Was close to water
The listing said toiletries-there were none. Said there was a Microwave-none. Coffee maker- but was a specific pod you couldnt find in town and maid “forgot to leave some” and said they would bring and did not.
Room had black mold and shower was filthy with mold. Owner gave one excuse after another as to why there was mold or filth and that it was OK… the bed was not a King its 2 twins put together. I disnt expect the Ritz Carlton, but I didnt expect mold and just plain not clean setting for over $300/night. In addition, the owner tried to con me into “dont forget to leave your tourist tax” which was the icing on the cake. Worst part of my vacation staying here.

This property is amazing, right in the heart of the action. Amazing views of Riomaggiore marina and the houses around it. You will remember this stay forever. Sit on the balcony with a glass of wine/beer and just absorb the atmosphere. Lovely wine bar just down the steps with the most amazing kind people that run it. Everything is so close you will want for nothing. To sum up 12/10 believe us it is that good. The host Veronica was always there to help. Tip, if you come after dark make sure you have a phone torch that you can clip to your body so it leaves your hands free to carry your bags. Poor lighting on steps and very steep, but that makes the journey exciting.

Staying here was the best decision we made when visiting Cinque Terre! The room is so cute and had everything we needed, we were able to cook pasta and sit on the balcony each afternoon watching life in the harbour :)
Loved everything! But access to washing machine would be a great addition x

Veronicas studio was at a super nice and cozy place at the marina of Rimaggiore. Super close also to the train station. The studio was clean and fresh and the balcony was so cozy, it was nice to sit there in the morning eating breakfast or in the evening with a wine glas. It was easy to locate the studio/marina and Veronica sent good directions for how to get the keys.
Everything was perfect.

Location was perfect and right next to the water in Riomaggiore.
Check in process for extremely difficult. The heater didn’t work and it was freezing. Wi-Fi was also down the entire time so it was difficult trying to research the area because the phone signal was terrible. I had no service until we walked up to the town center.

The location was spot on. To me, Riomaggiore has the best spot compared to the other 4 and the room itself has the best view.
Our room was at the 4th floor and the only way accessible was the stairs, which is understandable. If you have a lot of baggage, you might have to go up and down multiple times.

Owner was very nice and friendly. The location was amazing right by the shore. I loved hearing the constant sound of waves crashing against the rocks.
4.5
It had a good view and property was spacious.
Big luggage might be difficult to navigate up and down the stairs.

The view!
Heating inefficient-cold, cold, cold! NOT as Advertised - No kettle or black tea, no tioletreties, no microwave, only one large casserole pot to use as a kettle. Two coffee pods provided for a two nights stay! No complimentary wine as advertised! No contact with the owner beforehand so we arrived not knowing how to find or get into the accommodation. All in all a poor experience!

View from balcony was great
It was VERY noisy. We had very disturbed sleep.
It was very expensive and didn't even have basics like coffee.
The shower door was hanging off. The bathroom was mouldy. It was a bit run down for the price.

Liked Veronica's message of communicating via WhatsApp to explain how to retrieve keys from lockbox.
Found the place just a little difficult to locate-- pictures were helpful, but wondering if it would be helpful to add one more photo of the wine shop below and change the picture of the restaurant (sign is different now).

Location! Location! Location! Great restaurants close by and in the heart of all of the action.
If you arrive by train it is a comfortable walk to get to and it is Only 1.5 flights of stairs going up. it is about 3 flights of stairs going down. (Which is super easy compared to some of the places you could stay)
The owner of the property is very helpful and nice!
It was a little confusing to get to the property when we first arrived. I would suggestion creating a guide to give guests with pictures.
Some nights were loud due to restaurant noise below.

Location and balcony. Also, had a kitchen with a full-size fridge.
Difficult to find. Self-check-in via a series of photos that were send very last minute. If I had no cellular in Italy, we'd be stranded. Even with the photos, it was difficult to find the exact property. After an exhausting day of travel, my friend and I spend half an hour, taking turns while the other sat by the luggage, walking up and down the stairs and losing the lead at the last step. Instructions were not clear... No one answering the number I was given, when I tried calling for clarification, then I get a text that she can't pick up the phone because she's feeding a baby... We eventually figured it out by using the keys on every nearby door...
Also, we specifically asked for 2 twin beds and were assured that it will be done, then last minute we were told that the housekeeper did not pay attention to the notes (and it seemed like it was our fault since we booked through booking.com and not what they are used to) and it was left configured as a king size bed. Sorry! No effort whatsoever was made to reconfigure the beds for the next night. Housekeeper had left town for the day and, obviously, wasn't coming back the next day. My friend ended up sleeping on the extra twin sofa/bed with no bedsheets, since they're were none extra and we do not share beds.
Checkout instructions also arrived late - we had already checked out and on the train to Bologna when I got the text with instructions what to do.

For starters, Riomaggoire is by far the most beautiful of these 5 extraordinary villages, and Veronica's apartment is perfectly situated with a stunning balcony which looks down over the ancient and breathtaking harbour. The location just couldn't be better! We give it 100 out of 100 !! The interior of the apartment is somewhat basic in nature, but when you have a view like that, who cares! It is all about the view, the harbour, the bustling tourists below, and the wonderful sunset swimming! A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE !

The location was great. It was nice having the balcony. The unit was what I was expecting in size and amenities.
The bed and the pillows were the worst that I ever slept on. They were so hard that I literally woke up feeling like I had gone 10 rounds with Mike Tyson.

The location of the apartment is because of the views amazing. It's a comfortable flat and in a very good location.

The location and the view wewe perfect.
The host wasnt in Riomaggiore. Her Sister was in charge. Se was super rude, never gave us instructions on how to get there (have in mind Google maps is useless there) and wanted us to leave the apartment 4 hours earlier, than we were supossed to. Fortunately when we talked to the host, we could work it out.

The location is extremly perfect. You will see the sea from the terrace, and every important point of this beautiful town is right in front of your door. The studio has every equipment whih is important in 2020, but if you rent this studio, you won't care about the TV for instance.
We liked everything. The description is clear and accurate. I would suggest you to rent a larger room or flat if you are planning to arrive with little children, as the studio is tiny and has enough space, but you can't separate yourself from the little ones at all.

Veronica and her sister are very nice girls and helpful. The place is beautiful. Well located ans amazing view
