We will come back!! Recommend,recommend!!

Indio is always our stop from LAX to AZ for one night. This was our first stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites and we are thrilled.. the check in was quick and efficient, the hotel very clean, the rooms modern, the bathrooms very clean and specious. everything worked perfectly, the bed was so comfortable and the hotel is very quiet-no noise from outside and not from other hotel guests. The breakfast was American standard but good, even the coffee was tasteful. ;) We will definitely make this hotel our first choice on our next trips eastbound!!

The running television in the breakfast area was loud and noisy .

Safe, decent place to stay for a business trip or when one needs to be in Indio.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It looked updated and was clean. The double room was spacious. It was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. It felt safe. Breakfast was available daily. Coffee and tea were in the lobby 24 hours a day. There was a pool available outdoors and workout equipment/gym available. A/C worked well. The full sized ironing board and iron were nice to have in the room. The desk and chair in the room were great!

One of the beds in the double room was sloped in from too much use. The sheets felt rough, not of good quality. The breakfast was of low quality- watery eggs, glue like syrup, soggy French toast sticks, dry potatoes, and cheap bread. The bagels, yogurt and cereal were fine.

Breakfast needs a little help. Seem to be a problem with the juice machine but really the problem was the people didn't really care that it didn't work.

Great place to stay, good location.

Front desk staff was great and our room was clean and comfy. Will definitely stay again when visiting. Breakfast was also good with a good variation of options. Coffee offered in the lobby all day was a nice touch for us. The location is also close to several shopping centers.

Overall I loved loved my stay here and I’m picky but I was very pleased and had an amazing time

I would definitely stay here again because all staff were polite friendly professional I felt welcomed and whenever I needed to ask a question they always had a smile on their face and was happy to answer my questions I check for bed bugs and how clean the beds are because we travel a lot due to my girlfriends cousin being a rapper and I was impressed no bed bugs white sparkly clean bed sheets I was overly satisfied with that the way you offer Natural soap in the shower and made it short friendly plus plus plus the rooms are big a lot of space the gym pool ironing board bbq grill vanity mirror and chair I was so impressed if you could fix those 2 small things I would give you a perfect score and let me just say the waffle process DONT ever get rid of it that was one of my absolute favorite things and the juice and coffee stations I loved it oatmeal and muffins were so yummy the girl that checked us in she needs a raise she was awesome and so amazing she shocked me with how helpful and nice she was to us because you can’t find people like her at any other hotel because they are usually not nice and I’m sorry I can’t remember her name because I’m bad with names but you can check the date and time and know exactly who I’m talking about DONT ever let her go she is what helps your hotel she helps the customers to keep coming back because I will definitely come back because of her so wonderful she is truly 🤗 ❤️❤️🤗

The only 2 things I did not like was the trash and dirt found under both beds it’s a new building it shouldn’t be looking like that under the beds and the eggs tasted like chemicals and the potatoes were never cooked all the way through

Nice overnight stay.

Close to the freeway. Nice oversized comfortable room with fairly comfortable sofa bed (our teen slept on it). Like how the sink is separate from the toilet and shower. Included breakfast was simple and decent. Good air conditioning to keep room cool while it was over 100 degrees outside.

Room was clean and spacious, comfortable bed and excellent soaps/lotions.

Very limited TV options, confusing remote and no free premium channels. Checkout wouldn't provide paper receipt, said I had to get one from you (booking.com). WTF?
