It features cozy furnishings with sloping ceilings, including two fold-away beds and a satellite TV (flat screen), radio, and DVD player. There are three exits leading to the balcony from different areas of the apartment. The apartment consists of one double bedroom, two rooms (each with two beds and a hand-basin), and a kitchen area.

The apartment is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. The kitchen comes with three hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set (cheese). Additionally, the apartment has oil heating, balcony furniture, and two deck chairs. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge, and a children's high chair is available for families with young children. The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
