Welcome to Casa del Sol, a TRAVLR Vacation Home!
Casa del Sol is a completely renovated and purposefully designed vacation home ready for you to arrive and relax! From the sparkling blue saltwater pool and spa, to the outdoor fire pit and al fresco dining, to the 5-guest bedroom suites, Casa del Sol really has it all to create the perfect desert getaway.
The great room features a beautiful fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, gas range, an expansive dining table for everyone to sit and gather, a wet bar and comfortable sectional sofa to enjoy the large smart TV. It's a great gathering space for the whole crew. There is also an adjacent powder room for visiting guests.
In the private courtyard you'll enjoy the outdoor dining table with seating for 12, BBQ grill, chaise lounge chairs, elevated spa, views of the Mountains and of course, the sparkling blue saltwater pool. Just around the corner is an outdoor fire pit and ping pong table overlooking the 14 green of the Nicklaus Tournament Course.
All five bedrooms have HDTVs, most with private en suite bathrooms, were designed for maximum privacy with separation between each bedroom. The primary bedroom has a comfortable cal king size bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, views of the Mountains, views/direct access to the back deck and a bathroom with dual vanities and step-in shower.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the detached casita with kitchenette and sitting area. Queen Size Air Mattress upon request.

We want you to feel confident when renting a TRAVLR Vacation Home. As a result, we have enhanced some of our cleaning procedures in the interest of our Guests' and Employees' health and safety. Currently, we spend between 4-16 working hours to clean each rental property after every reservation and have enhanced our check-out cleaning procedures to pay close attention to all details, specifically disinfecting all surfaces with anti-bacterial solutions. We frequently change all HVAC filters and clean pools twice weekly to help ensure optimal cleanliness as well. Our vendors and staff are equipped with protective gear such as face masks and gloves to maintain the safety of all parties.
All TRAVLR Vacation Homes guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
Close by is the Stadium Course Club House with full dining, bar, lounge and patio (with fire pit) which overlooks the final hole of the course. It's a great place for happy hour before you head into town! If you are looking to play golf at PGA West there are three public courses to choose from; The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament.

Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. TRAVLR Vacation Homes provides a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
Your reservation "resort fee" includes the cost of pool heat (up to 80-82 degrees). This fee is not included on Airbnb bookings.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
TRAVLR Vacation Homes does not permit any amplified music outdoors at any time (day or night), including, but not limited to cell phones, bluetooth speakers, or outdoor TV's. This includes any amplified sound indoors that can be heard outside. City fines start at $1,000 and are strictly enforced.

Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $150 per pet.

"We had a wonderful family getaway. We have adult children and grandchildren and the house layout accommodated us all and the flow was great. We enjoyed the pool area by day and loved the evenings spent gazing at the golf course with the mountains in the background. We also enjoyed the sound of the peaceful sprinklers! The kitchen was amazing and had everything we needed to prepare and serve large meals. We ate lunch at Ernie's at the clubhouse and it was great and had fantastic massages and facials at the Hyatt hotel. The hosts of the property were truly wonderful and very lovely to work with."

Floor plan was great, pool and spa were located perfectly and constantly in use. The kitchen and appliances(dishwasher, refrigerator, faucet) were tired and needed replacement and repair while we were there, but property manager was very responsive to get the items fixed. Overall would give the property a high rating, just needs some TLC in regards to vegetation removal surrounding the pool and paint/ repair work throughout the residence.

We really enjoyed having the pool/spa in the courtyard for privacy and the backyard had beautiful mountain and golf course views. Experienced excellent communication with the host too, always quick and helpful replies. It was clear that our host really cared about making our stay enjoyable. For example, the living room TV stopped working and they were quick to get it fixed, having a new one installed that same day! We were impressed with the house and host. We highly recommend this house and definitely plan to stay there again."

"We had an outstanding stay at Casa del Sol! Jen was a great host. Communication was easy and timely. The house looks exactly as advertised. Plenty of room for our large family reunion. We had no issues when it came to making use of the many amenities that came with the house, especially the saltwater pool! A nice touch was having fully stocked Public Goods hand soap, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom. Not just ones left over from previous guests! Would definitely consider staying again!"

Luxurious Stay with Excellent Service
"My large group of 14 really enjoyed our stay at Jen's place for Coachella weekend! It was huge and beautiful, very clean, well equipped, and accurate to the online listing. It's in a gated community and is directly connected to a golf course in the back, with gorgeous golf course and mountain views as well as a ping pong table. The neighborhood was peaceful and secure, and the house only 5 miles away from the Coachella festival grounds. Jen and her team were very accommodating and helpful, and communication with them was easy and quick. Check-in and check-out were also very easy and clear for all of us as we arrived and left at different times. There was plenty of space in the long driveway for our cars, plenty of space in the home for everyone to be very comfortable, and the common areas like kitchen and living room and outdoor areas were large enough for the whole group. We especially loved the beautiful outdoor area with the pool, which was refreshing and cool but not freezing, & the hot tub, which worked well and was soothingly hot. The cabana/umbrella and cute swing seats by the pool were also lovely and added to the relaxing vacation vibes. This was a luxurious stay with excellent service. If you're good with the price then would definitely recommend!"

Amazing Family Compound
Our family of 6 rented the property in March of 2021, not certain what the Covid world would look like so we wanted to make sure we had a property that had plenty of space for everyone to hang out, enjoy the outdoors and not be on top of one another. Casa del Sol didn’t disappoint. It was a wonderful property, the rooms were large, the outdoor space had plenty of room to enjoy different activities including the pool and hot tub. The kitchen was excellent for cooking, the family room was wonderful for family fun night; playing board games and such. It was overall a great property and highly recommend it. Lastly, the team at TRAVLR are incredible. They are so quick to respond and attend to every need and regularly checked in to make sure we were enjoying the property. Absolutely fabulous.

"We had a wonderful stay at Casa del Sol. The house is a great size and there was plenty of space for our large group. The kids had a wonderful time swimming in the pool and playing ping pong. Super great golf trip to La Quinta!
Amazing customer service overall by Jen and Alexa! The property speaks for itself and all the pictures are very accurate. We had 12 forty-year old guys in town for a weekend to play PGA Mountain and Stadium course and this was a perfect place to rest and enjoy! The house is extremely large and stocked well. We were in the pool most the time but definitely hit up the ping pong a couple nights. Alexa was our contact when we were onsite and she was simply amazing! She was reachable via text and phone the entire time. We had a minor issue with the fridge but she got us all taken care of and fixed up right away. Super nice to have great customer service! Thanks again Jen and Alexa and we really enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Sol!

Nice for large gatherings
A group of 4 families reunited at this property. It was a large and spacious house with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for each family, and great common spaces for quality time. Came equipped with esssntisls that made it easy. The property manager was quick to respond which made the check in and check out easy.
We did have some issues with pests during our stay which was a bit concerning given we had young children. We dealt with it ourselves because it’s something that needed to be taken care of at the moment. I think the cleaning could be a little bit better due to the pests.
Otherwise, the stay was good.
