Simple & Sweet 4 Bedroom Home ON Lake Sinclair, Milledgeville, GA
Beautiful Lakefront home on Lake Sinclair with a boathouse and dock.
The Hidden Gem is a beautifully maintained, tri-level home set up exclusively for our VRBO guests. On the upstairs level are two bedrooms with a full bath, just five steps UP from the main level. On the main level you'll find the kitchen, living room, office, dining area and living room with a flat-screen TV. Glass doors take you out on a deck with a dining table and chairs overlooking the lake. 10 steps down you’ll find a bedroom and bath, plus an additional den with a flat-screen TV in case your group likes watching different programs, with a glass door that leads directly out to the backyard and lake. This den converts to an additional bedroom with a pull out queen sized hide a bed. There is a laundry room with a new washer and dryer, covered outdoor seating, boathouse with tie-ups for a boat, fire pit, charcoal grill, picnic table, and dock. Marcos Pizza is yummy & delivers, plus Applebee’s, Longhorns, and many other restaurants are a short five minutes toward downtown Milledgeville. For your entertainment and dining super close, there is a cool local restaurant on the lake, Ole Chobys (Formerly Jackson's). They feature a live band, and dinner every Friday and Saturday evening.
About 30 minutes from Macon and about 90 minutes from Atlanta this home is a wonderful place to be and works well for large families and friends.!

This was my first ever staycation as in staying local. I live 25 minutes away. The location was one of the biggest reasons I chose it and I am so glad I did. The house is set up great for 2 families because it is a split level. The yard is beautiful and there were 6 deer who visited us every morning and night of our stay.
The boat dock was great to fish off of and the area around the dock was perfect for kids/adults swimming.
I will definetly rent again if available.

We enjoyed staying on Lake Sinclair. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We rented a boat from the nearby marina and were able to dock it at the property easily. My family also enjoyed fishing from the dock. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful.

This property is in a great location, close to restaurants and the highway. We stayed one night on our way to TN. The house was clean and well stocked. We appreciated the eggs, sausage, and orange juice that were provided. Wish we had more time to hang out at the lake. Will definitely stay here again if make it back to this area.

My family and I really enjoyed this house. It was perfect for the 4 of us. We loved having the golf cart to take thinks back and forth from the boat, although the walk wasn't bad without it. Quiet neighborhood close to the marina. It was very peaceful at night. Thanks for hosting us!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable and "Sinclair"golf cart was a life saver. Two of us are in our 70's ,one recently had knee replacement so going up and down to the dock would have been terrible. This home is beautifully situated on the lake and convenient to Milledgeville. We enjoyed sitting on the dock and having dinner on the covered deck. Hosts were quick to respond to questions and helpful. The Check-in & Check-out process was simple. Breakfast items provided are a very thoughtful extra.

This listing was perfect. The neighborhood was great, the home was clean, it held 8 people comfortably and the breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again. We wished it was warm enough to use the beautiful deck and the backyard was a great size for a larger guest stay.

This house is great. Host Bryan and Joanne are wonderful. They even supply breakfast food for your first meal. The listing does not even pay justice for the property. The property and the house are great and kept in great condition. We look forward to next year so we can go back. This is our 2nd time renting this house and anytime we can go we will definitely rent again. We gave 5 star reviews only because that's as high as it goes . Thanks Bryan and Joanne.

We had a few friends come to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday and we had a blast! Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to hang out. We rented a boat for the day and access to the dock was super easy! The golf cart was a huge plus to get our things down to the dock! Overall had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!

Property is very convenient to stores and restaurants. Very clean upon arrival. It is a walk down hill to lake but owner provides a golf cart so that is a plus. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We found inside cameras plugged into outlets in the upstairs bathroom and two more in bedrooms. This is the reason we cannot stay here again. We understand outside cams for security but inside in private areas are unacceptable.

Great location by Lake Sinclair
We really enjoyed our stay very close to Lake Sinclair. Great views from the house and a very relaxing place to be at! We took the opportunity to hire a pontoon boat on the lake and did some exploring. Our only gripes were that that the house could have perhaps been a bit cleaner and being English we would have liked a kettle for our tea! Overall though it was great!

One of the best bookings
We loved our stay from start to finish! The house was immaculate, comfortable and more than what the listing appears to be. I hardly had to unpack our "extras" especially when it came to our children's needs. We don't want to stay at another listing in Milledgeville and we travel to the town multiple times a year

Great Property
House was great. Very clean and a great piece of property. New back deck was awesome. Views of the lake and dock are wonderful. We stayed for a long weekend for GCSU’s parent weekend and the location was perfect. If available next year we will stay again.

Peaceful Respite
My husband and I were in Milledgeville for our son's wedding. We are so glad we chose to stay here instead of a hotel. This comfortable home provided a quiet place to rest and relax after all of the wedding activities. Every comfort of home was provided with the bonus of a beautiful view of Lake Sinclair. We wish we had more time to spend at the lake, but wedding activities kept us pretty busy. We loved opening the fridge and finding eggs, sausage, orange juice, and English muffins, as we arrived late and didn't have time to do any shopping until the next day. This was such a thoughtful touch! We loved our stay here.

Peaceful retreat
The serenity of this property, comfort and spaciousness made this a very nice place to visit with our elderly Aunt while allowing her to enjoy the view of a lake at which she had lived happily for several decades. The owners were quick to communicate and help with any concerns/questions we had prior to our trip. We would gladly recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful place!
Great place for family vacation. The golf cart is wonderful bonus and the breakfast items left for us was a great touch. The home is older but updates were done well and the outdoor space is excellent. We would recommend to anyone and will be back! You can tell the owners go above and beyond for the renters!

Beautiful property on the lake with plenty of room for children to play. The house was equipped with just about everything extra you would need. The owners were very welcoming and easy to get in touch with them. All around great experience!

Fun and Relaxing!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We had 2 families with children ranging from 8 months to 12 years. Everyone enjoyed their time. The house was beautiful, well kept, very clean. Owner's were very responsive. Proximity to the lake was excellent. My son spent most of his time on the dock fishing! House is very close to town, restaurants, and grocery stores. The golf cart made it a breeze lugging our items down to the dock. The marina was close and we were able to bring the boat. We went out every afternoon and the kids had a blast. Kitchen had all needed items. Clean linens and towels available. The Owner's even gave us a head start on breakfast and coffee. We would definitely visit again.

Best Vacation Ever on Lake Sinclair
This property was great for our little family. Daughters Delivery date is so close, she couldn't go out on boat, but we could still catch fish from dock. Home had a great floor plan for us. Nothing Negative to say about this place. Hope to rent this property next year.

Family Trip
We had a wonderful trip! We felt at home the minute we walked in! Bryan and JoAnne are probably the best host we have ever had at a home away from home. The refrigerator had breakfast for our first morning and the kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook during our stay! Sinclair was a super great bonus for getting to the dock. We definitely will stay again! Thank y’all for sharing your home with us!
