood.

Came with extended family including 2 teens and 2 grandparents. Spacious condo with great kitchen for cooking, good amenities, easy walking to downtown Canmore and perfect location to enjoy the whole Rockies. Cavan was extremely welcoming and responsive. Awesome place to stay in Canmore
Loved this place, it’s closed to everything and has spectacular views of the mountains. There are restaurants and breweries within a short walking distance. Contactless checkin process was super easy too and appreciated that’s we had a parking spot reserved in covered garage.
