Résidence bien aménagée, bien entretenue et bien située. Appartement au calme et bien équipé. Idéal pour découvrir ou re-découvrir cette belle région. Cambo les bains est une agréable petite ville où il est agréable de séjourner.

A Basque gem.

Spotlessly clean, light and airy. Friendly, responsive staff. Excellent parking, security and double glazing meant it was whisper quiet at night.

Extra power point or 2 in the kitchen would be helpful but that's a minor issue.

EXCELLENT/BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS

EXCELLENT APARTMENTS. BEAUTIFULLY FURNISHED. VERY WELL-EQUIPPED. GREAT COMMUNICATION/FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL RECEPTION STAFF. QUIET LOCATION. NICE/WARM POOL. CHOICE OF NEARBY RESTAURANTS. EASY PARKING. AT LEAST TWO ADAPTED APARTMENTS FOR DISABLED VISITORS. GOOD LOCATION FOR DAY TRIPS EG BIARRITZ, ST JEAN DE LUZ, SAN SEBASTIAN, ST JEAN PIED DE PORT.

NEARBY RESTAURANTS WERE A BIT ERRATIC IN THEIR OPENING/CLOSING DAYS/TIMES BUT STILL GOOD CHOICE AVAILABLE USUALLY.

Superb

Nice clean spacious apartment. Really helpful friendly staff and great location with shops, bakery, restaurants only 5 min walk away. Was lovely to use the pool every day and it was very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Only downside was slight lack of amenities. Not provided with enough toilet roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc so had to go out and buy more. It also would have been helpful to provide things like salt and pepper and olive oil to make it easier to cook in kitchen.

Clean .. friendly checkin check out

Booking said room had 1 double and one sofa bed but at 10pm realised no sofa bed. Too late to get hold of anyone so slept on sofa cushions on floor.

the apartments are pretty new, well equipped, located in a quiet village, there is convenient parking, it is easy to do self-check-in

since we checked in quite late in the evening, we couldn’t get the Wi-Fi password: it wasn’t in the room, the reception was closed, and no one answered messages on booking and in the messenger (neither at 9 pm nor at 9 am). it's good that we had such a minor issue, and not something really urgent or essential. we thought we would find the password using the QR code, but it didn't work

Excellent facility, modern, secure with a pool and A/C and soft towels.

Residence was clean, fresh, secure, great location and has a pool and A/C AND soft, fluffy towels!

Not a “dislike” but for people to be aware, the residence is self-catering; so apart from a few basic toiletries, you need to supply everything.

Perfect! Intend to return.

The accommodation was very comfortable and the air conditioning was a real benefit in the crazy heat. The pool was the perfect size for our 3 year old.

everything works well - what it lacked in charm it had in easiness and clean.

new, clean and very simple (in a good way). we got a room just in front of the pool - great access. the bed was excellent and Stephanie in the reception was really nice.

pool area was not that suitable for kids.

Make sure you got the apartment you booked!

It was very nice and clean apartment with great balcony for our toddler. If they would give us the apartment which I originally booked I would give them 10 stars and come back because we are driving to this region twice a year. After this negative experience at the beginning of our stay I can’t do that.

When we arrived we were shocked. We didn’t get the apartment we booked but room made for handicapped person. Which is definitely not suitable at all for a toddler to reach everything. After complain they changed the apartment within an hour which was nice. They said that they won’t charge us for our toddler but I think only because they wanted to put us into that apartment which you can’t even find on booking or their website. Don’t understand why they would put people with no handicap into that apartment. I felt offended. Maybe because I am not French.
