The stay was exactly what we needed for a long weekend. Had tons of activities, sight seeing and a nice cabin to sleep and cookout. Very peaceful and would defiantly return in the fall.

Clean, comfortable renovated space. Located in a neighborhood on a corner lot but was surprisingly quiet. Kitchen has basic dishes and appliances. Everything was as advertised.

The cabin is cute and clean but be prepared it lacks in the area of comfort. We rent a lot of VRBOs and this was by far the worst beds we have ever had. First they are covered with plastic protectors that make you sweat while sleeping maybe it would not be so bad if there was a cotton topper between you and the plastic not just a sheet. The couch has seen better days and was not comfortable. I am not sure what was going on with the air we turned it to off but it kept coming on so we finally switched it to heat just so it would shut off. Also if you are a cold natured person take a throw blanket with you the only blankets are the comforters on the three beds. We also had issues with the outlets our phone chargers kept falling out so the three of us were trying to make due with the two we found that they would stay in. As cute of a cabin as it is we would probably not stay again just because of the beds. We were exhausted when we got home from lack of sleep.

AWe recently had a baby, but still wanted to get away from Dallas for a weekend to celebrate. It was a great little house for my family and close proximity to the state park and restaurants.
Roads to the house were quite bumpy, but I’m sure some of that was due to the recent rain that had come through. That also is not to the fault of the home owners, just something to be aware of when traveling.

Honestly, if I could’ve got a refund, I would’ve left the same day I got there. When we start to unpack, we noticed ants in the bathroom, bunk beds felt as if they would fall apart and a used fitted sheet for the hid away bed. But it also had a sour smell to it. We washed the fitted sheet so my kids could have a place to stay. Next morning, I started to get stuff out to cook breakfast and it’s not a fully stocked kitchen like they claim. The only thing nice, was the hot tub.

Had a great 3 night stay. Hot tub worked well

The cabin came equipped with plenty of towels, blankets and kitchen items -coffee maker included. We greatly appreciated the fact the refrigerator had an ice machine feature.
The cabin was a good size for us (party of 2) and I feel we could have comfortably hosted 2 other adults or 4 kids.
We loved the location -close to EVERYTHING we wanted to do.
The bed was very comfortable and the furniture was great quality.
The highlight for us was the hot tub -being able to start our day and end our day, by relaxing in the hot tub was great! We will be booking again this spring -where we hope to enjoy time at the lake (which is about a mile away from this cabin).

Cute Cabin
We had a great stay. Very clean, cute and loved the decor. A little disappointed after visiting some family of ours who had rented a cabin as well (we had a family reunion) (theirs was much much bigger, 3 full size beds, play room, 2 full size bathrooms, play room with pool table, huge yard with playground, horse shoes, other games, huge deck, house was stocked with family movies, games etc.) only to find out they had paid $75 less a day than we had. Considering the size of this cabin, it seems a bit overpriced.

Very Nice Cabin
The property was very nice and clean. We enjoyed all aspects of a well kept cabin. Hot tub was excellent! We enjoyed the fire pit and gas grill. Cabin had just about everything we needed in kitchen (dishware and utensils).

Place was great... had one issue that was out of anyone's hands with hot water tank busted our last night... They came in the middle of the night and took care of it and offered to take care of us in a future stay...

Not bad, not good..
This little cabin has its pros and cons for sure. The check in process and communication with owners was great. The cabin has a few things that need addressed in my opinion. The front door knob comes off every time you open it if you twist it to the left, needs repairs. The Pine/Wood smell when you walk in is STRONG.. but the biggest issues are in the bathroom. There is a strong sewer smell. The hot water heater seems to be undersized. You need to pre fill the bathtub TWICE then allow the water to heat again to fill it up adequately and on top of that it’s a handicap walk in style tub so you have to crawl over the wall to enter it. Less than ideal… the shower works fine but really needs a light installed in it as it’s extremely dark after you shut the curtain… and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom.
The scenery around the cabin isn’t ideal. There’s an abandoned trailer house right across the road.
Long story short, it needs some things addressed but it’s a decent place to stay for the price.

Great!
We had a great stay at the cozy cabin. The location was perfect, we were just minutes from the state park, the animal rescue zoo and our favorite pizza place.
The cabin had everything we needed for the weekend.
It snowed while we were here and sitting in the hot tub while it was snowing was the kids favorite thing.
We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great vacation, Hank brought a new propane tank for the grill within 10 minutes of our call, life saver! Such a great time with family.
Thanks

Pre-Honeymoon
We stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate getting married because our honeymoon isn’t for 2 more weeks. It was very pleasant and clean. We really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and the feeling of “home” we felt. Would highly recommend!

Great overall
We had a great time, the first night the heater wasn’t working but we texted the host the next day and she got a technician out quickly to fix it. Overall had a great experience and would recommend.

A bit disappointed
Overall our stay was okay. The cabin was a mobile home that was updated to look like a cabin and had we realized this we likely would not have rented it. The interior and exterior was very clean. However, there were a few minor maintenance issues that need correcting such as the electronic lock on the door, the toilet seat, and the shower knob.

Rather disappointed
Evolve was hard to get in touch with. We were given the wrong phone number for the guest host. Garbage in the driveway when we arrived. No regular TV channels, CBS, NBC, etc. Living room furniture wasn't very comfortable.

Stay
The cabin was very nice. The bed was a little to soft but overall enjoyed our stay. The road into the cabin is terrible, but not something the owner can help.

Cute but not comfortable
Property was cute and clean however the beds were so uncomfortable. And ants were a big problem. Couldn’t leave anything on the counter for a second before a swarm of ants was on it. Also pillows were cheap and horrible. Hot tub was very relaxing, gonna need it after the back problems.

Quiet sanctuary
This fun little cabin was so nice, tucked away in the back of the community. My family loved being in the hot tub and enjoying s'mores by the fire at night. There is plenty of parking space and the interior furnishes are more than accommodating. Broken bow is a great place to visit and so much to do. We hope to make it back up soon!

Girls Weekend Getaway
This cute little cabin was great for a quiet weekend away. We had access to a smart TV with several options to keep us entertained. We were also able to hook our phones up to it to play our music. The hot tub took a while to get warm so we barely used it. The overall cleanliness was good but we did find a bra in one of the beds upon arrival. It was definitely what I expected for the cost and overall we had a fantastic weekend.

Great experience
Place was very well kept and clean upon arrival. Everything went smooth. The lights and microwave did cut out in the kitchen for about 10 minutes but were turned back on. Wonderful stay. Bunk beds in second room seem shaky. Master bedroom is nice.

The converted cabin was easily located. All the appliances and electronics were new.
The property was great. Everything was very clean and in good order. The renting process was seamless. Everything was ready when we arrived. The owner even brought more propane when the tank was empty. We had a restful experience.

Great cabin!
This cabin fit our family very well! We enjoyed the lovely screened in porch with hot tub. We arrived on Friday and the hot tub was filled with fresh water Saturday morning. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of space for our family with 2 small children. The bunk beds were a hit amongst the children and everything worked great. The water was quite warm, so we notified management and kept the hot water turned down as low as possible. Location of the cabin was great with towering trees and very quiet yet so close to the amenities of the area. We realize we were in the woods, but did see a few bugs inside the cabin. Overall, we would definitely make another trip out to the Cozy Cub!
