Mala experiencia

Viajamos 2 adultos y 2 niñas. Cuando llegamos habían cometido un error y no tenían la habitación familiar (cama doble+2 individuales) que habíamos reservado. Inicialmente su solución era darnos una habitación de 2 individuales. Después nos dieron una familiar pero muy vieja y ajada, creo que debía llevar tiempo sin usarse ya que la ropa de cama estaba húmeda. Ha sido con diferencia el peor alojamiento de nuestro viaje. Además muy caro para lo que era. Lo único bueno la ubicación con acceso directo a la playa.

Habitación vieja, sucia, húmeda y con olor a cerrado.

Удачно переосмысленный советский пансионат в процессе реновации, в котором можно задержаться

Красивая территория с соснами, цветами, аллейками. Отличный чистый пляж с хорошим пирсом и баром. В номерах (3й корпус) очень хорошо спится, классные матрасы. Прикольные вайбы детского лагеря благодаря столовой, но при этом еда на уровне.

Завтрак хотелось бы чуть разнообразить; нет никаких лежаков и зонтиков на пляже

overall I would come back here if the food was better

the location is amazing, calm, clean, the beach is clean and the facilities are decent

the food options were small, as someone who doesn’t eat meat we struggled with finding good food since the commercial menu wasn’t available. there was no electricity in some parts of the resort for a night, that was a little inconvenient

Best value for money

To start, it saves you an hour of travel compared to Cholpon-Ata and other places. The beach is one of the best on the northern coast. The view is amazing — endless horizon instead of mountains in other resorts. The beach bar is the best place to spend time. Overall, great location, very helpful staff, amazing beach and the only coworking space on Issyk-Kul.

A relaxing, safe, and welcoming resort.

What a pleasant team of young hospitality professionals. We also enjoyed the clean beach and the trendy Cafe with the high quality evening entertainment program.

So sad to see the dilapidated Soviet era housing complexes in which we had to stay, and unfortunately that was our first impression at check-in. The interior is much nicer though, with all the renovation efforts highly appreciated!

Superb

There is an option to buy lunches and dinners in addition to breakfasts offered through booking, and all meals are quite nice and cooked locally. The area is an old soviet-times summer camp, so the exteriors are deteriorating but the interiors are renovated (rather basic, IKEA-style furniture but it's sufficient). The beach bar is absolutely amazing, sunbeds and umbrellas are also provided, and you can pay by card at the beach bar for snacks, small meals and drinks. The biggest strength of this place is the young and helpful staff, as you can always find a way to organize a trip etc.

Be advised that it is located in extremely secluded area, even if you manage to stop your bus (marshrutka) from Bishkek at Kosh-Kol, it's still around a 20-minute walk to the place. Apart from the canteen, there are not too many options for any meals - there's only a cafe just outside the resort. During our stay the resort was hosting a huge summer camp with an army of kids, they weren't a big nuisance, but it would be nice to know about that, as it is advertised mainly as a coworking place.. It was hard to keep the room tidy, as they are so small and there was no mat to even leave shoes by the door. There's definitely huge potential in this place, but it needs some improvements ;)
