- top floor apartment - balcony is private & not overlooked. You just hear sea waves.
- there’s a hotel 20 metres away, which does a good pot of tea & has the same exceptional views
- apartment super clean & offers full range of UK channels (movies sport etc) not that we used it with that view
- 3 minute walk to bars & shops
- 20 minute walk to the new town

Just back from our third stay at Matias’ apartment and already we are planning to return. Unbeatable in terms of location (seafront between Levante and Poniente beaches and next to the old town) and with the roomiest balcony and best sea views we have ever experienced, the apartment is spacious, flooded with light and has all the amenities required to provide a home from home – whether for a couple like us or for a family with kids – including well-equipped kitchen, power shower and an amazing range of English news and entertainment channels on TV.
As hosts, Matias and his parents are always welcoming and supportive and for what is on offer the price is very reasonable. We would happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

The apartment is on 6th Floor and the view from the terrace is glorious, like being on a Cruise Ship! it is very large spacious and cool, decor and furniture is homely (a little bit tired but overall very very comfortable. Our party consisted of me, Hazel (10 weeks post knee op) my very disabled husband Michael and our wonderful daughter Caroline! there is a lift up to the apartment, beach is just 2 min walk away, Tapas Alley, 2 min walk away, everything you could want just few minute walk away. The apartment best feature apart from the view is how quiet it is, only the sound of the sea. The worst thing is the hill outside if you have difficulty walking and not been able to hire a scooter as there is no access for such a thing, also Taxis are reluctant to go there as at certain times the road below is closed off. Despite my husband not been able to leave the apartment for the full week, we enjoyed it thoroughly and would highly recommend the apartment and its location.
Mateus was very good when our prebooked taxi (Beniconnect) dumped us on our arrival 5 minute walk away, which was the most stressful experience, when you cant walk and dont know where you are or going! Luckily Mateus came and found us and got us a taxi to the apartment, bless him.

This is an amazing apartment. Great location, fabulous views over Levante beach. On the sixth floor, it is very quiet, with very little noise from the surrounding bars and cafes. Thoughtful touches such as washing powder, fabric conditioner and washing up liquid provided. There was even a shopping trolley to help with heavy shopping such as water (or beer). Balcony with sun beds is a perfect sun trap. Large TV with access to English channels a bonus. Located very close to the Tourist Information Office - helpful hint - give this guidance to the taxi driver, it will help him/her locate the apartment. Drive along the Promenade towards the Old Town and when you reach the TIO the apartment is up the hill on the left. Matias extremely helpful and flexible on arrival/departure times. We had a wonderful time, can't wait to return.

The apartment was absolutely lovely.Very, very clean and spacious. Everything you could need was there, from large fluffy towels, a full kitchen and everything else in between! Our host Matias was amazing so very helpful and available if needed. We will definitely be booking this apartment again. Highly recommend this wonderful well situated apartment again.

The owner Matias was fantastic from the start, replying to my questions and when we arrived we were met at the apartment and shown how everything worked.
The apartment smelt so clean and was totally spotless and the view is to die for!
We ate breakfast everyday at Sherry,s pub which is about a 1 minute walk from the apartment and although the apartment is in the thick of the all the entertainment in the old town it was very quiet at night, so no issues with noise at all.

The apartment is great, large and bright,with fantastic views of Levante beach. Matias, our host is a gent, met us on arrival and explained everything to us. I have been to Benidorm many times, and this one of the best apartments I've stayed in.

This apartment is all about the location. The view from the balcony is outstanding. The apartment is well furnished. The only minor criticism is the quality of the towels .Everything else was completely satisfactory

A great apartment in the heart of the old town with a view along Levante beach.
We were met there by Matias and his Mother and were made very welcome an explained about all the amenities.

A high-quality apartment on the top floor of a six-floor block with amazing views over Levante beach from a balcony large enough to accommodate two sunbeds and a table with four chairs. The location is ideal, perched between the seafront attractions of Levante and Poniente beaches, next-door-but-one to a Tourist Information Office, and with immediate access to the backstreets of the Old Town where a large supermarket is only a short walk away. There are plenty of storage facilities throughout and my partner and I found the double bed in the main bedroom very comfortable. The host, Matias, could not do enough to welcome us, answering all questions promptly before our holiday and spending a lot of time with us at check-in to make sure we were confident to use the induction cooker, power shower and large-screen TV which has an incredibly broad range of English news and entertainment channels. Thank you for everything, Matias – see you again in September!

Todo fenomenal, limpio, grande, muy bien ubicado con salida directa a la playa y al centro de Benidorm. Las vistas desde la terraza son una maravilla y todo el piso es tal y como se anuncia por parte del propietario. La atención de Matías y su madre ha sido excepcional desde el primer contacto con ellos hasta el momento de la salida. Todo lo que les consultamos antes de la llegada nos lo respondieron rápidamente. Buenas personas y buen alojamiento, 100% recomendable.

Excelente piso, ubicación y vistas inmejorable
Todo fenomenal.
El apartamento es estupendo, la limpieza es impecable y todo el menaje estaba nuevo. Baño y cocina nuevos reformados. Primera linea en la playa de levante con acceso directo a la arena. Las vistas desde la terraza son fantasticas.
Los anfitriones tambien de 10. Tuvimos un problema por nuestra culpa con las llaves del apartamento (nos las dejamos dentro jejeje) y aun siendo sabado Matias nos lo resolvio inmediatamente.
La ubicacion es inmejorable, de hecho creo que no puede tener mejor ubicacion. El unico pero es el del aparcamiento pero el casco antiguo es lo que tiene. Aunque la calle es de mucho ambiente en el piso no se escucha nada, se duerme perfecto.

Een zeer ruim en prachtig appartement met een nieuwe goed uitgeruste keuken en een nieuwe moderne badkamer.
Ruime bedden met goede matarassen.
De ligging is perfect in het oude stadsdeel van Benidorm. De eigenaar is een vriendelijke jonge man die samen met hulp van zijn moeder alles doet om je tevreden een mooi verblijf te garanderen.
Restaurants en terrasjes in overvloed in de direct omgeving.
We komen hier zeker terug!

A nice big apartment with the great view over the sea. Matias is a very welcoming host and very easy to communicate with. The apartment’s location is just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and might come again, but the kitchen and bathroom need a little “make up”.

Brilliant location
I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment! The location was fantastic overlooking Levante beach and yet only a short walk to Poniente beach. Everything in the Old Town was only a few minutes away with beautiful restaurants and plenty of interesting bars in the narrow streets. The apartment itself was very spacious and had everything you need for your holiday and it goes without saying that the view from the balcony was outstanding! Our host Matias made sure that we were well looked after and was very prompt in answering a few queries . I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for an ideal location and holiday in the Old Town!

We loved our stay in this apartment - the location and views were fantastic. It really didn't matter that the kitchen and bathroom were a bit dated and the beds a bit hard - everything worked and we slept well. (This is the only reason this is a 4 star review and not a 5 star).
The location is what matters here, right in the centre of the lovely old town and with amazing views of the beach. Very quiet at night despite the central location. It's great having access from the building straight onto the beach and we also loved the back balcony overlooking the Church.
Communication with Matias was very easy and he looked after us before, during and after our stay - even arranging a taxi to pick up from the apartment block.
We would definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Loved this apartments location very handy for Old Town with fabulous views over Levante Beach
Well appointed apartment 2 good sized bedrooms and a big kitchen although we didn’t cook as eating out is so inexpensive. Would benefit from a separate WC as when 4 adults use the property it can get congested if some one is having a bath and the loo is needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back in the future.
