This bungalow was perfect for us (2 adults). The house was very clean, and we had all the necessities we could think of. Very spacious and inviting, quiet neighborhood. The location could not be better - we walked to Dodecanese Blvd in under 15 minutes. Cafes, restaurants, and other retail shops are within walking distance literally a few minutes away, around Pinellas Avenue and Safford Avenue. Our host Angie was very easy to communicate with. I would absolutely stay here again!

The vrbo listing of this property creates a totally different image of what you see in reality. The backyard was all white shells without any foliage in sight. The two homes in view were very run-down and depressing!
The code that was given to us to enter the home each day worked the first day but then we couldn't get it to work. We had to use the spare key and enter from the back the rest of our stay.
The kitchen is nice a spacious but there was only 1 saucepan to cook with, no other cookware!! What a waste of a kitchen. It was like a movie set, things look nice but they aren't functional. The only way to make coffee was a keireg coffee maker with pods which made horrible coffee, basically brown water. We requested a french press coffee maker for the coffee we brought with us and the owner simply said there are reusable pods, enjoy!
The rocking chairs on the front porch were nice but one of them was falling apart. There were 2 garbage cans that had fallen over and the garbage was spilling out onto the grass in front of the house the entire 4 days we were there.
We couldn't figure out the television in the living room partly due to the remote needing to be recharged but we didn't see a charger anywhere. The wifi password worked for the tv in the bedroom but it kept stopping in every 5 minutes so we had to keep signing in.

We only had a couple days to spend in Tarpons Springs. This property is close to downtown, but not exactly walking distance. Loved having the comforts of home (2 bathrooms is a major plus) including in unit laundry. If you plan a stay make sure to eat at Rusty Bellies!

This home's interior has been completely updated and the furnishings and decor are impeccable. My wife and oldest daughter couldn't stop raving how much they "absolutely loved this place". I personally loved the real surf board on display and it just added to the tropical beach feel of the home.
Walking distance to sponge docks & many breweries and restaurants. While sitting on the porch enjoying the acoustic music from the nearby brewery, we then noticed a yoga/fitness studio right behind it...my daughter immediately signed up for a class the next morning lol. Just a great stay and I highly recommend staying here.

This property leaves a lot to be desired. The location is great, especially for those who like to walk. Theres a brewery, tavern and several restaurants nearby. The house is very sparsely furnished however. We rented a house rather than staying in a hotel because we like to make our own breakfast and, occasionally, dinner. There were barely any pots and pans or cooking utensils and not even a can opener! The refrigerator was obviously not cleaned and we found it laughable that the host asked that shoes be removed before entering, as the floors and carpets were not very clean. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is the first time we were not happy with our choice.

We had a great family stay for a couple days in Tarpon Springs. The house is much bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s in a good neighborhood walking distance from the sponge docks. I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Tarpon Springs.

Great communication with host.Cottage pictures on VRBO are accurate. Cozy home that offers easy walking to both the Sponge Docks and the Historic Downtown District. Easily walk to shopping, restaurants, taverns and parks. Will definitely stay again if we return to Tarpon Springs.

2 bedroom with 2 bathroom home. That has been remodeled with an up to date kitchen and bathroom keeping the charm of the original wooden floors and slated walls. We cooked breakfast there and ate dinner in town. Actually it’s walking distance to the sponge docks. Although very clean, the poster that complained about the broken rocking chair on the porch and the loaded washer and dryer filled with linens are correct. Easily correctable just details. Furniture is fine in the living room. My wife loved her bathroom and I love mine.

We were in town to visit family and enjoyed our stay in this cute and cozy home. The property is conveniently located and nicely decorated, with all the amenities we needed. Great communication from the owner Carl, and he was quick to respond whenever we had a question, which we appreciated. We did wish the large kitchen window had blinds for more privacy, especially at night. Carl mentioned blinds had been ordered, so that will be great for future guests. Thanks for a great stay! Would definitely book here again in the future.

Cute property conveniently located in between the main tourist areas of Tarpon Springs. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but everything you would want to visit is within a short walk. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Everything was fine.

Pictures were great but when we arrived not happy. Dryer was full of sheets and towels that I had to redo. The rocker on front porch was broken We were afraid to sit in! The furniture is very uncomfortable. Again the pictures make it look very nice. The oven needs to be cleaned and there was no toilet paper when we arrived. And the rug in middle bedroom hurts your feet.

House is exactly as notated in listing. Perfectly located close to Sponge docks, shopping, restaurants, parks and beaches.
Owner was great, being available for any questions and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
We rented a golf cart for the weekend from the Fore Shore Gulf Carts and would recommend this to everyone. Made getting around so easy.
We would highly recommend stay!

We did a two night stay. Romantic getaway Great amenities-- two tvs, a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit. Good wifi. Nearly new fully stocked kitchen with Keurig and pods--just add groceries!
You can pay more in Tarpon Springs, but I doubt you can do better for the cost than this one!

This home is lovely, clean and updated. It is very convenient to the sponge dock, shops and many restaurants. It was our first time exploring Tarpon Springs, and will be back for sure! I recommend the dolphin and shelling tour and Fred Howard Park (great beach and sunsets) Go to dinner at Hellas and listen for Opa!! So much fun - and a great place to stay.
